  • 웹 기반 교육(WBI)이 많은 장점을 가지고 있으나 한편으로는 웹 기반 수업 혹은 웹 기반 교육의 초기에는 교수자의 개인적인 수준에서 교육 시스템이 개발 운영되어 체계적으로 개발 관리되지 못하였고 교수-학습자의 요구사항을 충분히 반영하지 못하였다. 그리고 분산되어 있는 자료의 적절한 활용과 검색이 용이하지 못하여 중복 개발되고 신뢰성이 떨어지는 문제점등을 내포한다. 이 논문에서는 WBSE(Web Based Software Engineering)개념을 웹 기반 교육시스템에 도입하여 요구사항을 반영하고 기존에 개발되어 사용되고 있는 소프트웨어를 컴포넌트화 하는 작업을 시도하여 이를 재사용 통합함으로써 새로운 교육 소프트웨어 개발에 사용되는 일련의 과정에 대하여 연구 기술하였다.

  • Unified Modeling Language (UML) is a standard language for specifying, visualizing, constructing, and documenting the artifacts of software systems. On the other hand, XML, which is a meta-language, provides meta-data types for representing and string objects. It make software development easy because it can represent various information and share information about the software analysis and design between developers, In this paper, we apply BitWiz, one of automated software generation systems, to a bid application and analyse this in UML point of view. Also, we briefly introduce an XML documentation from UML products and a verification method of XML documents from UML products.

  • This paper presents a framework for context-aware smart phone applications based on Android. The mobile context-aware system is composed of a low level context collection module, a high level context generation module and a service provision module. Existing android system cannot provide an appropriate application framework to integrate these independent modules. In this paper, we provide an application framework which make each module a component, and provide appropriate services to each component. This framework hides the Android platform, so that the complexity for organical combination can be minimized and the application developers can make the mobile context-aware applications easily.

  • 국토정보화의 기반준비 단계인 ‘1차 국가 GIS 사업’기간 동안, 상당량의 수치화된 공간 정보가 축적되었고 이들을 관리하기 위한 다양한 종류의 지리정보시스템이 국가기관에서 사용되었다. 그러나, 사용중인 지리정보시스템은 조직적 지리적으로 분산되어 있으며, 공간데이타베이스의 이질성 및 폐쇄성으로 인해, 공간정보의 상호운용 측면에서 한계성을 드러내고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러만 한계점을 극복하고자 분산 이기종 공간데이타베이스에 저장된 공간정보를 표준화된 방법으로 통합검색하며, 상호운용 가능토록 하는 국가공간정보유통체계를 설계 및 구현한다. 본 시스템을 구성하고 있는 단일 유통게이트웨이, 복수개의 유통노드, 지리정보공급기관을 국가통신망을 통하여 상호 연결하고, 컴퓨팅 부하를 분산시키기 위한 방안으로 공간정보유통망을 검색망 및 전송망으로 분리 설계한다. 검색망에서는 메타데이타의 검색 및 전송을 위한 표준화된 방법으로서 OpenGIS OLE DB Provider 기반 데이터제공자 컴포넌트를 구현한다. 또한 데이터제공자 컴포넌트를 통해 전송된 이기종 공간데이타베이스로부터의 WKB 형태의 공간정보를 상호운용할 목적으로, 공간데이타 구조와 처리에 대한 인터페이스 표준화를 실시한 MapBase 컴포넌트를 활용하여 공간정보에 대한 통합검색, 분석 및 상호운용을 구현한다.

  • Self-growing software is a software system that has the capability of evolving its functionalities and configurations by itself based on dynamically monitored situations. Self-growing software is especially necessary for intelligent service robots, which must have the capability to monitor their surrounding environments and provide appropriate behaviors for human users. However, it is hard to anticipate all situations that robots face with, and it is hard to make robots have all functionalities for various environments. In addition, robots have limited internal capacity. To support self-growing software for intelligent service robots, we are developing a cell-based distributed repository system that allows robots and developers transparently to share robot functionalities. To accomplish the creation of evolutionary repositories, we invented the concept of a cell, which is a logical group of distributed repositories based upon the functionalities of components. In addition, a cell can be used as a unit for the evolutionary growth of the components within the repositories. In this paper, we describe the requirements and architecture of the cell-based repository system for self-growing software. We also present a prototype implementation and experiment of the repository system. Through the cell-based repositories, we achieve improved performance of self-growing actions for robots and efficient sharing of components among robots and developers.

A Design of Management and Verification Tool of Component and A Development of SAM Simulator based on Dynamic Reconfiguration Architecture (컴포넌트 관리 및 검증도구 설계와 동적 재구성 아키텍처 기반 SAM 시뮬레이터 개발)

  • Modeling and simulation techniques construct experimental environment considering battlefields and are able to analyze performance of components of weapon system that closely resemble reality. However, developed model has low scalability and not cared reusability because it has been used only in a limited range of domain. In this paper, we develop a verification tool to verify reusability of developed component for dynamic reconfiguration and to judge scalability of it and a management tool to control data of it effectively. In addition, dynamic reconfiguration architecture of guided weapon systems designed in the previous study has been applied to SAM(Surface to Air Missile) System Simulator, and we study effectiveness of the developed component. Thus the user can configure various guided weapon systems through simulation application of dynamic reconfiguration architecture of component.

  • As internet technology has rapidly developed, there have been works for the strategic techniques of the geographic information system integration and component that meet the situation of the variable customer requirement in endless change of execute environment. So there needs a design techniques of spatial data common component that can support technology and Query Processing, and so on. In this thesis, design techniques is proposed to support user-friendly interface and query currently available every place to provide these local-based software development technology. This process was evaluated through an verification test with a widely used development methodology The proposed methods is applied for computation and can reduce software development life cycle.

  • There has been several meaning full efforts to save costs and expand the life-time of a system in changeful If circumstance. It was a module-based architecture that empower productivity at structured programming. It couldn't grow nor evolve, but could raise only calling frequency of module. But OOP or OO-method overcome limit of structured programing by class inheritance and/or overloading and/or over-riding. A component centric architecture, what is mixture of distributed systems, like CORBA. COM+ or EJB/J2EE with OOP. can support not only high reusability or expansion of life-time but also Plug-&-Play between component. In now day. It is not problem of component building but problem of interoperability between heterogeneous CBD Platform. At this study, the enhanced referential component architecture will be suggested.

  • As collaborative works have been spread over the internet, the need for information systems providing virtual workspaces has grown rapidly. Through virtual workspaces, the members participating in those collaborative works share and exchange their information effectively. It is desirable that these systems can be extended according to various requests of users, providing reliable services. In this paper, we describe a group of components for supporting collaboration and the iPlace (internet workPlace) system developed with those components. The iPlace system provides effective sharing and reusing of information among the members of collaborative groups through personal workspaces-the private spaces on the Web for each user and shared workspaces-the shared spaces for each of those groups. In addition, implemented with EJB technology, it provides highly scalable and reliable services.

  • SGML은 구조적 문서를 나타내기 위한 표준으로 이기종간에 호환이 가능하며 다방면에 유연하게 이용 가능한 점이 있다. 전자도서관, 온라인 매뉴얼등의 분야에서 SGML이 활용되면서, 대용량의 SGML 문서를 처리하고 사용자에게 정보를 제공하는 SGML 데이터베이스 시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 또한 웹상에서의 문서교환의 표준으로 XML이 대두되면서 다양한 XML 문서 데이터를 저장, 관리할 수 있는 XML 문서관리시스템도 다수 등장하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 구조적 문서 데이터베이스에 활용될 수 있는 데이터모델로서 , 엘리먼트 구조를 보완하고 문서의 개념을 표현할 수 있는 컴포넌트 기반 모델을 제시하고 기본적인 저장 시스템을 구현하였다. 실험을 통하여 검증한 결과 저장과 검색면에서 성능향상을 얻었다.
