본 논문에서는 방송프로그램 저작권 식별관리를 위한 방송프로그램의 Video Signature와 국가표준콘텐츠식별 체계인 UCI(Universal & Ubiquitous Content Identifier)와의 연계 방안을 제시한다. Video Signature는 UCI와 같은 식별자의 인위적인 부여 과정이 없더라도 비디오 콘텐츠 자체에서 직접 특징정보를 추출할 수 있기 때문에, 이미 배포 유통된 콘텐츠에 대해서도 식별 확인이 가능하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 UCI 표준식별체계와 방송프로그램의 Video Signature와의 지속적인 연계를 위하여, 바이너리로 표현된 Video Signature가 포함된 UCI 응용 메타데이터를 정의한다. 그리고 UCI 표준식별체계 기반의 Video Signature 전송 및 관리 메카니즘에 기반한 방송프로그램의 저작권 식별관리 시나리오를 제시한다.

국내의 인구는 고령화와 함께 의료비 지출이 늘어나는 것은 혈압이나 당뇨와 같은 만성질환자 환자 비중이 높아졌기 때문이며 의료비의 절감 및 건강관리 향상을 위하여 본 연구에서는 스마트폰 점유율이 높은 안드로이드 OS를 기반으로 하여 건강관리 콘텐츠를 제공 하는 앱을 설계 하였다. 설계한 앱은 혈압계, 심전도 기기, 혈당계, 전자청진기 등을 이용하여 사용자가 자신의 건강상태를 안드로이드 기기에 전달하여 서버에 저장 하는 구동절차를 가지고 있으며, 서버에서는 LOG 정보를 이용하여 사용자가 원하는 서비스 요청을 통하여 사용자에게 맞는 건강관리 콘텐츠를 전달한다.

최근 디지털 콘텐츠 산업에서 커다란 이슈가 되고 있는 e-book은 그 명칭부터 성격, 성장 가능성 등이 아직은 불분명하며, 해결해야할 기술적·정책적 과제들이 많이 남아 있다. e-book은 디지털 콘텐츠 서비스의 한 유형으로서 다양한 영역과 연계되어 있다. e-book과 관련된 주요 문제점들을 살펴보고, 다양한 측면을 고려한 활성화 방안을 모색해본다.

Archival descriptions are significant in utilizing archives, as they are important tools for archival research and use. Meanwhile, content services are key services in modern society, where the use of archives and the importance of content are increasing. In this study, archival descriptions and content services were not viewed as different areas but as a relationship that could advance complementarily. This is because if archival descriptions are rich and well-prepared, high-quality content can be produced based on them, and archival descriptions can be enriched if well-made content is supplemented or linked to the descriptions again. This study intends to reveal the complementary relationship between archival descriptions and content services and propose an advancement plan based on this relationship. As such, the current status and problems of the archival descriptions and content services of the National Archives of Korea and the Presidential Archives website were analyzed, and the UK's National Archives (TNA), the USA's National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), the Seoul Metropolitan Archives, and the Korea Democracy Foundation's Open Archives were selected as exemplary cases for comparison. Based on the implications of the six analyzed institutions, an advancement plan for archival descriptions and content services, as well as a complementary development plan, was proposed. Through this study, it is expected that archival descriptions and content services will develop in a mutually complementary direction.

급증하고 있는 이동 멀티미디어 방송 콘텐츠 서비스의 수요에 발맞추어 이 서비스를 이용하는 사용자들을 효율적으로 관리하는 방안에 대해 관심이 집중되고 있다. 1991년 Chaum과 van Heyst에 의해 소개된 그룹 인증 관리 기법은 익명성의 보장이나, 관리상의 편의로 인해 앞에서 언급된 문제를 해결하는 데 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 예상되었다. 하지만, 이후 소개된 몇개의 그룹 인증 관리 기법들이 실제로는 익명성을 보장하지 못 하거나, 외부 그룹에 의해 악용될 수 있다는 점이 증명되어, 그룹 인증 관리 기법을 실제로 응용하기 이전에 안전성 보장을 위해 요구되는 적합한 기준들을 선정하고, 이 기준에 부합하는지를 살펴보는 일이 더욱 시급한 문제로 대두되었다. 이에 본 논문은 이동 멀티미디어 방송 콘텐츠 서비스를 이용하는 사용자들을 그룹 인증 기법으로 관리하는 데 있어, 요구되는 안전성 조건과 이에 적합한 그룹 인증 기법을 소개하고, 실제로 소개한 그룹 인증 기법이 본 논문에서 선정한 안전성 조건에 부합하는지를 증명하였다. 더불어, 그룹 인증 기법을 실제 효과적으로 응용할 수 있는 비즈니스 모델을 제안하여 그룹 인증 기법의 효용 및 앞으로의 개발 방향을 제시하였다.

Under the knowledge-based economy in 21C, the convergence and complexity in science and technology are being more active. Therefore, we have science and technology are classified properly, make not easy to construct the system to new next generation area. Thus we suggest the systematic solution method to flexibly extend classification scheme in order for content management and service organizations. In this way, we expect that the difficult of classification scheme management is minimized and the expense of it is spared.
