The purpose of this study was to see the characteristics of oral media, which is orality and literacy combined, in order to analyze its effect on the age of Reformation and today, and to draw applicable points on the present Christian mission. The electronic age is an age of secondary orality, the orality of telephones, radio, and television, which depends on writing and print for its existence. Historically, it is a well-known fact that the shift from orality to literacy and on to electronic processing has engaged in social, economic, political, religious and other structures. With this perspective, the study was divided into two parts. In the first part, researchers dealt with the characteristics of primary oral culture, examined how it combined with media literacy and became oral media, and witnessed how reformers in the sixteenth century utilized it timely along with what the ending result was. In the second part, researcher observed the characteristics of electronic media based on literacy and orality, and presented several applicable points to the present state of the Christianity.

Community recently pays attention to participation, network, and partnership of local residents and community stakeholders for the purpose of solving community problems and issues. This is the typical characteristics of local governance as an institutional setting to solve the problems which communities face with. The aim of this study is to attempt an analysis of local governance from the perspective of community welfare. To do that, it especially focuses on 'Gwangju Greenway' as a case. Participation of and communications among local residents strengthen their community's capabilities to deal with problems and seek better solutions. Above all, networking and cooperation between local government and local residents are required to improve the quality of local residents' participation at the process of planning and policy-making in the area of community welfare. 'Gwangju Greenway' is a good example of community welfare in that local residents actively seek to solve their own problems and realize common good within their local community through the improvement of social interaction and solidarity among local residents, thus resulting in good quality of life.

This study aims to compare the government accounting reform of advanced countries and South Korea and suggest policy implications for South Korea. The reform steps are structured down to institutional introduction, institutional formation and institutional stability. I researched the literatures on the government accounting system and compiled research materials from the Finance Ministries, Audit Offices, and Government Accounting Standards Boards websites of New Zealand, US, UK and South Korea. Analysis showed that advanced countries and South Korea have adopted accrual accounting systems which have provided more comprehensive and objective financial information. But the government accounting system of South Korea compared with those of advanced countries needs reform. The suggestions of this study include: expanding range of whole of government financial statements; giving coherence to the public accounting standards; adopting government audit system; and introducing accrual budgeting. However, there are differences between business accounting and government accounting and the differences are considered for government accounting reform.

The purpose of this study is to increase the long term care service quality. This study examines how leadership style and organizational commitment can effect service quality. The basic data has been made by 318 long-term care workers. Major findings are reported: transformational leadership effects affective commitment, normative commitment, continuance commitment and service quality. And transactional leadership effects continuance commitment, too. Espicially, the mediating effects of normative commitment in the relationship between transformational leadership and service quality were verified. These results have implications for the applications of transformational and transactional leadership and on human resource management and suggest on the support policy.

This study was researched by practical method in a subjectivity study accessible in-depth, in sloughing off old habit of functional quantity analysis about acceptance effect of health public advertising. The perception pattern come out in this study were divided into three types in Q-methodology. The result is as follows ; it is that divided '1[(N=9) : Profit & truth type], 2[(N=9) : Profit & Sympathy type], 3[(N=7) : Profit & Prevent education type] '. Like this, it found that is very different type all over. Hereafter, this study is to ascertain acceptance behavior about reception type on acceptance effect of health public advertising ; to offer a developmental suggestion about it.

Korean film actors and staff participated in Incheon(Terence Young, 1981) Hollywood filmmaking workforces had taken in South Korea. According to the dictation of the elders who participated in the making of the film Incheon, through the movie they were able to experience Hollywood film production system and said it had an impact on Korea filmmaking system. It is the reason that this study tracks the historical traces of the almost forgotten film. This article analyzed an expert assessment and recognition of the audience about the film Incheon produced by the Hollywood production system. Expert review was utilized in such press articles and tomes about the actors and staff who participated in the film. Also, the audience rating was analyzed in terms of the recognition at the theater or watching cable TV, Internet etc. Evaluation of expert in Incheon was monotonous but negatively red, I could confirm that the viewers recognized in various ways, rather than evaluated the film.

Annual reports on the ease of doing business, published from the World Bank, measure the regulations of economies that enhance business activity and those that constrain it by the 10 areas of business life-cycle. It then calculates the scores and ranks in each of the areas and in aggregate. The aggregate scores are the summation of the scores in the areas. This means that all the areas have the same weight. As evaluation results can vary greatly by the areas used and their weights, it is possible that the areas emphasized by small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) of Korea are not appropriately reflected in the evaluation results. From the viewpoint of small and medium-sized Korean enterprises, this paper tries to compare the ease of doing business of economies via determining the weights of the 10 areas. Through an AHP-based survey on Korean professors of a business school and SME CEOs, the weights are determined and then applied to the calculation of the aggregate scores and the ranks of the economies. While the changes in the top and bottom ranks are relatively small, some cases of big changes are found in the middle ranks.

Mecenat is a company support to cultural and artistic activities. It has developed as not only a patronage of the arts but also a strategic method for a business performance and a company's influence. And mecenat has impacted on customers, interested parties, local communities, and corporate culture. This study analyzes how individual and organizational interests and participation on Mecenat activities affect organizational trust, commitment, and loyalty. As a result of surveys from 438 employees, there would be a pro rata increase in an employee's interest and participation in Mecenat, if organizational interest goes up. The interest also affects trust in organization, organizational commitment, and employee loyalty in a positive method. The result clearly indicates necessity of company's support for cultural and artistic activities and importance of changing company's perspectives. Hence companies would be recognized that supporting Mecenat activities would strengthen organizational culture.

The field of design is expanding and diversified in modern society while several new functions are presented by converging a variety of fields of knowledge. There are changes happening in people's way of thinking, sensitivity and behaviors as they are seeking for a new way of expression and aesthetic values. Accordingly, the black and white drawings are increasing as a new way of recognition of tradition or new materials. This paper is to make a study of the expression methods and their analysis of the black and white drawings, based on their historical and social background, and has suggested black and white expression methods as an aesthetic value consistent with the traditional oriental beauty and emotional sensitivity. This paper is also aimed at studying practical usage of the expression of black and white drawings shown in the TV-CM design, and expanding the scope of design by analyzing the conception, features, and classification of the black and white drawings and searching for a new technique or an oriental expression method.

Due to the recent aging population, the need for development and use of welfare technology is increasing in society, but the debate on the evaluation of the personal, social and economic effects of newly developed welfare technology is insufficient. The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of welfare technology and the theoretical contents of technology assessment, and to discuss the development of indicators applicable to welfare technology assessment for older adults. For this purpose, the characteristics of welfare technologists, who are distinguished from the general technology, were examined and tried to establish the concept of welfare technology and to examine theoretically. In addition, welfare technology Assessment indicators reflect the characteristics of older adults and are presented in six areas, including personal, economic, social, technological, environmental and ethical aspects. For the case study, two welfare technology products for older adults were selected and applied to the welfare technology evaluation indicators. This study suggests that older adults and their caregivers need to be participating as an important stakeholder to increase the effectiveness of the welfare technology assessment.
