Improving Customer Satisfaction Management using the Satisfied Customer Segmentation based on Latent Class Analysis (Latent Class Analysis 기반의 만족 고객 세분화를 이용한 고객만족경영 향상 방안)

  • Recently it is difficult to draw an improvement for customer satisfaction because the ratio of satisfied customers increases in customer satisfaction survey. In addition, the effectiveness of practical application of customer satisfaction survey decreases due to its constitution limitation on its data analysis. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to develop a novel research to identify the strategy meanings and find dissatisfied factors of satisfied customers using the satisfied customers' reclassification. This study focuses on the satisfied customer segmentation based on Latent Class Analysis (LCA). The case study with high-speed internet service customers show that the satisfied customers are divided into three subgroups using LCA and we draw meaning results such as satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors through analyzing each group. This study is expected to play the role as the groundwork for the revitalization of customer satisfaction survey as well as improving customer satisfaction management.

An Analysis on the Effects of Basic Computational Skills Using G-Learning Contents (기초셈하기 G-러닝 콘텐츠의 효과성 분석)

  • This study was to analyze the effects of basic computational abilities using G-learning contents, which was developed for mathematically slow learners. The participant students were 146 mathematically slow learners in grade 3-6 in Seoul. The researchers analyzed the difference between pre and post test scores to check their effectiveness. Also, teachers and parents as well as students responded survey items to check dispositions and satisfactions towards the program. The research results showed that the application of the G-learning contents on basic computation areas was effective to develop students' basic computational skills. In addition, students also showed that they were satisfied studying basic computations with the G-learning contents. They had increased beliefs about and decreased difficulties in mathematics. Parents and teachers also had satisfactions in using the G-learning programs in spite of some negative effects such as errors in the contents, use of computers, and concentration on the game itself. For the improvement of G-learning contents, we need to keep studying on G-learning contents with wide range of areas and long term studies.

  • This research was conducted in order to know how influential the acknowledgment of factors such as the quality of educational contents and the conducting of off-line lectures is in terms of effective learning for leaners. Based on the satisfaction-importance model of the multi-attribute attitude model, this study would like to clarify the degree to which the quality of on-line contents of on-line education and the simultaneous conducting of off-line lectures influences one's learning attitude. On-line contents satisfaction will evaluated through the three categories: audio lectures, video lecture and WBI lectures, which make up the quality of on-line contents. We would also like to do a survey on the transformation of learning attitudes when on-line and off-line lectures were conducted simultaneously.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of project selection procedures such as information provision and transparency and project application conditions such as required documents and conditions on the satisfaction of agricultural subsidy support policy and re-application intention to support pig farmers in Jeju. The results of analysis are summarized as follows. First Need to improve the satisfaction of the business selection procedure rather than to relax the business application conditions in order to improve the satisfaction of the subsidy support business. Second, Need to improve the satisfaction of the business selection procedure rather than to relax the business application conditions in order to increase the subsidy re-application intention through the income increase effect by the subsidy support project. It is shown that the efforts to improve the satisfaction of the selection process can improve the satisfaction of the subsidy support project as well as re-application intention at the same time. Therefore, It is necessary to focus on improving the satisfaction of the project selection process, such as providing information and reflecting opinions on the subsidy project.

  • 디지털콘텐츠 업계의 상징적인 기업과 인물은 NHN과 김택진, 디지털콘텐츠 종사자의 전형적인 모습은 전문대졸 이상의 학력에 경력 2~5년차, 그리고 1,800만~2,500만원의 연봉인 것으로 나타났다. 월간 <디지털콘텐츠>가 창간 11주년을 맞아 디지털콘텐츠 종사자들을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사에서는 디지털콘텐츠 하면 떠오르는 기업과 인물로 각각 NHN과 김택진 엔씨소프트 사장이 뽑혔다. 이밖에 디지털콘텐츠 종사자들은 현 직장을 대체로 만족스럽다고 평가했으나, 불합리한 조직체계와 급여가 가장 큰 불만거리였다.

The Effect of Experience of Abuse on Life Satisfaction of the elderly in Long-term Care Facilities (노인요양 시설내 학대경험이 이용 노인의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • With the introduction of long-term care insurance, the number of long-term care facilities and the elderly using it is increasing. Nevertheless, there was a lack of concern and research on elderly abuse and how to affect the life of the elderly in long-term care facilities. The study analyzed the data collected from 278 senior citizens of 44 long-term care facilities in two regions. The analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship among elderly abuse, service quality, service satisfaction and life satisfaction. An analysis showed that some of the elderly experienced elderly abuse, especially sexual abuse. The experience of abuse affect the perception of the service quality, service satisfaction and life satisfaction of the elderly. The elderly experienced abuse was undervalued in service quality, service satisfaction and life satisfaction. Based on these findings, the implications to prevent elderly abuse of long-term care facilities are suggested.

  • The objectives of this study are to analyze the effects of major factors influencing cruise ship passengers' satisfaction with a port of call on overall satisfaction with it and the differences in satisfaction with the domestic port of calls. To achieve these objectives, as a conceptual framework of the study, cruise tourism and tourist satisfaction were reviewed, and the empirical studies on cruise ship passengers's perceptions toward the Korean port of calls were conducted. According to the findings of this study, the following suggestions were presented to the local governments with the port of calls. The local governments are required to improve the food services provided around the port of call areas, and in addition, in case of Cheju, improvement of tourism information service which is verified as the most significant factor affecting passenger's overall satisfaction with the port of call is needed as well.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of e-service quality factors on customer satisfaction and behavior intention. This study also aims to examine the relationship between the variables of web site service quality variables (reliability, information, design, communication, entertainment, convenience), the customer satisfaction with web site, relationship intention and word of mouth intention. As the results, the study found that factors of web site service quality variables has a positive impact on customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction also has a positive impact on relationship intention and word of mouth intention. At the same time, it was found that customer satisfaction had an effect on relationship intention through the mediation of word of mouth intention indirectly as well as directly. According to those results, marketing managers should develop different service strategies.

  • This study aimed to investigate the influence of the various factors ICT Convergence of Sports Game device on user satisfaction and intention to reuse. For this goal, based on the review of literature and the Extended Technology Acceptance Model, a research model was constructed that consists of playfulness, usefulness, convenience. The proposed model is analyzed to target 271 customers in Daegu National Science Museum experienced ICT Convergence Sports Game Device using Smart Partial Least Square(PLS) 2.0. The result of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, Playfulness, Usefulness, Convenience showed positively significant impact on Game satisfaction. Second, Game satisfaction positively influenced Reuse Intention. Thus, based on the results of the study, ICT Convergence of Sports Game Device seems to help in the development of a contents.

The Effect of Classic Live Streaming Performance's Service Quality on Viewer Satisfaction and Purchase Intention of On-site Performance (클래식 라이브 스트리밍 공연의 서비스 품질이 시청만족과 현장공연 구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The recent surge in live streaming has also changed the market for classical performing arts. Now more than just recording live performances, content specific to live streaming platforms is being produced, and live streaming is emerging as a new alternative to promoting and enjoying classical performances. Therefore, this study empirically analyzed the effect of service quality factors of the classical live streaming performance on the viewer satisfaction and the purchase intention of the on-site performance over the data collected from 198 viewers. Results suggest that, among the service quality factors of the classic live streaming performance, video content, convenience, and price, except for real-time interaction, affected the viewer satisfaction, and viewer satisfaction in turn affected the purchase intention of the on-site performance. Thus the publicity effect of live streaming for classical performing arts seemed to be proved.
