Design & development of e-learning game contents in elementary math class (초등 수학교과의 게임형 콘텐츠 설계 및 개발 사례)

  • The purpose of this study is to design and develop internet-based game content in elementary mass class. The design of Internet-based learning game content should be different from general game contents in terms of achieving learning goal, challenging learning steps, and learning motivation. This study presents the design and development strategies in the second grade multiply mass class. This study concludes that internet-based game content should consider the importances of the process of game, accumulations of game results to remind learners of what to achieve during the internet class not to enjoy the game itself.

Customer Satisfaction and the Fit between Supply Chain Context and Postponement-Speculation Strategies -The Case of Electronic Products- (공급체인의 투기 및 순연 전략 적합성이 고객 만족도에 미치는 영향 -전자제품을 중심으로-)

  • Supply chain (SC) strategies will influence corporate performance and customer satisfaction. However, few empirical research has investigated the impact of the gap between prescriptive and current strategy on customer satisfaction. Based on the profile analysis with data from 31 products, the results of this study show the significant relationship between customer satisfaction and the fit between SC context and speculation-postponement strategies. The results imply that different SC strategies should be applied in accordance with product attributes and supply environments.

  • In circumstances that case studies of management strategy for the domestic media company were rare, this study was performed case analysis of CJ E&M, representative new media/contents company in Korea. An evolutionary perspective is applied to diversification of the business and the external environmental analysis/resource based view are applied to capability evaluation since the inauguration as analysis frameworks. Unlike other media companies, CJ E&M have increased synergies of scale through horizontal, vertical diversification and superior contents strategies. furthermore, there are many advantages of enthusiasm of the leadership, expertise, high human configuration, creative corporate culture, effective contents portfolio. However, it is necessary to note that too much emphasis on competition and the performance of the organization may make organizational atmosphere rigid and weaken the global competitiveness.

  • This paper compares and analyzes the domestic OTT services to access their success factors, strategies and examine the domestic OTT leader's wavve's unique differentiation strategy. It is a comparative study of the top five market share services based on the operator and content's key success factors criteria, revenue structure, personalization, interactive media and cooperation. As a result, the common success factors were contents that reflected the characteristics of the operators, hybrid VOD, hybrid filtering, real-time participation interaction, alliances between the same and heterogeneous industries, and utilization of existing business areas. In addition, the study confirmed that it expanded the scope of the project and operated the contents efficiently by introducing one or more business strategies. wavve has been widely validated with its content, while B2C has long-term benefits and overseas use services, and B2B has a systematic use system, differentiating itself from other services. This paper can be the foundation for identifying the strengths and differences of each service on 2021, entering the domestic OTT industry, and establishing competitive strategies.

  • This study observes the case of Kakao-Page, a webtoon and web novel company, revealing the relationship between long-tail strategy and corporate competence in the cultural content industry market. This study investigated the various expansion strategies of Kakao-Page and investigated the strength of the strategy through value, rare, inimitability, and organization the method of VRIO analysis. The biggest strength of Kakao-Page is its diverse range of products ranging from 66,000, and not only does it gain merit as a long-tail, but it also becomes the core of the vertical integration and various expansion strategy. The study points out that the ability to secure a wide range of products is essential for platform content companies seeking access to the market. Also, the need for follow-up research regarding content platforms and long-tail.

NC Soft images an expansion in entertainment industry which open doors to the future of enjoy break through innovative online game and creative AI & IT technologies, focused on new business opportunities that are solely NC's own. This study starts with the implication on why focusing on exploration innovation and exploitation strategy at the same time in NC Soft is so challenging. NC Soft manages to their online & mobile gaming competencies in the long term and achieves their sustainable growth by incremental innovation (e.g. game planning, game programming, and graphic design). Also, for innovative success, pursuing exploration strategy is essential. NC Soft have built a strategic alliance spanning K-POP, digital contents platform, movie, and animation, sharing the connectivity of entertainment domains with major contents corporations. The findings of this study would also beneficial to entertainment and contents corporation executives and could provide some road-map on managing the dual challenges of exploration and exploitation implementations.

  • As the network and electronic devices have been developed rapidly, the influences the web exerts on our daily lives have been increasing. Information created on the web has been playing more and more essential role as the important records which reflect each era. So there is a strong demand to archive information on the web by a standardized method. One of the methods is the snapshot strategy, which is crawling the web contents periodically using automatic software. But there are two problems in this strategy. First, it can harvest the same and duplicate contents and it is also possible that meaningless and useless contents can be crawled due to complex IT skills implemented on the web. In this paper, we will categorize the problems which can emerge when crawling web contents using snapshot strategy and present the possible solutions to settle the problems through the technical aspects by crawling the web contents in the public institutions.

  • 테마파크가 다양해지면서 지역특성과 자원을 활용한 지역특화형과 같은 소규모 테마파크가 주목받고 있다. 이에 따라 소규모 테마파크는 그만의 차별성을 확보하고, 생존전략이 필요해졌다. 본 연구의 목적은 테마파크에서의 진입공간에서의 콘텐츠 제공을 위해 이동형 미디어 콘텐츠를 개발하는 데 있다. 안동지역의 '원이엄마 테마파크'를 대상으로 소규모 테마파크 진입 공간에서부터 방문객들이 테마의 확장을 경험하고, 몰입하며 흥미를 느낄 수 있는 하나의 방법으로써 이동형 인터랙티브 미디어 콘텐츠 개발에 대해 논의하였다.
