As a 'Senior Citizen' by applying an active theory based on a role model, elderly volunteers may seek to impart health to the local communities through volunteer activities. In addition, the strategies for promoting the elderly participation volunteering actions may apply with the lifelong education/learning model for citizenship development, which intends to expand the elder volunteer activity participants and the areas of volunteering actions. In this study, we attempted to find out how volunteering fieldworkers experience and perceive volunteer-promoting strategies for senior volunteers drawn from previous literatures and studies on promoting elderly volunteer actions. For the purpose of the study, we conducted in-depth interviews with 12 fieldworkers who worked senior-welfare centers and volunteer centers in Seoul and Kyeong-gi area. We used the directed-content analysis, which categorized 12 themes/categories commonly mentioned from previous literatures and studies. Within these categories, the analysis was made to derive issues and improve promoting strategies specified from the interviewees. The outcomes of the study included the insights regarding what promoting-strategies might be necessary to enrich existing senior volunteer actions. The study highlighted not only reviews volunteer fieldworkers' current experiences with senior volunteers but also barrier and practical suggestions for the continuous advances of senior volunteer programs and strategies.

This study was conducted in order to acquire useful information regarding the resilience of childcare educators amidst an emergency pandemic to adjust their job stress, job burnout, and turnover intention. A questionnaire was conducted for analysis from August 19th to the 30th in 2020 and 201 responses ended up being used for analysis. The analysis results revealed that job stress, job burnout, and turnover intention of childcare educators were low while resilience was high and it was acknowledged that all of them mostly differed according to the types of personal traits. Although the job stress of childcare educators had a positive (+) influence on job burnout at a statistically significant level, it turns out that job stress does not have an influential relationship with turnover intention. Furthermore, the emotion regulation ability, impulse control, and active conductivity among resilience displayed a moderating effect in the relationship between job stress and job burnout. Amidst an emergency pandemic known as the COVID-19 virus, it has been confirmed that job stress and turnover intention of childcare educators deteriorated, and the prominent reason for this was identified as the difficulty in carrying out smooth job performances. Accordingly, measures to strengthen resilience such as countermeasures against quarantine-based job stress and turnover intent, daily management over job burnout and resilience, as well as counseling or programs based on self-focused attention have been suggested.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the scope and content of high school textbooks based on the NCS competency unit criteria. The job competency level of hair beauty is included in the range of Level 1 to Level 5 according to the NCS standard. Among all the 40 units of NCS competency units, the number of them which can be acquired at the high school is 30 units. Among them, high school beauty textbooks were published around 19 competency units, 75% of which corresponded. Only about 85% of all the contents were contained in the text book. Based on the analysis contents, the improvement plan of the textbook is as follows. First, textbooks on 11 competency units that can be acquired at the high school level should be published and the professional curriculum with lessons related to this will be expanded at the same time. Second, there is a need for discussion to establish terminology in the field of Cosmetology. Third, it is necessary to improve the quality of the photographic and illustration materials. Fourth, it should be needed to correct typing errors and maintain a consistent editorial format. The results of this study can be used as basic data need to make curriculum and publish textbooks for high school graduates to perform their jobs at the same time as they get a job.

In August 2014, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport (MOLIT) devised an innovative ITS measure in which private and public sectors share roles to maximize investment efficiency and effectiveness in collecting and offering traffic information that had been separately implemented by the state and private sector. The main details of the innovative measure include the following: For communication information, the information collected by the private sector is used, and the state concentrates on safety-related information collection, such as unexpected situations, including construction, accidents, and deteriorating weather conditions. Consequently, safety-related information is offered in real-time through smartphones and navigation, in addition to electric road signs that have limitations in providing unexpected real-time situations due to installation at specific spots. This study presented a connected traffic information priority coordination plan to improve the accuracy of traffic information offering by analyzing problems of related traffic information, including a general national highway case study to enhance the efficiency of national highway ITS implementation, according to actual public-private traffic information sharing. In addition, this study reviewed whether to operate or demolish the information collection equipment by analyzing traffic volume level and availability of related traffic information in the existing ITS operation sections and presented ITS collection equipment installation judgment standards based on the cases concerned.

The purpose of this study is to suggest an effective marketing method for product advertising. With regards to this, 148 copies of survey data were collected from consumers, and the hypothesis of this study was verified using SPSS 25.0. The results revealed that (1) Human Brand attractiveness had a positive effect on Human Brand attachment among the products of low involvement. (2) The uniqueness and the intimacy of Human Brand had a positive effect on Human Brand attachment among the products of high involvement. Through this study, the effect of reliability, expertise, attractiveness, uniqueness, and intimacy among human brand characteristics on human brand attachment, human brand attitude, and product purchase intention was confirmed, and it was also possible to confirm the difference in influence on human brand characteristics and purchase intention according to the product characteristics involved. This study has expanded the research scope of Human Brand, which has been studied mainly by entertainers and entrepreneurs, to sports stars and through empirical analysis, it has tried to identify influencing factors to improve purchasing intent based on high and low-contention characteristics of advertising products.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the factors affecting nursing students' resilience. Methods: The subjects were 192 nursing students from a college in G city. Data were collected from september 23 to 26, 2019 and analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Sheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: Resilience showed a statistically significant difference according to gender, grade, personal relation, motive for application, major satisfaction, grade point in general characteristics. Academic engagement and resilience showed apparent positive correlation (r=.37, p<.001), stress and resilience showed weak negative correlation (r=-.23, p=.001). In multiple regression analysis, the most affecting factor was the academic engagement (𝛽=.24), poor of subjective health status (𝛽=-.21), female (𝛽=-.19), junior of grade (𝛽=.13). These variables explained 33.0% of the total variance in resilience. Conclusion: To strengthen resilience in nursing students, learning atmosphere creation through intrinsic motivation in the regular class. Also, a variable academic engagement program should be provided to be able to positive thinking about academic study and achievement.

This study is a qualitative case study whose aims were to investigate the work and welfare service experiences of people with developmental disabilities in the occupational rehabilitation facilities. For the purpose of this study selected as its participants 8 people with developmental disabilities whom has been worked currently in the occupational rehabilitation facilities. The profound interviews of those participants were performed and the data on the occupational rehabilitation facilities were analysed. Also, the study analysed the data in a way of investigating the respondents' statements regarding their work and welfare in the occupational rehabilitation facilities. The results of this analysis, 10 categories, 22 sub-categories and 5 key topics of the respondent's experiences were drawn out. The 5 key topics of the people with developmental disabilities in the occupational rehabilitation facilities were 'pride of the economic stability', 'happiness of work itself', 'a sense of accomplishment of the regular worker', 'recognition and exchange of the coworker and superior', 'expectation of the welfare service and the expansion of the participation in the occupational rehabilitation facilities were 'pride of the economic stability', 'happiness of work itself', 'a sense of accomplishment of the regular worker', 'recognition and exchange of the coworker and superior', 'expectation of the welfare service and the expansion of the participation in the occupational rehabilitation facilities'. Based on the results, implications for the work and welfare service of people with developmental disabilities in the occupational rehabilitation facilities were provided.

The symbol of information finally was created by the being of lucky shape to indicate its conceptual content. There are various kinds of lucky shapes. It will have its limitations when researching all kinds of them professionally. So, here the lucky shape of FISH will be researched. The shape of fish is the first good shape created by the Chinese nation. It is about 6000 years. Its special shape and lucky meaning embody the peculiar inherent culture and intension of the Chinese nation. It's the important component of the Chinese traditional culture. The traditional shape of fish was focused on the continuation of history and the patterns recognition, etc. It seldom indicated the meaning of the shape into the using of the modern design. So by searching the lucky meaning & the way of fish shape, the purpose of the search is to explore the real analysis of value of the fish shape in the modern enterprise identity design. The way of search is through the development of the history, the evolvement and the meaning of lucky of the traditional fish shape to analyse the symbolic meaning and the cultural meaning from all levels in nation, culture, art and life, etc. And by using the huge living example of the enterprise identity design of the traditional shape of the fish to analyse that how it works in positive way by those enterprise which is based on the trust with good image. In the modern Chinese enterprise identity design, the lucky image will be reinterpreted in the modern way. It will be proofed by the national perceptual knowledge of the consumer and the way of enlarge the goodwill of corporate image. It will be the conclusion. The traditional fish shape is the important core of modern design.So this search is taken through the instance of the design of enterprise image of the traditional fish shape to analysis the idea of the majority Chinese people of the traditional luck and the influence of corporation which based on trust and credibility. In modern image design of Chinese corporation, the auspicious sign reappear. The question survey is taken by people through the perceptual knowledge of the consumer and the cognition the enterprise image. According the result, people can speculate the improvement of consumer's recognition and the possibility of development of traditional concept.

클라우드 서비스는 사용자가 인터넷 접속만으로 언제 어디서나 데이터, 네트워크, 콘텐츠 등의 사용이 가능한 서비스이다. 공공부문과 선진기업의 클라우드 서비스 도입이 증가하면서 관련 서비스가 급속히 확대되고 있고, 향후 시장규모가 급성장 할 것으로 전망된다. 특히 클라우드 서비스는 다양한 산업 도메인에 적용되어 새로운 융 복합 서비스가 나타나고 있는데, 본 연구에서는 다양한 클라우드 기반의 융 복합 서비스의 사례를 살펴본다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 클라우드 기반의 융 복합 서비스의 사례 분석을 위한 산업군을 분류하여 클라우드 기반의 융복합 서비스의 사례 연구를 수행하였다. 사례 연구를 통하여 클라우드 기반 융 복합 서비스의 활용 방안과 융 복합 서비스의 사례를 통한 시사점 및 발전전략을 제시하였다. 궁극적으로 클라우드 기반의 융 복합 서비스를 활성화하기 위해서는 클라우드 기술과 서비스에 관한 표준화 및 법제도정비를 조속히 추진하여야 하며 관련 서비스를 활성화할 수 있는 생태계 기반 조성이 필요하며 ICT산업은 물론 다양한 산업군이 참여하므로 생태계 구성원간의 윈-윈 할 수 있는 서비스 비즈니스 모델 발굴을 통한 선순환 구조의 조기형성이 중요함을 도출하였다.

Computer education in Korea needs to be modified from IT utilization to principle-oriented form of computer science education. In this study the achievement, teaching-learning methods, and evaluation methods in the computer system education area of computer science education are suggested on the elementary and middle schools in Korea. For these purpose the curriculums of computer science in United Kingdom and United States are analyzed.
