An Experimental Study for Determination of the Material Diameter of Riprap Bed Protection Structure (사석 바닥보호공 재료 입경 결정을 위한 실험 연구)

  • 하상유지시설의 하류에 설치되는 바닥보호공은 국내의 경우 일반적으로 사석(riprap)이나 돌망태(gabion mattress) 등을 이용하여 시공되고 있으며, 바닥보호공에 사용되는 재료는 유속에 따라 적절한 입경의 재료를 결정하여 사용하게 된다. 1970년대 중반부터 적절한 하상보호공 재료를 결정하기 위한 연구는 사석, 돌망태, 콘크리트 보호 블록 등에 대하여 순차적으로 이루어져 왔다, 초기 연구는 주로 사석에 대해서 이루어졌으며, 중량과 유속 관계를 이용하여 사석 입경 결정 공식을 제안하였으며, 점차 수심 및 하상 경사, 난류 강도 등을 고려하여 재료 입경 결정 공식을 정밀화시켜왔다. 공식에 난류 강도를 고려하기 시작하면서, 단순한 하상보호공 재료를 결정하기 위해서 제안되었던 공식들은 하천 구조물 하류에 설치되는 바닥보호공으로 관심의 대상이 옮겨가기 시작하였다. 기존의 공식들이 일반적인 평탄한 하상보호공으로부터 구조물 하류의 바닥보호공 까지 그 적용이 확장되었던 반면에, Escarameia와 May는 연구의 대상을 수리구조물 하류의 강한 난류 흐름이 발생하는 구간으로 범위를 한정하여 연구를 진행하였으며, Izbash 형태의 식을 기초로 하여, 난류 강도가 주요 변수가 되는 입경 결정 공식을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 Escarameia와 May의 연구 결과를 기초로 하여, 국내 하상유지시설 하류에 설치되는 사석 바닥보호공 재료의 입경을 결정하기 위한 실험을 수행하였다. 하천설계기준을 만족하는 실험용 보를 설치한 후 유량 및 실험에 사용된 사석의 입경을 변화시키면서, 유속을 측정하여, 입경별 한계 유속(threshold velocity)의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 실험 결과, Escarameia와 May가 제안한 공식을 더 확장하여 적용할 수 있는 실험 공식으로 개선하였으며 다양한 조건에 대한 실험을 수행하여 보다 정밀한 공식으로 개선할 수 있었다.$10,924m^3/s$ 및 $10,075m^3/s$로서 실험 I의 $2,757m^3/s$에 비해 통수능이 많이 개선되었음을 알 수 있다.함을 알 수 있다. 상수관로 설계 기준에서는 관로내 수압을 $1.5\~4.0kg/cm^2$으로 나타내고 있는데 $6kg/cm^2$보다 과수압을 나타내는 경우가 $100\%$로 밸브를 개방하였을 때보다 $60\%,\;80\%$ 개방하였을 때가 더 빈번히 발생하고 있으므로 대상지역의 밸브 개폐는 $100\%$ 개방하는 것이 선계기준에 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 밸브 개폐에 따른 수압 변화를 모의한 결과 밸브 개폐도를 적절히 유지하여 필요수량의 확보 및 누수방지대책에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.8R(mm)(r^2=0.84)$로 지수적으로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 유거수량은 토성별로 양토를 1.0으로 기준할 때 사양토가 0.86으로 가장 작았고, 식양토 1.09, 식토 1.15로 평가되어 침투수에 비해 토성별 차이가 크게 나타났다. 이는 토성이 세립질일 수록 유거수의 저항이 작기 때문으로 생각된다. 경사에 따라서는 경사도가 증가할수록 증가하였으며 $10\% 경사일 때를 기준으로 $Ro(mm)=Ro_{10}{\times}0.797{\times}e^{-0.021s(\%)}$로 나타났다.천성 승모판 폐쇄 부전등을 초래하는 심각한 선천성 심질환이다. 그러나 진단 즉시 직접 좌관상동맥-대동맥 이식술로 수술적 교정을 해줌으로써 좋은 성적을 기대할 수 있음을 보여주었다.특히 교사들이 중요하게 인식하는 해방적 행동에 대한 목표를 강조하여 적용할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다.교하여 유의한 차이가 관찰되지 않았다. 또한 HSP 환자군에서도

  • Recently, bridge structures has progressed the researches about seismic performance by occurrence of earthquake increased compared with the past. In the substructure of bridge, confining transverse reinforcement has arranged in plastic hinge region to resist the lateral load which increased the lateral confining effect. Columns are increased the seismic performance through secure of the stiffness and ductility The design specification for arrangement of confining transverse reinforcement same specification of domestic and international that suggested to solid reinforced concrete column(RC). This design specification have limits for Internally Confined Hollow RC(ICH RC) column because of different the component and performance characteristics of column. In this paper suggested the modified equation for economics and rational design through investigation of displacement ductility when applied the existing specification at the steel composite hollow RC column.

  • Recently rapid-transit railway systems have been constructed in many developing countries due to its advantages in congestions and environmental problems. Railway bridges show many different aspects compared to road bridges and passenger comfort and traffic safety are one of them. In particular, deflection and acceleration due to repeated vibration characteristics have a structural weakness that can cause undesirable response. Especially steel railway bridges have been known to have weaknesses due to its relatively light weights compared to concrete bridges. The purpose of this study is to analyze the dynamic response of steel box girder bridges due to passing trains then propose the appropriate method to mitigate the level of vibration in terms of accelerations. Three steel railway bridges are tested and the numerical model to analyze the dynamic response of the bridge by passing train are developed. For the verification of the model, the natural frequency extracted using the acceleration data measured in the bridge is compared with the natural frequency of the numerical model. To mitigate the acceleration level of the bridge, parametric studies are performed to find the effectiveness of the method. Based on the analysis, the appropriate method is proposed for decreasing the acceleration of the bridge for passenger comfort and traffic safety.

A Study on the Deformation Behavior of the Segmental Grid Retaining Wall Using Scaled Model Tests (조립식 격자 옹벽의 변형거동에 관한 모형실험 연구)

  • Most large cut slopes of open pit mines, roadways, and railways are steeply inclined and composed with rocks that do not contain soils. However, these rock slopes suffer both weathering and fragmentation. In the case of steep slopes, falling rock and collapse of a slope may often occur due to surface erosion. Cast-in place concrete and rubble work are the most widely used earth structure-based pressure supports that act as restraints against the collapse of the rock slope. In order to overcome the shortcomings of conventional retaining walls, a segmental grid retaining wall is being used with connects precasted segments to construct the wall. In this study, laboratory model test was conducted to estimate deformation behavior of segmental grid retaining wall with configuration of rear strecher, height and inclination of the wall. In order to examine the behavior characteristics of a segmental grid retaining wall, this research analyzes the aspects of spacial displacement through relative displacement according to change in the inclination of the wall. Also, the walls behavior according to the formation and status of the rear stretcher which serves the role of transferring the load from the header and the stretcher which make up the wall, the displacement of backfill materials in the wall, and the location of the maximum load were surveyed and the characteristics of displacement in the segmental grid retaining wall were observed. The test results of the segmental grid retaining wall showed that there was a sudden increase in failure load according to the decrease in the wall's height and the size of the in was greatly decreased. Furthermore, it revealed that with identical inclination and height, the structure of the rear stitcher did not greatly affect the starting point or size of maximum horizontal displacement, but rather had a stronger effect on the inclination of the wall.

  • 공사장의 건설기계 소음은 저주파 에너지를 많이 가지고 있기 때문에, 일단 소음이 발생되면 그 전파가 멀리까지 감쇄없이 진행하는 물리적 특징을 가지고 있으며 현실적으로 흡음재처리를 통한 소음방지효과는 저조한 실정이다. 특히, 선진국에서는 건설기계 등의 엄격한 소음 인증제도 실시로 인해 국내 일부 건설장비 생산제품이 외국에서 요구하는 소음규제치를 초과하기 때문에 저소음, 저진동 건설기계 설계 기술의 발전이 없으면, 향후 수출여건이 점차 어려워지고 있다. 이와같은 주변여건의 변화로 인해 건설기계를 생산하는 입체에서는 공사장 소음과 같은 저주파 에너지에 의해 지배 받는 소음문제를 효과적으로 저감시키기 위한 건설기계의 저소음, 저진동 설계의 필요성을 심각하게 인식하고 있는 실정이다. 건설기계중, 소음이 문제시되는 기계로는 지반정지공사, 기초공사, 콘크리트공사, 포장공사, 파괴 및 해체공사와 기타등 6가지가 있다. 이중에서 환경연구원의 연구결과에 따르면, 항타기, 브레이커 및 착암기가 높은 소음도를 나타내고 있다. 가장 높은 소음을 배출하고 있는 항타기는 기초 공사에 쓰이는 것으로써 지반 천공후 H빔을 싣는 디젤 항타기의 경우, 소음도가 107dBA를 보여주고 있다. 이 값은 기계로부터 7m 떨어진 거리에서 측정된 값이다. 또, 파괴 및 해제공사에 쓰이는 브레이커는 98dBA의 소음도를 보여주고 있다. 착암기는 작용원리에 따라 91-96dBA의 소음을 배출하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설기계중 소음이 높아 문제시 되고 있는 유압 브레이커의 저소음 설계기술개발에 관한 내용이다. 저소음 브레이커의 개발을 위해 소음에너지의 전달경로를 검토하고, 현실성있는 소음방지 대책을 제시하였다. 연구결과, 브레이커의 설계개량을 통해, 10dB의 소음저감효과를 볼 수 있어 만족스러운 결과를 도출할 수 있었다.타를 처리하기에는 부적절한 방법임이 널리 알려진 사실이다[3]. 최근에 Ben Mrad와 Fassois[4]는 신호에 잡음이 존재하여도 이를 잘 처리할 수 있는 확률적(stochastic) 방법을 개발하여 기존의 결정적 방법들과 그 결과를 비교하였다. 그러나, 개발된 방법은 응답 신호에 백색잡음(white noise)이 섞이는 특수한 경우에만 사용할 수 있게 만들어져서 이 방법의 실질적인 적용에는 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 방법들의 단점을 극복할 수 있는 새로운 회귀적 모우드 변수 규명 방법을 개발하였다. 이는 Fassois와 Lee가 ARMAX모델의 계수를 효율적으로 추정하기 위하여 개발한 뱉치방법인 Suboptimum Maximum Likelihood 방법[5]를 기초로 하여 개발하였다. 개발된 방법의 장점은 응답 신호에 유색잡음이 존재하여도 모우드 변수들을 항상 정확하게 구할 수 있으며, 또한 알고리즘의 안정성이 보장된 것이다.. 여기서는 실험실 수준의 평 판모델을 제작하고 실제 현장에서 이루어질 수 있는 진동제어 구조물에 대 한 동적실험 및 FRS를 수행하는 과정과 동일하게 따름으로써 실제 발생할 수 있는 오차나 error를 실험실내의 차원에서 파악하여 진동원을 있는 구조 물에 대한 진동제어기술을 보유하고자 한다. 이용한 해마의 부피측정은 해마경화증 환자의 진단에 있어 육안적인 MR 진단이 어려운 제한된 경우에만 실제적 도움을 줄 수 있는 보조적인 방법으로 생각된다.ofile whereas relaxivity at high field is not affected by τS. Corrosion Monitoring of Reinforcing Bars in Cement Mortar Exposed to Seawater Immersion-and-dry Cycles (해수침지-건조 환경에 노출된 모르타르속 철근의 부식속도 평가)

  • The primary purposes of this study are to understand a fundamental aspect of current uniformity around a reinforcing bar (rebar) in cement mortar, and to develop an accurate monitoring method in a wet-dry cycling process with the alternative current (AC) impedance method. Three cement mortar specimens with two embedded rebars were prepared in the laboratory. As a main variable, the distance between two rebars was designed to be 10, 20 and 30 mm with the same thickness of 20 mm. To simulate the corrosion of rebars in concrete structures in a marine environment, three cement mortar specimens were exposed to 15 wet-drying cycles (24-hour-immersion in seawater and 48-hour-drying in a room temperature) in the laboratory. It was observed that the potential level shifted to a noble value during corrosion potential monitoring, which is attributed to acceleration of dissolved oxygen diffusion at the drying process. AC impedance was measured in a frequency range from 100 kHz to 1 mHz on a wet-drying process. A theoretical model was proposed to explain the interface condition between the rebars and cement mortar by using the equivalent circuit consisting of a solution resistance, a charge transfer resistance and a CPE (constant phase element). It was observed that the diffusion impedance appeared in a low frequency range as corrosion of rebars progresses. At the drying stage of the wet-drying cycles, the currents line for monitoring tended to be non-uniform at the interface of rebar/mortar, being phase shift, ${\theta}$, close to $-45^{\circ}$.

Theoretical Analysis for Strengthening Effects of RC Beam with Reinforced FRP Sheet (FRP 시트로 보강된 RC 보의 보강 효과에 대한 이론적 분석)

  • The objective of this study is to assess the strengthening effects of fiber reinforced polymer(FRP) sheets such as Carbon fiber, Glass fiber, and PET(polyethylene terephthalate) on reinforced concrete flexural members. Variables of theoretical analysis are types of strengthening materials, material properties and amount of strengthening materials. A virtual flexural member without FRP sheets was created as a control specimen to understand the structural behavior of the non-strengthened specimen in terms of elastic and ultimate cross section. In total, 11 specimens including one non-strengthened and ten strengthened specimens were investigated. Various variables such as types of strengthening, strengthening properties, and amount of strengthening were studied to compare the behavior of the control specimen with those of strengthened specimens with regard to moment-curvature relationship. Results of theoretical analysis showed that the moment capacity of strengthened specimens was superior to that of the control specimen. However, the control specimen indicated the best ductility among all the specimens. As the amount of strengthening increased, flexural performance was improved. Furthermore, the results indicated that the ductile effect of members was affected by the ultimate strain of FRP sheets. The strengthening effect on the damaged member was similar to that on the non-damaged one since there was less than 10% difference in terms of flexural strength and ductility. Therefore, even if a damaged member is treated as non-damaged for analysis there is probably no noticeable difference.

An Evaluation of Flexural Performance of Composite Beam with Ultra High Performance Concrete Deck and Inverted T-Shaped Steel Girder (초고강도 콘크리트 바닥판과 역T형 강재 합성보의 휨 성능 평가)

  • In this paper, when the composite beam is made with UHPC deck and steel girder, the steel girder takes the form of the inverted-T shape without top flange because of high strength and stiffness of UHPC deck. There is no evaluation by experiment and analysis about the shear connector behavior on the web of steel girder and flexural behavior of inverted-T shape composite beam. By this reason, this study compares between experiment and analysis by using tension softening model of UHPC on the basis of flexural test results of 16 members considering compressive strength of UHPC, spacing of stud and thickness of deck as variables. The results of tensile strength of UHPC by inverse analysis were 6.57 MPa(in case of 120 MPa) and 9.57 MPa(in case of 150 MPa). In case of the test members with small stud spacing, the results of analysis and test were close clearly, and the test members with thick deck and low UHPC compressive strength also similar, but effects were small. As it compared between analysis and experiment totally, the results of analysis and experiment agree well. So the tension softening model of UHPC is reasonably reflected on the real behavior of composite beam of UHPC.

Vibration Control Effect of the Framed Building Structures according to the Stiffness Ratio of Exo-type Damping System and Damper Device Yield Ratio (Exo-type 감쇠시스템의 강성비와 감쇠장치의 항복비에 따른 라멘조 건물의 제진효과)

  • In this paper, the vibration control effect of the Exo-type damping system was investigated by applying the Kagome dampers to 15-story and 20-story frame structure apartment. A new Exo-type damping system composed of the dampers and supporting column was proposed in the previous work and numerical analysis were performed to investigate the effects of optimum stiffness ratio between controlled structure and supporting column, the size of damper and yield ratio of the damper. The numerical analysis results of a structure with Exo-type damping system up to the third story showed that the stiffness ratio should be higher than 7.0 and the damper device yield ratio be at least 8.0% ($V_{damper}/V_{base\;shear$) to effectively reduce the base shear and the maximum drift of the uppermost story. When the Exo-type damping system was installed up to the fifth story, the stiffness ratio should be higher than 2.5 and damper device yield ratio needs to be at least 3.5% ($V_{damper}/V_{base\;shear$) for obtaining the target performance.

A Study on the Strength Property of Recycled Fine Aggregate (Wet Type) Mortar with Blast Furnace Slag (고로슬래그를 사용한 습식 순환 잔골재 모르타르의 강도 특성에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to obtain technical data for improvement of utilization of Blast Furnace Slag(BFS), recycled aggregate in the future by complementing fundamental problems of BFS such as manifestation of initial strength and excessive alkali quantity as well as weakness of recycled fine aggregate through manufacturing of recycled fine aggregate mortar using BFS. The recycled aggregate includes the cement paste hardened as the surface and the type of the aggregate, which contains plenty of calcium hydroxide($Ca(OH)_2$) as well as the unhydrated cement. Accordingly, the objectives of this study are to inspect the manufacturing the recycled fine aggregate mortar used with blast furnace slag, to consider the effects of the recycled aggregate on the strength development of ground granulated blast furnace slag, and then to acquire the technical data to take into consideration the further usages of the recycled aggregate and blast furnace slag. In eluted ions from recycled aggregate, it showed that there were natrium($Na^+$) and kalium($K^+$), expected to be flown out of unhydrated cement, as well as calcium hydroxide($Ca(OH)_2$). Application of this water to mix cement mortar with ground granulated blast furnace slag was observed to expedite hydration as calcium hydroxide($Ca(OH)_2$) and unhydrated cement component were expressed to give stimuli effects on ground granulated blast furnace slag. The results of the experiment show that the recycled aggregate mixed with blast furnace slag has comparatively higher hydration activity in 7 day than the mortar not mixed with one in 3 day mortar does, causing the calcium hydroxide in the recycled fine aggregate to work on as a stimulus to the hydration of ground granulated blast furnace slag.
