Compliant Stage for Nano Patterning Machine (나노 패턴 장비용 컴플라이언스 스테이지)

  • The nano imprint process is one of the next generation lithography has been mentioned as one of major nanoreplication techniques because it is simple process, low cost, high replication fidelity and relatively high throughput. This process requires a surface contact between a template with patterns and a wafer on a stage. After contact, the vertical moving the template to the wafer causes some directional motions of the stage. Thus the stage must move according to the motions of the template to avoid the damage of the transferred patterns on the wafer. This study is to develop the wafer stage with a passive compliance to overcome the damage. This stage is designed with the concept like that it has a monolithic, symmetry and planar 6-DOF mechanism.

Structural Topology Design Using Compliance Pattern Based Genetic Algorithm (컴플라이언스 패턴 기반 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 구조물 위상설계)

  • Topology optimization is to find the optimal material distribution of the specified design domain minimizing the objective function while satisfying the design constraints. Since the genetic algorithm (GA) has its advantage of locating global optimum with high probability, it has been applied to the topology optimization. To guarantee the structural connectivity, the concept of compliance pattern is proposed and to improve the convergence rate, small number of population size and variable probability in genetic operators are incorporated into GA. The rank sum weight method is applied to formulate the fitness function consisting of compliance, volume, connectivity and checkerboard pattern. To substantiate the proposed method design examples in the previous works are compared with respect to the number of function evaluation and objective function value. The comparative study shows that the compliance pattern based GA results in the reduction of computational cost to obtain the reasonable structural topology.

Work Consideration of Leg Joints of Bipedal Robots (이족 로봇 다리 관절의 일 특성 고찰)

  • This paper analyzes a virtual work of the knee and hip joints of bipedal walking robots. For the purpose, we consider a model of bipedal leg mechanism with a compliant foot and a typical walking pattern. We also check the torque characteristics at the joint space propagated from the space of the foot contacting a flat and stiff surface, and present the works accumulated at the joint space. As a result, it is shown that this analysis is useful for evaluating the fatigue of the leg mechanism by the physical walking contact between the foot and the surface, and it is applicable for improving the compliant characteristics at the foot space by employing a proper footgear.

  • This paper presents a model of bipedal leg mechanism with a compliant foot, and the contact repulsion of the foot for a typical walking pattern and its influence on the knee and hip joints of the leg will be analyzed. This analysis is useful for us to figure out the physical impact of the foot when a walking robot takes a step. Also it can be applied to determine the joint specification of the leg mechanism. As a result, it is shown that the compliance characteristics of a robotic foot can contribute to alleviate the joint torques of the leg affected by the contact repulsion of the foot.

  • In accordance with information security compliance and security regulations, there is a need to develop regular and real-time concepts for cyber-infringement attacks against network system vulnerabilities in branch and periodic forms. Vulnerability Analysis Analysis It is judged that it will be a countermeasure against new hacking attack in case of concept validation by interworking with TOOL. Vulnerability check module is standardized in event attribute management and ease of operation. As a result, it was proved that the inspection events were monitored and transmitted to the SIEM console by the vulnerability module of web and network target.
