Schemes to case analysis and cope with on-line game crimes net supervision system, a real name confirmation process, and a self-examination system to check by themselves if they are addicted to on-line games with a view to prevent the addiction. In addition, this study found that general precuations should comprise measures to change the awareness of the users of the internet and to establish their ethical senses because most on-line garners are not aware that their actions are a crime and believe their crimes are not disclosed to the outsiders.

Internet is taking up as a new culture on the cyber-space beyond a simple hobby as its utilization ratio is rapidly being spread throughout the world. However most education for internet media has been focused on cyber ethics education and internet addiction. Therefore it arises to need to educate internet literacy for positive and desirable usage of internet media raises. Previous research on media eduction doesn't have been analyzed the outcome of media education. In this study, we show the result of internet media education which performed for fostering internet literacy. For the analysis of education result we observed emotional attitude about internet, internet media recognition, efficacy of using internet, and consciousness of internet ethics for middle school student. As a result, there are many changes for emotional attitude about internet, ability of using internet media, and consciousness of internet ethics.

Recently, he trend of the game culture have been changed rapidly from offline games to online games. This change drives the advancement of online games, but it causes the standardization of the game culture. Few years ago, there was a rising interest in board games. Board cafes, place for playing board games, are spread over Korea rapidly because board games give players connectedness through direct social interactions that is lacking from online games. However, the board games lose their popularity because of their complex rules and expensive cost. In this paper, we would like to develop the system using Augmented Reality(AR) that could easy the problems caused by the complex rules of the board games.

Since IT technology grow rapidly, our ethic of consciousness has become big issue with adverse effect. Many scholar has discussed and tired to solve this problem, but it is still helpless to fix. Therefor in this paper, author will not suggest the solution, but will present model list of adverse effects and cases to prevent accidents. The model list of adverse effects, what author will present is about media addiction, harmful content, cyber-violence, right infringement, cyber terror and decision obstacle. This model list is made by primary and secondary survey. This model will show adverse effect of present day, but also will show future adverse effects that can be prevent. Through out this paper, this model list could use for education plan.

School absenteeism is considered one of the early predictors of school drop-out and serious delinquency or criminal behavior. The primary goal of the current study was to explore the protective and risk factors related to changing school absenteeism over time based on the ecological-systemic perspective. The data was derived from the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS) using the 2011 and 2012 survey waves collected from 2,378 elementary school students. Using this data, Panel Fixed Effects Analysis was conducted. Major findings indicated that daily computer usage, parental abuse, school activity attendance, and school grades had an effect on students missing school days over time. Specifically, high levels of computer usage and parental abuse were related to increased school absenteeism, while high levels of school activity attendance and school grades were associated with decreased school absenteeism. These findings emphasized the importance of predictive intervention for children and suggested the need to construct a school absenteeism monitoring system in South Korea.

This study was conducted to identify the effects of mental health problems on stress coping, social support and life satisfaction of nursing students. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, sheffe post hoc verification and Multiple Regression Analysis using the SPSS program. Anxiety (β=-.33, p=.038) and carelessness(β=-.30, p=.003) had a significant negative effect on the problem-focused stress coping(R²=.248). Sensitivity(β=-.33, p=.016) had a negative effect on perception of social support(R²=.083). Depression(β=-.41, p=.003), somatization(β=-.23, p=.047), and alcoholism(β=-.20, p=.029) had significant negative effects on life satisfaction(R²=.355). Considering the results of this study, in order to improve stress coping, social support, and life satisfaction of nursing students, it is necessary to identify mental health problems and take individual approaches accordingly.

Students are getting more opportunities to use the internet at school and home with the development of information & communication technology and the spread of computers. It can be used for education; otherwise, it also has some negative side effects, such as, the circulation of unsound information, game addiction, the misuse and overuse of information. Information communication ethics education is needed to protect students from those negative side effects in cyber space. This paper presents the systematic education contents and ways to teach correct information communication ethics education form the results of questionaires to students, teachers and parents, and other related study.

Emotion is a psycho-physiological process that plays an important role in human interactions. Affective computing is centered on the development of human-aware artificial intelligence that can understand and regulate emotions. This field of study is also critical as mental diseases such as depression, autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and game addiction are associated with emotion. Despite the efforts in emotions recognition and emotion detection from nonstationary, detecting emotions from abnormal EEG signals requires sophisticated learning algorithms because they require a high level of abstraction. In this paper, we investigated LSTM hyperparameters for an optimal emotion EEG classification. Results of several experiments are hereby presented. From the results, optimal LSTM hyperparameter configuration was achieved.

The harm caused by the opposite function of information and communication has also done increasing with making use of internet more spread. Especially the information and communication are even used as new criminal methods in the society. The objective of this study is to find the orientation on the ethics education of information and communication through the opinion of the undergraduate students who lead the culture of internet for suggestion of the target to raise the upright and sound members of society as well as to solve the above such problems and to establish the desirable model of the ethics. From the questionnaire result by the undergraduate students of S University, students in the field of Humanities and Social Science need the education against the opposite function of information and communication and also the education of netiquette of conscience and moral. In case of opinions in the field of Science and Engineering, the result shows that the students have the opinion on the necessity of the professional education to deal with the opposite function to information and communication as well as the education for upgrade of ability to make use of expert knowledge of information and communication toward the positive side. Finally, the students in the field of Medicine show that they have also the opinion to deal with the opposite function of information and communication. In addition, such result shows that they have the opinion of necessity to the special education against various addicted symptom related to the computer.

Information ethics, which is closely related to changes that occur in information technology, had been comprised of one unit ever since the curriculum was revised in 2007 from whence 'informatics' was established as the first course, and has remained so even after the curriculum was revised in 2015. The purpose of this study was to analyze the degree of content knowledge required of informatics teachers who will teach information ethics by distinguishing the subject from general ethics, and to grasp the status of information ethics education at graduate schools of education. In order to achieve this, the information ethics questions of the informatics teacher appointment exam from years 2002 to 2015 were analyzed as well as the curriculums of 32 graduate schools of education. The results of the study revealed that, first, questions related to information ethics were included in 10 exams, since the 2004 exam. Second, questions related to dysfunction were mainly addressed from the beginning of administering the exam but since 2010 many items related to copyrights, information security, and various addictions were added. Third, 11(33%) of the 32 graduate schools of education with informatics teacher training provide information ethics courses. This study is meaningful in that it will help to better understand the changes needed to update the information ethics related questions of the informatics teacher appointment exam, and to present a direction for information ethics education at graduate schools of education.
