Study on the Artifact pattern representation of a method using digital technology (디지털 기술을 이용한 유물의 문양표현 방법에 대한 연구)

  • Artifact pattern representation of a method using the digital technology is largely are two digital rubbing technique and digital contrast technique. Digital rubbing technique is clearly with the naked eye to see the original prestigious and difficult to build a digital rubbing data patterns by scanning a prestigious and patterns carved into the artifacts in three dimensions without compromising the circle to represent the three-dimensional effect by contrast it to the objective value refers to a technique that can be represented in digital. Digital contrast technique can not be calculated if the depth information of the object due to the glassy film of artefacts in a three-dimensional surface scanning and the application of this technique refers to a realistic image mapped digital technique for generating digital image contrast. Digital rubbing technique is mainly useful to express the most prestigious and patterns expressed in pottery or tile and stone monument, etc. engraved or embossed, digital contrast techniques can be used effectively to artifacts such as magnetic or glass can not be applied to the digital rubbing technique.

  • The industry of digital culture contents has resulted in the high growth of added value at the area of game and movie in 2004 but the markets of animation character, and music disc have been weaken. Animation industries in Digital culture contents have attracted the attention of the people as the business of multi culture contents which has the possibility to expend and to enhance the added value nut only for the field of image and character business but also for the area of the copy right on. The stable structure of market, however, has not been settked down except a few of successful projects due to the rapid decline of 2D animation and the strong market of 3D in overseas. The purpose of this study is to analyze and research the basic logic of the market structure at the domestic business of 3D animation. In addition this paper is to suggest an alternative in terms of benchmarkin in overseas. It could be expected to achieve the effective production in this field, if the result of this study could be applied to the related world as a development model at the area of 3D animation in digital culture contents.

  • This study attempted to examine whether the propeller diffusion weighted image method may remove magnetic susceptibility artifacts caused by metallic materials. A comparison of occurrence rates of magnetic susceptibility artifacts in the four regions, both temporal lobes, pons, and orbit, between b = 0 and b = 1,000 s/mm2 images was made after obtaining echo-planar diffusion weighted image, propeller diffusion weighted image, and ADC map images, respectively, from a total of 20 patients who had MRI shots taken of their brain and were found to be with retained metallic foreign bodies within their teeth using a 3.0T MR scanner. In the case of echo-planar diffusion weighted image technique, the presence of metallic materials may bring in some limits on accurate diagnosis due to magnetic susceptibility artifacts, while the propeller diffusion weighted image technique where magnetic susceptibility artifacts decrease is expected to be more useful in ensuring accurate diagnosis in the clinical context.

  • To provide more efficient and exact search result, internet systems will rely more and more on semantic web. Ontology is one of the important methods for implementation of semantic web. Ontology is used to implement an explicit formal vocabularies to share. However, important problems rise when dealing with ontology. Ontologies are typically subject to change because they are living. In order to handle ontology data change situation, a version handling system is needed to keep track of changes. For example, the queries subject to the previous ontology may become inconsistent and must be updated according to the newest version of ontology. Although many research was done in this area, there are still many problems to overcome. In this paper, we propose class and property transition graph for query transformation. The graph is created when ontology data is changed and applied to query transformation.

Optimization of Warp-wide CUDA Implementation for Parallel Shifted Sort Algorithm (병렬 Shifted Sort 알고리즘의 Warp 단위 CUDA 구현 최적화)

  • This paper presents and discusses an implementation of the GPU shifted sorting method to find approximate k nearest neighbors which executes within "warp", the minimum execution unit in GPU parallel architecture. Also, this paper presents the comparison results with other two common nearest neighbor searching methods, GPU-based kd-tree and ANN (Approximate Nearest Neighbor) library. The proposed implementation focuses on the cases when k is small, i.e. 2, 4, 8, and 16, which are handled efficiently within warp to consider it is very common for applications to handle small k's. Also, this paper discusses optimization ways to implementation by improving memory management in a loop for the CUB open library and adopting CUDA commands which are supported by GPU hardware. The proposed implementation shows more than 16-fold speed-up against GPU-based other methods in the tests, implying that the improvement would become higher for more larger input data.

A Study on Indoor Subjective Symptoms of Workers at Dental Hospitals (치과병원 종사자들의 실내자각증상에 관한 요인분석)

  • 본 연구는 치과진료실의 실내 공기질에 영향을 미치는 요인과 종사자의 실내자각증상과 관련성을 조사하여 치과위생사 개인의 발전과 건강 증진에 필요한 기초자료를 마련하고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. 전국(서울, 경기, 대구, 포항)의 종합병원, 치과병원, 치과의원의 치과위생사 210명을 대상으로 2011년 10월 1일부터 20일까지 자기기입식 설문지 조사를 시행한 후 회수하여 응답이 불분명한 5명을 제외한 205명에 대해서 분석 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 15.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 근무 중 휴식시간 유무별로는 근무 중 휴식시간이 없는 치과위생사가 67.3%로 높은 분포를 보였고, 건물 밖 외출 여부별로는 때때로가 54.6%로 절반 이상을 차지하였으며, 건물 밖 외출횟수별로는 1회 86.1%로 대부분을 차지하였으며, 근무기관의 계절별 자연환기 정도별로는 봄, 여름, 가을, 겨울 모두 1일 2회 이내가 절반 이상을 차지하였으며, 다음으로 1일 4회 이내 19.0%, 기타 9.8%, 1일 10회 이내와 하루 종일 2.4% 순이었다. 실내자각증상 호소율에 대해 살펴본 결과는 4점 만점 중 전체 평균이 2.45로 나타났다. 먼저 영역별로는 평균이 '목증상'과 '눈증상'이 각각 2.54로 가장 높았으며, 문항 중에는 평균이 '눈이 잘 피로해진다'가 3.00으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 근무환경 특성에 따른 실내자각증상은 야간진료 여부별로는 야간진료를 하는 치과위생사가 그렇지 않은 치과위생사보다 실내자각증상이 낮았으며, 야간진료 여부에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다(t=2.07, p<.05). 실내자각증상과 직무스트레스의 관계는 물리환경(r=.259, p<.001)과 직무요구(r=.311, p<.001), 관계갈등(r=.172, p<.05), 조직체계(r=.158, p<.05), 보상 부적절(r=.197, p<.01), 그리고 직무스트레스(r=.275, p<.001)와 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다.

  • Environmental sculptures not only play a part as various cultural facilities but also symbolize local unique culture beyond the limit of functional role. Therefore subway environmental sculptures not only should be approached in terms of public installations and beauty but also should be designed to meet the needs of subway users appropriately. In order to find out what subway users think about environment sculptures installed in subway stations, the factors that can evaluate awareness and preference for environment sculptures and visual image of environment sculptures were examined and analyzed. Positive elements have been shown with regard to environment sculptures but it was judged that visual quality of subway environment can be improved more if environment sculptures keep in harmony with the characteristics of stations.

  • Diabetes is a type of metabolic disease presented by high blood sugar and that leads to significantly decrease the quality of life causing various symptoms. It is essential to manage a systematic menu for preventing such diabetes even though there are some ways for it including diet, physical exercise, medicinal prescription, and so on. This study proposes a smart phone based personalized menu management system for achieving the systematic diabetes management. At the present time almost menu systems for diabetes patients are subjectively prescribed by dietitians or doctors and that does not reflect current situations and personal preferences. The system proposed in this study provides the menu for diabetes patients according to season, weather, time, and personal preferences. In particular, the recipe and personalized menu for patients can be provided without limiting any time and location based on smart phone services, and its menu can easily be changed or selected by the phone.

A Study on the Effect of Economic Stress on Aging Anxiety among Elderly: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Age and Self-oriented Motivation of Volunteering (노년기 경제적 스트레스가 노화불안에 미치는 영향: 자발적 봉사활동 동기, 연령의 상호작용효과 검증)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of economic stress on aging anxiety focusing on the moderating effect of motivations for participation in volunteering, and age. In order to accomplish these purposes, a total of 182 elderly who have been volunteering were used for final analysis. The results from the multiple regression showed that economic stress increases aging anxiety among elderly and motivations for participation in volunteering are likely to mitigate aging anxiety. Also, aging anxiety is expected to be lower as people are older and have higher self-oriented motivation for volunteering. Based on the result, political and practical implications are discussed.

Implementation of Autonomous Mobile Wheeled Robot for Path Correction through Deep Learning Object Recognition (딥러닝 객체인식을 통한 경로보정 자율 주행 로봇의 구현)

  • In this paper, we implement a wheeled mobile robot that accurately and autonomously finds the optimal route from the starting point to the destination point based on computer vision in a complex indoor environment. We get a number of waypoints from the starting point to get the best route to the target through deep reinforcement learning. However, in the case of autonomous driving, the majority of cases do not reach their destination accurately due to external factors such as surface curvature and foreign objects. Therefore, we propose an algorithm to deepen the waypoints and destinations included in the planned route and then correct the route through the waypoint recognition while driving to reach the planned destination. We built an autonomous wheeled mobile robot controlled by Arduino and equipped with Raspberry Pi and Pycamera and tested the planned route in the indoor environment using the proposed algorithm through real-time linkage with the server in the OSX environment.
