Although the amount of UCC(user created content) rapidly grows nowadays, there are various problems in authoring, distribution and management of this abundant content because the platforms for fabrication and replaying content are not compatible and the authoring environments are not sufficiently interoperable with other site or with each other. In this paper, we propose a CPMS(content publication and management system) scheme improved in interoperability to solve these problems, and we design a novel system enhancing the efficiency and speed of content distribution and management by minimizing the repetitions in the processes of production, reshaping, and publication. Moreover the proposed system adopts an improved content management technology by changing from simple point-to-point method to the centralized distribution method, and as for the service scheme, we change from the site link method to the database link method, and we also take duplex interlink scheme instead of simplex one. We finally compare the proposed system to the conventional ones as points of view of compatibility and interoperability to prove the improved performance of our system.

본 논문에서는 디지털콘텐츠 식별자 연계 표준인 UCI 정보를 이용하여 효율적인 디지털 콘텐츠의 관리가 가능한 무손실 비디오 워터마킹 기법을 이용하였다. 제안한 기법은 각 비디오 프레임의 히스토그램의 특정 구간의 화소값을 수정함으로써 워터마크를 삽입한다. 4CIF 크기의 테스트 시퀀스를 통한 실험결과 화질의 열화가 적으면서도 UCI 정보를 100% 왜곡없이 검출이 가능하였으며, 원본 디지털 비디오 콘텐츠도 모든 테스트 시퀀스에서 100% 복원이 가능하였다. 제안한 기법은 디지털 비디오에 UCI 정보를 직접 삽입하여 메타데이터가 없을 경우 콘텐츠만으로도 콘텐츠의 식별이 가능하고 콘텐츠로부터 추출한 UCI 정보를 통하여 효율적인 관리가 가능하면서 유사시 원본 콘텐츠를 손실없이 복원이 가능할 수 있어 영화, 방송 등의 다양한 비디오 콘텐츠의 관리를 위해 응용될 수 있다.

콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 SaaS로 제공 할 수 있는 플랫폼을 개발 하였다. 서비스 제공자는 본 플랫폼에서 제공하는 API와 기본 기능을 활용하여 다양한 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 직접 개발 할 수 있으며, 개발 완료 후에 해당 시스템을 일반 사용자에게 SaaS 형태로 본 플랫폼을 통해 서비스 할 수 있다. 이를 통해 다양한 요구사항과 저렴한 비용으로 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 사용하고자 하는 중소 규모의 기업 또는 단체를 대상으로 콘텐츠 관리 시스템 구축 및 서비스 제공 비즈니스를 실현 할 수 있다.

멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 저작, 생성, 전달을 통해 최종 소비에 이르기까지 콘텐츠를 보호하고 안전하게 다루기 위해 MPEG-21 IPMP(Intellectual Property Management and Protection)가 표준을 정의하고 있으며 현재 FCD(Final Committee Draft) 단계까지 표준화가 이루어졌다. 우리는 MPEG-21 IPMP에서 규정한 FCD규격에 따라 멀티미디어 콘텐츠와 그에 대한 저작권을 보호 관리하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 제안한 MPEG-21 기반 REL및 IPMP 보호 관리 시스템은 크게 보호 관리 메타데이터 생성부, 통합 제어 관리부, 디지털 아이템 암호화부, 네트워크 인터페이스부의 4부분으로 구성된다. 이 시스템은 먼저 라이센스 서버를 통해 MPEG-21 REL(Rights Expression Language) 규격에 맞는 라이센스 정보가 담긴 문서를 파싱하는 기능을 가지며 오디오 또는 비디오 워터마크가 적용된 멀티미디어콘텐츠에 대해 MPEG-21 IPMP 기반의 메타데이터를 생성하고 보호 관련 REL및 IPMP 메타데이터와 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 Remuxing 하여 전송되며 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 및 하나의 패키징된 DID는 암호화하여 최종 소비자에게 전송한다.

e-Learning은 시 공간의 제약 없이 교수자와 학습자간의 교육이 이루어진다는 장점이 있는 반면, 다양한 학습자의 요구를 만족시킬 만큼 충분한 학습 콘텐츠의 제작이 어렵다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 해결하기 위해 ADL(Advanced Distributed Learning)의 SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Modeling)의 표준에 따라 e-Learning의 학습 콘텐츠를 학습객체(Learning Object)로 제작하고, 이를 SCORM의 표준을 지원하는 LCMS(Learning Content Management System)를 이용하여 관리하려는 연구가 진행되고 있다. LCMS를 이용할 경우 학습 콘텐츠의 제사용성을 높이므로 학습 콘텐츠의 제작 및 관리가 무척 용이해진다는 장점이 있는 반면 탈맥락화된 학습 콘텐츠를 제작하기는 매우 어렵다는 단점을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 버전관리 기법을 이용한 탈맥락화된 학습 콘텐츠에 대한 제작이 용이한 시스템을 연구했다.

안전한 스마트폰 사용 환경을 위해 스마트폰 애플리케이션 콘텐츠의 검증 및 운영은 필수적이다. 기존 스마트폰 환경에서의 스마트폰 애플리케이션 콘텐츠 등록 및 관리는 애플리케이션 콘텐츠 등록 시에만 수행되어 지속적인 관리가 수행되지 않았기 때문에 사용자가 직접 관리해야하는 문제점이 있었다. 하지만 이러한 애플리케이션 콘텐츠 관리는 다양한 보안 취약점이 내포되어 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 방식에서의 보안 취약점을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 스마트폰 애플리케이션 콘텐츠 통합 관리 모델을 제안한다.

미네소타 에덴프레리에 소재한 스텔런트(www.stellent.com)는 최근 유니버셜 콘텐츠 매니지먼트 7.0을 발표했다. 이 제품은 하나의 공통 제품 아키텍처 내에서 문서 관리, WCM(웹 콘텐츠관리), 협업, 레코드 관리, DAM(디지털자산관리)을 통합하는 유일한 ECM(기업콘텐츠관리) 솔루션이다. 본질적으로 다른 기술들을 통합시킨 ECM 시스템을 활용한 최신 업그레이드 제품과 달리 이번에 내놓은 ECM 시스템 7.0 버전은 공 통 GUI(Graphical User Interface)와 공 통API(Application Programming Interface)를 통해 단일 서버에서 모든 애플리케이션 모듈을 지원한다는 게 회사측 설명이다.

IPTV는 방송과 통신이 융합된 모범 사례로 널리 알려지고 있으며, 가까운 미래에는 인터넷 통신량의 대부분을 IPTV 데이터가 차지할 것으로 예상할 만큼 유망한 연구 주제이다. 근래에는 스마트TV라는 용어가 등장하였으나 이것 역시 IPTV의 범주를 벗어나지 못한다. IPTV 시스템을 구성하는 가장 중요한 요소 부분은 콘텐츠 관리와 방송관리이며, 본 논문은 콘텐츠 관리에 대하여 조사 연구한다.

This article focuses on analyzing the cases of on-line archival contents services of the national archives' web-sites and explaining their types and characteristics. This study defines the concept of on-line archival contents services through literature review. Then, it examines the cases of on-line archival contents provided by web-sites of the USA, the UK, Australian and Korean national archives. The types of on-line archival contents services are classified in accordance with the main purpose of use, the structure, and the way of interaction between contents and users. Lastly, it summarizes their structural and thematic characteristics by type and country.

One of the most typical examples of convergence is IPTV, a convergence of broadcast and telecommunication. Demand for IPTV has been increased so rapidly that a new TV set, called a smart TV, has appeared. One of the most important factors for IPTV business success is content. If an IPTV station provides popular content and subscribers can conveniently watch it then the station has a good chance of success. Therefore, the content management module is extremely important component of IPTV systems. In the current IPTV systems, operators must be present at the office to access a Content Management System(CMS). We implement a web CMS so that the operators can access the CMS anytime and anywhere as long as they are connected to Internet.
