P3HT의 두께와 결정화도가 ZnO/P3HT 태양전지에 미치는 영향 비교 분석

  • 3.37 eV의 와이드 밴드갭과 60 mV의 높은 엑시톤 결합에너지를 갖는 반도체인 ZnO는 화학 및 열적 안정성, 압전특성 등 다양한 특성을 갖는 물질로써, 수열합성법을 이용하여 길이 $1.5{\mu}m$, 직경 100nm의 n-type ZnO 나노와이어를 성장시켰으며, P3HT는 유기 태양전지에서 가장 많이 사용되는 고분자 도너로써 열처리를 통하여 결정화 됨에 따라, 엑시톤의 확산속도나 전하의 이동도가 증가하여 더 많은 광전류를 생성하는 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ZnO 필름이 아닌 n-type ZnO 나노와이어와 Poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT)를 사용 하여 ZnO/P3HT 이종접합 태양전지를 제작하였다. 기판으로 글래스, 전극으로 ITO (Indium Tin Oxide), 나노와이어의 씨앗층으로 ZnO:Al를 스퍼터로 100nm 증착 하였다. Znc nitrate hydrate와 hexamethylenetetramine이 혼합된 수용액에서 기판을 담그고 n-type ZnO 나노와이어 성장 시키고, P3HT의 스핀 코팅조건과 열처리 온도를 변화시켜 P3HT의 두께와 결정화도가 ZnO/P3HT 이종접합 태양전지에 미치는 영향을 비교 분석 하였다.

The Evaluation of STS304 Coating Layer on S45C Substrate by Friction Surfacing Process (마찰 육성법을 이용한 S45C 탄소강에 대한 STS304의 코팅층 특성 평가)

  • Friction surfacing of STS304 consumable rod on S45C substrate was investigated by microstructural observation and mechanical tests. STS304 layer formed a strongly-bonded thick layer under a wide range of surfacing conditions. The highest coating eefficiency was obtained in the condition of 1000rpm-2.5mm/sec-2.5mm/sec. The hardness distribution showed the peak value in the boundary layer and as the consumable rotation speed increased, the boundary layer also hardness increasing. As the consumable rotation speed and the traveling speed increased, the coating efficiency tended to decrease. On the other hand, as the feeding speed increased, the coating efficiency appeared to be increased. The new Fe-Cr-Ni alloy layer is showed in the interface layer on $5\~15{\mu}m$ width. After friction surfacing, corrosion resistance of STS 304 surfacing layers were equaled to that of STS304 consumable rod.

  • We present a fabrication method of high aspect ratio 100nm-scale nickel stamper using e-beam writing for the injection molding of optical grating patterns. Conventional nickel stamper is fabricated by nickel electroplating process which is followed by seed layer deposition. In this paper, we have used chrome coated blank mask without anti-reflection layer of CrON in order to simplified electroplating process. In experimental study, we have optimized electron-beam dosage for 100nm-scale optical grating patterns with 2.5-aspect ratio, and fabricated nickel stamper using above grating patterns as PR mold. Fabricated nickel stamper have showed height of 240$\pm$20nm and width of 116$\pm$6nm.

Aluminide Coatings on IN713C by Chemical Vapor Depostion (화화증착법에 의한 알루미나이드 코팅층의 형성)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the influence of the reaction temperature and $AlCl_3$ content on the aluminide coating formation on Ni-based superalloy IN713C in CVD process and to compare its throwing power with that of Pack Cementation process. Aluminide coating was formed by CVD in hot-wall stainless tube reactor from an $AlCl_3-H_2$ mixture in the temperature range $850{\sim}1050^{\circ}C$. At reaction temperature $850^{\circ}C$, the coating thickness and the content of aluminium at the surface were increased as $AlCl_3$ heating temperature was raised. At reaction temperature $1050^{\circ}C$, they were not influenced by the variation of $AlCl_3$ heating temperature. When $AlCl_3$ heating temperature was fixed $125^{\circ}C$, the phases of the coatings were varied from $Ni_2Al_3$ to Al-rich NiAl and to Ni-rich NiAl with the reaction temperature. Therefore, in this study the reaction temperature has been found to be a major factor in determining the phase formed in CVD process. The throwing power of CVD was superior to that of Pack Cementation.

  • The Gas Diffusion Layer (GDL) of fuel cell, are required to provide both delivery of reactant gases to the catalyst layer and removal of water in either vapor or liquid form in typical PEMFCs. In this study, the fabrication of GDL containing Micro Porous Layer (MPL) made of the slurry of PVDF mixed with carbon black is investigated in detail. Physical properties of GDL containing MPL, such as electrical resistance, gas permeability and microstructure were examined, and the performance of the cell using developed GDL with MPL was evaluated. The results show that MPL with PVDF binder demonstrated uniformly distributed microstructure without large cracks and pores, which resulted in better electrical conductivity. The fuel cell performance test demonstrates that the developed GDL with MPL has a great potential due to enhanced mass transport property due to its porous structure and small pore size.

  • PMMA (polymethyl metha crylate) 유기막의 농도별 최적화를 위하여 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 wt.%의 PMMA 농도별로 Al/PMMA/ITO/Glass 구조의 MIM (metal- insulator-metal) 캐패시터 소자를 제작하였다. 유기 절연층의 형성은 ITO/Glass 기판 위에 PMMA를 용질로, Anisle을 용매로 사용하여 스핀코팅법으로 소자를 형성하였다. 제작된 소자에 대해 농도에 따른 전기적 특성을 조사한 결과 누설전류는 2wt.% 농도의 PMMA로 제작된 소자에서 0.3 pA로 가장 우수한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 동일한 PMMA 농도로 제작된 캐패시터 소자의 정전용량은 1.2 nF으로 가장 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있었으며, 계산된 값과 매우 유사한 값을 얻을 수 있었다.

Hardness and adhesion of the reactively sputtered Zr-ZrN on the stainless steel(SUS304) and tool steel(SKH9) (스테인레스와 공구강 위에 스퍼터링된 Zr-ZrN 코팅층의 경도 및 밀착성에 대한 연구)

  • Adhesion and hardeness are the most important properties of a hard coated layer which is applied to wear-resistant devices. Zr/ZrN layer was deposited on tool steel(SKH9) and stainless steel(SUS304) by a re-active D.C. magnetron sputtering technique and their microhardness and adhesion strength were measured for the films processed by changing the partial pressures of $N_2$ gas (4~10$\times$$10^{-4}$mbar) and the substrate bias voltage(0~250V). The adhesion strength was evaluated by acoustic signals through the scratch-test with the incremental applied load. As the partial pressure of $N_2$ gas and the substrate bias voltage were increased, the adhesion strength of tool steel was observed to be stronger than that of the stainless steel. The adhesion strength was generally, observed to decrease with the same tendency regardless of the kinds of substrates. The adhesion strength of tool steel was increased more and more strongly than that of stainless steel as heat-treated temperature was increased. The strength of tool steel was appeared to be high adhesion strength at $400^{\circ}C$. From the failure mode of the film during the scratch adhesion test, the cohesive failure was observed to be obvious and the adhesive failure in a minor portion in the Zr/ZrN doublelayer regardless of the kinds of substrates.

  • 산화아연 씨앗층을 졸-겔 스핀코팅법으로 석영기판위에 증착시킨 후, 수열합성법을 이용하여 갈륨의 양을 0에서 2.0 at.% 으로 변화를 주어 갈륨이 도핑된 산화아연 나노막대를 성장하였다. 산화아연과 갈륨이 도핑된 산화아연 나노막대의 구조적 광학적 특성을 조사하기 위해 field-emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), photoluminescence (PL), 그리고 ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy를 이용하였다. 일정한 산화아연과 갈륨이 도핑된 산화아연 나노막대는 육각형형태로 성장하였다. XRD 데이터로부터, 산화아연과 갈륨이 도핑된 산화아연 나노막대의 스트레스는 각각 -0.022 (0 at.%), 0.097 (0.5 at.%), 0.165 (1.0 at.%), 0.177 (1.5 at.%), 0.182 GPa (2.0 at.%) 였다. PL 스펙트라에서 얻어진 반가폭(The full width at half maximum)은 갈륨의 양이 0에서 2.0 at.%로 증가함에 따라 127에서 171 meV로 증가하였다. Urbach 에너지는 68 (0 at.%), 97 (0.5 at.%), 108 (1.0 at.%), 104 (1.5 at.%), 127 meV (2.0 at.%)였다.

Formation of MoSi2 Layer by Hydrogen Reduction and Si-pack Cementation (수소 환원 공정과 실리콘 확산 침투 처리 공정을 통한 이규화 몰리브덴 코팅층 형성)

  • In this study, a molybdenum disilicide ($MoSi_2$) coating process was investigated by hydrogen reduction and Si-pack cementation. At first, the metallic Mo coating was carried out by hydrogen reduction of $MoO_3$ powder at $750^{\circ}C$ for various holding times (1, 2, 3 h) in hydrogen atmosphere. A $4.3{\mu}m$ thick metallic molybdenum thin film was formed at 3 h. $MoSi_2$ was obtained by Si-pack cementation on molybdenum thin film through hydrogen reduction processing. It was carried out using $Si:Al_2O_3:NH_4Cl=5:92:3$ (wt%) packs at $900^{\circ}C$ for various holding times (30, 60, 90 min) in Ar atmosphere. When the holding time was 90 min, a $MoSi_2$ layer was coated successfully and a $15.4{\mu}m$ thickness was observed.

  • Ballistic property of Heracron/phenol composites was evaluated as a function of polyurethane (PU) type and their loadings. First, prepregs of phenol and polyurethane were prepared by spray coating on Heracron fabric and then they were utilized to prepare composite by varying their ratio. Next, they were consolidated at $150^{\circ}C$ for 25 min at $150kg/cm^2$ pressure and then ballistic property was measured with 1.1 g FSP (22 cal). V50 was evaluated interms of polyurethane type and ratio of phenol/PU prepreg.
