컴퓨터자동조판시스템은 현재 신문사, 교차로 등에 이용되고 있으며 대부분이 고가의 비용을 요함으로 자동조판을 이용하기 보다는 편집디자이너가 편집용 소프트웨어를 이용하여 일일이 작업을 하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 가장 대표적인 광고도안인 명함을 인터넷을 이용하여 신청에서 PDF파일을 생성하는 일련의 작업을 자동화하기 위한 컴퓨터조판시스템의 모델을 제시한다.

It is now possible for the general public to publish their own publications without difficulties because of versatile Internet environments and cost-effective printing machines. However, special software design tools are still required in order to design name cards, leaflets, yellow books and free newspaper. In this paper, we present a computerized typesetting model which automates all procedures of generating business cards the most representative commercial design example. All processes in our model are performed over the Internet from application to generation. Based on our model, we also introduce a web-based computerized typesetting system which collaborates with the Adobe InDesign CS2 and generates image files in real time for user requests. Such a system is linked with an automatic payment system so that a PDF file, a target output, is generated after a user confirms his/her order.

We have experienced a great deal of change and development in CTS(Computerized Typesetting System) since the prepress market used the phototypesetting machines. The CTS has so many advantages - the shortening of processing time, the versatility of layout, the easy of changing layout style and the absence of pollutional source- as HT(Hot Plate Type) hasn't. Hut, as newspaper is faced with the new circumstances which is the emergence of competitive media and the expansion of economy theory, etc, the newspaper offices have solved the problems using the reduction and closing down of revision department for economizing expense account, the direct composition by editor this paper describes the vital point for direct composition and the design for the descriptive markup-based CTS.

Due to proliferation of Digital cameras and high-speed digital printers, anyone can do easily digital photo shoot and print services, but album manufacture for celebrating the graduation or marriage, and a hundred days needs a lot of capacity of image files and requires high quality, therefore that is working in the photo studio's to the whole responsibility. In this paper, we show all album process to product album manufacture quickly and accurately using high-quality template and variety of libraries, and propose CTS(computerized typesetting system) to build album, which separates a role of photo studio, processing laboratory and printing house and can revolutionize a working process.

The Distributed system environments are developing into a structure of the opening information communication network based on object-oriented concepts and distributed technologies. Such a reason is that it can not only decrease the complexity of distributed softwares, but also support object oriented application services to distributed environments without changes of its own communication network structure. In this paper, we designed object group model, that is, an extended middleware, we developed before. The distributed environment suggested consists of the CTS server and clients. As our results, we showed the interaction procedures between/among object groups and service procedures of distributed application in given distributed system.

디지털 인쇄 테크놀로지가 소비자와 인쇄업계의 관계를 바꾸어 놓았다. 1960년대 시작된 컴퓨터 조판, 1970년대 중반 컬러 스캐닝 혁명을 거쳐 오늘날 완벽한 컬러를 구현하는 DTP, 그래픽 기술들은 급격한 변화의 흐름 속에 있다. 이러한 변화는 강화될 것으로 보인다. 스캐너, 디지털카메라 등 이미지 획득 장비의 값이 급격히 하락하고 이미지 구현 소프트웨어의 구입과 작동 비용이 감소하면서 프린터 업자들이 갖고 있었던 파워가 출판업자, 에이전시, 디자이너, 기업의 디자인 부서 등 창조적 존재들에게로 이전되었다.

본지 8903호 p.38~p.52에 게재된 울산대 성인수교수의 연재물 ‘외국의 현대건축사 소개’ 3회분 ‘컴퓨토피아와 컴퓨토포비아’의 내용 중 p.39 두째칸 5째줄 ‘ㆍㆍㆍ그림을 그릴 수 있는 기능이 있다’까지의 내용은 p.40 세째칸 26째줄 ‘활발하지 못하고 있다. 삼보 컴퓨터’가 다음에 삽입되어야 할 내용이었으나 조판상의 실수로 내용순서가 바뀌었기에 바로 잡습니다.

졸업앨범은 한 사진관에서 한 학교를 대상으로 진행하는 프로젝트로 그 수량이나 비용으로 인해 커다란 수확을 사진관이나 인쇄소에 제공하지만, 그만큼 위험요소가 많은 프로젝트이다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터를 이용하여 편집한 앨범자료를 인쇄하기 위한 자동조판시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 본 시스템의 이용분야는 졸업앨범 제작 및 결혼기념용 앨범 및 졸업 작업집 등과 같은 사진을 많이 배치하는 책자를 제작하는 곳에 적당하다.

사진관과 인쇄소간의 역할분담, 급속한 인터넷의 발달과 고속 인쇄기의 보급으로 노동집약적인 졸업 앨범 제작은 누구나 손쉽게 문서를 원하는 형태로 제작 출력이 가능해 졌다. 하지만 명함이나 광고 전단지, 신문이나 잡지, 전화번호부 책자 및 소책자를 제작하기 위해서는 전용 편집용 소프트웨어를 이용하여 전문가들이 제작을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 가장 대표적인 광고도안인 명함을 인터넷을 이용하여 신청단계부터 PDF파일을 생성하는 단계까지 일련의 작업공정을 자동화시스템을 구축하기 위한 컴퓨터조판시스템의 모델을 제시한다.

A composite safety barrier for bridge has been developed and the performance of the composite safety barrier for bridge has been compared with the steel safety barrier for bridge through computer simulation. As the structural strength performance, the composite safety barrier for bridge is superior to the steel safety barrier for bridge according that the deformation of the composite safety barrier for bridge is 17.0% of that of the steel safety barrier for bridge. As the passenger protection performance, the composite safety barrier for bridge is superior to the steel safety barrier for bridge according that THIV and PHD of the composite safety barrier for bridge are 47.1% and 49.0% respectively of those of the steel safety barrier for bridge. As the behavior of the vehicle after crash, the composite safety barrier for bridge is superior to the steel safety barrier for bridge showing the increased exit velocity and the reduced exit angle. Both of the steel and composite safety barrier for bridge are not scattered in the analysis.
