  • EIRENE(The European Information Researchers Network)는 EU, EFTA, 동유럽국가 70여개 이상의 정보브로커를 대표하는 전문단체이다. 이 단체의 근본적인 목적은 유럽지역 정보브로커들의 정보공유를 위한 네트웍을 형성하는 것이다. 이 네트웍은 정보접근의 효율을 향상시키고 상업적인 활동을 하는 정보브로커를 개발하고 이용자에게 고품질의 서비스를 제공하기 위한 것이다.

  • 현재 전국 16개 시도교육청에서는 제작한 대량의 인터넷 동영상을 서비스하고 있으나 제작 인터넷 동영상 콘텐츠의 재사용 및 공동활용을 높이기 위해서는 인터넷 동영상 개발 과정에서 필요한 효율적 콘텐츠 개발 방법과 품질관리를 포함한 콘텐츠 관리가 요구된다. 인터넷 동영상 공동 활용을 위해 다수의 정보저장소를 사용함으로 메타데이터 등록의 중복 작업이 발생하며, 이를 해결하기 위해서는 인터넷 동영상 공동 활용을 위한 시스템적인 연계가 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 인터넷 동영상 콘텐츠의 유통을 위한 인터넷 동영상 메타데이터의 역할과 요건, 그리고 교육정보 메타데이타의 특성을 살펴보고 인터넷 동영상 메타데이타 적용 원칙 및 메타데이타 필수 구성 요소를 도출하였다. 또한 인터넷 동영상 메타데이터의 전국교육정보공유체제 및 사이버가정학습서비스와 효과적으로 연계 하기 위한 모델을 제시한다

A Study on the YouTube Content Analysis and Users' Emotional Responses Analysis (대학도서관 유튜브 콘텐츠 내용분석과 이용자 감성반응 분석에 관한 연구)

  • This study conducted a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of library services using YouTube through content analysis of YouTube content and emotional response analysis of user comments. This study analyzed 2,169 YouTube contents and 6,487 comments of users from 61 university libraries. The results showed that the number of 'data' content was the largest among 4 categories, followed by 'communication' and 'education' content, and 'promotion' content. Among the sub-classifications, the number of 'information services' contents was the largest. In the analysis of users' emotional responses to YouTube content, the major categories of users' emotional responses were 'data' content and 'communication' content. Most of the user's emotional responses were positive in all categories of content, and the most frequent user emotional expression was 'good'. In addition, the vocabulary used in the user's emotional response was more about the person appearing in the video than the expression of the content of YouTube contents.

  • In recent years, the convergence of IT and IT sightseeing tour has emerged as a fusion of academic disciplines in the future. Convergence study of social data analysis, raising the heat. Social Network Services (SNS) being utilized in many areas of marketing and to apply the case study is also increasing. This study is based u-smart tourist information systems for mobile learning content design. This is the pattern of things in the template library for things to increase the effectiveness of the learning content to mobile learning content to be converted to a. Design of mobile learning content using u-smart things smart phone app (App) and XMI to go through the design process of utilizing the heat. Future through the design process by implementing a mobile learning content to meet information quality tourist information content to create mobile learning content and learning things that can be content to live it up advantage.

Expert Recommendation Scheme by Fields Using User's interesting, Human Relations and Response Quality in Social Networks (소셜 네트워크에서 사용자의 관심 분야, 인적 관계 및 응답 품질을 고려한 분야별 전문가 추천 기법)

  • Recently, with the rapid development of internet and smart phones, social network services that can create and share various information through relationships among users have been actively used. Especially as the amount of information becomes enormous and unreliable information increases, expert recommendation that can offer necessary information to users have been studied. In this paper, we propose an expert recommendation scheme considering users' interests, human relations, and response quality. The users' interests are evaluated by analyzing their past activities in social network. The human relations are evaluated by extracting the users who have the same interesting fields. The response quality is evaluated by considering the user's response speed and response contents. The proposed scheme determines the user's expert score by combining the users' interests, the human relations, and the response quality. Finally, we recommend proper experts by matching queries and expert groups. It is shown through various performance evaluations that the proposed scheme outperforms the existing schemes.

An Empirical Study on the Differences of Relationship between Content Quality Factors and User Satisfaction on Mobile Contents Based on User Characteristics (사용자 특성에 따른 모바일 콘텐츠 만족도에 영향을 미치는 콘텐츠 품질요인의 차이 분석)

  • This study figured out how could mobile contents quality factors, such as usefulness, accuracy, timeliness, entertaining, economic, security etc., affect satisfaction by user individuality using empirical analysis with an aim of finding difference in content quality factors which have an influence on mobile contents satisfaction by user characteristics in integrated view systemically. The result of analysis shows that usefulness has an influence on satisfaction in principle regardless of user characteristics. This study discovered that both of usefulness and entertaining are significant to satisfaction in the groups with high-user individuality. On the other hand, in the groups with low-user individuality both of usefulness and accuracy affect satisfaction. Findings show that contents preference can be different based on user characteristics. Implications are discussed and limitations are proposed based on empirical analysis.

A Study on the Impact of the Attitude of e-Learning on the Effectiveness of e-Learning (e-Learning에 대한 태도가 e-Learning 유효성에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this paper is to study of the attitude of e-learning on the effectiveness of e-learning and the antecedents of e-learning. For this study, samples were collected from students who had attended a cyber lecture at university. Structural equation model was used to analyze the data. The result of this empirical study is summarized as followings. First, the attitude of e-learning has a positive effect on the e-learning effectiveness. Second, ease of use of learning management system, learning motivation, information quality of learning contents has positive effect on the attitude of e-learning, but usefulness of learning management system has no effect on the attitude of e-learning. Therefore, the former consists of learning management system, learning contents and information quality that are provided by e-learning and the latter means learning motivation.

  • 이동통신 3사(SKT, KTF, LGT)의 음성통화 및 무선데이터 서비스에 대한 품질평가 결과 대체적으로 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 정보통신서비스 품질평가협의회는 지난 4월부터 7월까지 측정한 이동통신 3사의 음성통화 및 무선데이터 서비스에 대한 평가결과를 지난달 13일 공개했다. 품질평가협의회에서는 사업자간 품질개선을 유도하고 순위비교를 통한 광고경쟁 등 부작용을 줄이기 위해 과거의 5단계 평가(수, 우, 미, 양, 가)방법을 '양호'와 '미흡'의 2단계로 조정해 평가했다.

  • As the Korean Ministry for Health and Welfare announced the likelihood to revise the legislative limit for healthcare telemedicine, u-Healthcare service through IPTV emerged among these business models. However, in spite of many advantages such as treatment improvement, service quality enhancement, and treatment usefulness, most medical trials grafted with IT have not accepted yet. This points out not only that law and institutional environment has not prepared, but also that policy maker neglect the preparation of the strategies through the study on user acceptance. The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship for IPTV quality based Healthcare on satisfaction and intention to use. The results identify that IPTV technology quality for its convenience, contents quality for its completeness, and the quality for healthcare services give significant effect to satisfaction. In addition the study indicates that overall qualities of IPTV technology, contents, and healthcare service, significantly impact on satisfaction respectively and that the satisfaction may lead to the intention to use of this service.

An Effect on Service Satisfaction by Information Valuation Evaluation Factor in M-commerce Industry (모바일 커머스 산업에 있어서 정보가치 평가 요인이 무선인터넷 서비스 만족에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • The mobile commerce (m-commerce) has very high market value unlike other technology innovation areas in IT industries and also changing rapidly. Therefore, it is fact that the development of the effective business strategy is challenging in a digital convergence era of m-commerce context. In most of the researches, m-commerce has dealt with conceptual study such as establishment of definition. There are not many studies of influence of information valuation evaluation on users' satisfaction have done so far. In this paper, we have reported a theoretical study as well as empirical analysis and examined an influence of information valuation evaluation have on users' satisfaction. A questionnaire was constructed and data were collected from 192 users of m-commerce system. The results indicated that users' satisfaction was affected by information valuation evaluation and difference between cost satisfaction and service quality satisfaction according to users' specialty.
