  • Digitalized multimedia contents is changing active digital contents in form passed from manufacturer directly to consumer though digital network of high speed, also face with big problem that is protection of rights to protect digital contents, to protect those and effort to active digital contents process height. Also, in situation that require change to more efficient system, the efficiency of rights document that is basic intermediate to be used in business of digital contents field is emphasized. Therefore, the design of common business model to share contents that have same purpose without depending on specific system to offer contents with another system is required. This paper designed adaptable rights business model to general digital contents, and designed and implemented rights document editing system to editable document for Right management according to designed business model.

  • As the broadcasting service is digitalized, the copyrighters more concern about permitting users to record broadcasting content. However, the recording is very convenient function for the users to enjoy their favorite program without restriction of broadcasting schedule. In this paper, we will suggest an efficient mechanism to protect recorded content. We will also propose a new business model on the recorded broadcasting content using suggested protection mechanism.

  • 최근 문화기술(CT) 기반으로 다양한 산업의 콘텐츠화가 급속히 진행되고 있는 가운데, 융합형 콘텐츠가 새로운 성장동력으로서 주목받고 있다. 또한 상상력과 창의력 기반의 문화적 요소가 가미된 융합형 콘텐츠 산업은 '경쟁없는 시장'으로서 국가 비즈니스 혁신의 돌파구가 될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 이런 상황에서 차세대 융합형 콘텐츠 분야의 유망 전략 산업에 대한 산업-기술 연계 로드맵 작성 및 기술기획 프레임워크(framework) 구축은 미래 기술기획 및 기술개발, 관련 산업의 활성화, R&D 투자 배분 등을 위한 사전 작업 및 방향지표로서의 의의를 가진다. 이에 본 고에서는 유망 융합형 콘텐츠 분야에 대한 산업-기술 연계 로드맵을 3가지 기술발전 경로, 즉 단위 소요기술의 향상(upgrade road), 기존 소요기술의 진화(evolution road), 단위 소요기술의 혁신(innovation road)을 반영하여 작성하는 입체로드맵으로 기술기획 프레임워크 내에서 제시 적용하도록 한다.

  • Recently the more convenient services are provided to people in the city in line with the change of city paradigm and the recent development of ubiquitous. For example, Information on bus arrivals an effective advertisement the combination of high technology and departures through smart-phones. However, in respect of the mobile advertisement, because of difficulties such as the means of transferring the mass storage data or the burden of communication charges. there need means to improve such difficulties. This study has been conducted aiming to overcome such difficulties. This study suggests the strategic differentiation plan through the analysis of the media characteristics such as real time service information when in traveling, U-Bus business model in the category of mobile advertisement, etc. and also the concrete system establishment plan from the operation center via network to the delivery of the advertisement through vehicle terminals. In respect that this study suggests the implications as a practical business model through the fusion of high technology and diverse media. It has great significance.

Business Process Model Formalization and Structural Anomaly Verification Techniques for Integrated Process Management of Medical Institutions (의료기관 프로세스 통합 관리를 위한 비즈니스 프로세스 모델 정형화 및 구조적 이상 현상 검증 기법)

  • The business process management system that can integrate and manage a medical institution's processes has been increased importance to adapt to constantly changing medical environments and share information with various external medical institutions. The business process management system is an automated process tool that converts the graphic-based BPMN process model into a WS-BPEL, the execution language of the web service environment, and executes it through the process engine. However, the BPMN process model can be difficult to convert into WS-BPEL due to several ambiguities and structural inconsistencies. The process model may also contain structural anomalies that can lead to execution errors during process execution. In this paper, we present business process model formalization and structural anomaly verification techniques for facilitating integrated process management in medical institutions. Through the case study based on the IHE profile, we presented a formalized BPMN process model and verify the structural anomalies. We show the superiority of the proposed technique through comparative experiments with other related works.

  • Social enterprise is an organization which use business activities as a means to achieve of social purposes. It has grown sharply since 2007 in Korea. However, now it is time had to pursue qualitative growth through the development of specialized business model. This study aims to identify business components using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with experts and to develop a tailored business model for social enterprises in the fields of culture, performance, and the arts associated with the tourism based on regional demand within Gwangju. The analysis shows that job creation should be set as the main objectives to create value, and programs that offer hands-on experience with that fields can be the core competency. Cooperation among private corporations, local governments and agencies related to that fields is essential, as are programs provided through on- and off-line platforms. To develop a value proposition, customers must be segmented among a variety of the market participants.

  • Users in the Web 2.0 era, which is based on the convergence of wired and wireless technologies, tend to have a high regard for digital contents interactions, as compared to the technology experienced at the analog era. To boost the digital contents business, it is necessary to focus on the digital contents(DC) interactions based on user-centered thinking to satisfy user preferences. According to previous studies, this study classified DC interactions into three types: interaction between users, interactions between contents and users, and interactions between system and users. This study empirically verifies that DC interactions factors affect flow as well as DC flow influences the DC use intention.

A Study on the Effect of Business Capabilities on Job Creation Intenion : Mediating Effect of Entrepreneur Passion and Moderating Effect of Gender (비즈니스 역량이 창직 의지에 미치는 영향 : 기업가 열정의 매개효과 및 성별 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to find ways to effectively utilize job creation activities that can be an alternative to employment and entrepreneurship in diverse and subdivided labor markets. The effect of business capability on the job creation intention and the mediating effect of entrepreneurship were identified, and gender was used as a control variable for comparison among groups. The questionnaire was composed of 4 questions for 6 variables, and a 7-point Likert scale was used. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural relationship analysis, mediating effect and moderating effect were conducted on 392 people who answered the questionnaire sincerely. As a result of analysis the relationship between the job creation intention in business capability, the entrepreneur passion in business capability and the job creation intention in entrepreneur passion had a positive (+) effect. Entrepreneur passion in the verification of bootstrapping mediating effects played a mediating role in the relationship between business capability and job creation intention. It was found that there was no difference in the job creation intention according to the gender that was compared between groups. The job creation activities must overcome the negative perspectives and worries around them with the differentiation of items experience and know-how a business model that reflects recent trends and a passionate and persistent Jobcreatorship.

A Case Study of Broadcasting Contents Using One Source Multi Use Strategy (사례 분석을 통한 방송콘텐츠 OSMU의 고찰 - OSMU 이론적 정립 및 비즈니스분류를 중심으로 -)

  • In this study, we investigated broadcasting industry in Korea and in U.S. to find out what mostly makes the broadcasting industry competitive for the near future. One source multi use(from now on OSMU) marketing strategy is important when discussing profits of broadcasting contents. To develop a theoretical and academic framework of OSMU, 14 experts participated in focus group interview. A new meaning of OSMU is defined and 4 types of OSMU business models are developed in the study. Also, two successful examples of broadcasting contents, each from Korea and U.S., were analyzed with the models that we have developed. Lastly, we discussed how to enhance the competitiveness of broadcasting contents and industry by using the benefit-maximizing-strategies of OSMU.

  • 인터넷이 발달하면서 나타난 대표적인 특징 중의 하나가 비즈니스모델(BM) 특허다. 하지만 타산업과는 달리 매우 빠른 속도로 변화하고 발전하기 때문에 기존의 특허법을 적용하기에는 상당한 무리가 따르기 마련이다. 특허권의 경우 특허권자에게 주어지는 독점적인 권한을 장기간 부여할 경우 그 산업 자체의 발전을 저해하는 요소로 적용할 수도 있다는 문제점이 있다. 그 이유는 인터넷 산업은 기술의 발전과 변화의 속도가 매우 빠른 특성을 가지고 있다. 따라서 특정 비즈니스모델에 독점권을 장기간 부여하면 해당산업이 타격을 받을 수 밖에 없다는 논리다. 이밖에 비즈니스모델을 구현하기 위한 솔류션과의 문제 등과 맞물려 BM특허는 법리상의 문제점도 지니고 있다는 것이 필자의 논리다. 이에 그 문제점과 대응책에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 또한 특허가 일부 대기업들에 의해 선점될 경우 인터넷 산업 자체가 위협받을 수 있다. 대부분 영세하고 소규모인 인터넷 기업들의 성장토대를 마련해 주기 위해서도 BM특허의 적용은 좀더 신중하게 적용되어야 할 것이다.
