실린더를 이용한 서보 밸브 대역폭 주파수의 측정에 관한 연구 (Study on Bandwidth Frequency of Servovalve based on Metering Cylinder)

  • In this study, a metering cylinder was constructed, and the velocity obtained from the linear velocity transducer (LVT) of the cylinder piston was used to evaluate the dynamic performance of an electro-hydraulic servovalve. Frequency response experiments involving the spool displacement and piston velocity (LVT signal) were conducted with different input signal amplitudes, hydraulic pipe diameters, and supply pressures. The spool displacement signal accurately reflected the performance of the servovalve. Meanwhile, the -3 dB bandwidth frequency of the LVT signal was similar to the spool displacement signal, except for a small-amplitude input signal, and the $-90^{\circ}$ phase lag bandwidth frequency showed some differences.

  • The present study deals with the issue of clamping force control of an injection molding machine using 2-way cartridge valve based logic circuit. The operating principle for the cartridge valve is described with its construction and static opening behavior. Basic module circuits are designed first and analysed according to the basic functions. Then they are combined with a virtual design model for the clamping mechanism to simulate the control performance of the overall system. The backlash inherent in the mechanism is considered while evaluating the time-delay in the process of clamping force build-up. The effects of a couple of design parameters in backlash, i.e., interval and stiffness have been demonstrated in the time-domain.

  • In forklifts, the machine performance is largely depended on the transmission performance. The aim of this paper is to develop a complete model of transmission control valve (TMV) system of a typical forklift using AMESim simulation tool. By using the developed TMV model, it becomes easy to investigate the system concept, working principle, and performance. In addition, an optimization on the TMV structure can be achieved by using this model with tunable parameters. Simulations have been carried out in a comparison with the actual experiments to verify the model.

  • The neutral valve for controlling the HST is one of the important valves for the vehicle control. Neutral valve takes a role of blocking or transmitting power to the vehicle. The operating principle of the neutral valve was developed through the analysis model. We also investigated the logical validity by analyzing the results of the analysis model. The analysis model was developed by using SimulationX witch is commercial software. The number of holes in the piston was selected as a variable initial compression of the spring, and the magnitude of the pressure pulsations and the diameter of the orifice for the sensitivity analysis were performed to design sensitivity analysis of the neutral valve.

변탄성 스프링을 이용한 고정밀 직동형 릴리프 밸브 (High-Precision Direct-Operated Relief Valve with a Variable Elasticity Spring)

  • In this study, a variable elasticity spring was applied to improve the pressure control precision of conventional relief valves. The equilibrium equation of the forces acting on the valve poppet was derived; it is demonstrated that matching the elastic rate of the pressure-adjusting coil spring to the equivalent elastic rate of the flow force improved the pressure override. The procedures that were used to design the variable elasticity spring are presented, and some applications of the variable elasticity spring are also introduced. Computer simulations were used to analyze three cases: a poppet-closed flow force structure, a poppet-open flow force structure with a constant elasticity spring, and a structure containing a variable elasticity spring. It is confirmed that the pressure control precision of the relief valve can be significantly improved upon by applying a variable elasticity spring to the poppet-open flow force structure.

치과용 유니트체어 유압구동 시스템 해석모델을 활용한 개선설계 사례 (Case of Improving Design by Using Analysis Model of Hydraulic System for Dental Chair)

  • This study aims to develop a Korean dental chair hydraulic circuit by improving the existing equipment in order to localize foreign leading companies' products. The suggested Hydraulic circuit can be applicable to varied sectors where height and backrest angle control of chair-type equipment are required. The study followed the steps below. First, three kinds of foreign hydraulic circuits were analyzed and three kinds of Korean dental chair hydraulic circuits were suggested. Second, it was determined whether the three kinds of Korean hydraulic circuits operate normally through SimulationX, a software specialized in multi domain analysis, and the effectiveness of each circuit was examined.

  • 본 논문에서는 레이들(ladle)에 실린 용강의 균일한 혼합을 위해 사용되는 저취 시스템의 버블 강도를 예측하기 위해 진동센서를 이용한 안착대를 설계하고 제작하였다 또한 무선 인터넷을 이용해 안착대로부터 진동 데이터를 수신하여 실시간으로 원격지에 위치한 서버에 저장하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 이와 함께 저취 시스템에 사용되는 유량제어밸브를 컨트롤하기 위해 기존에 사용되는 프로토콜 변환기를 변경한 데이터 처리장치를 설계하고 제작하였다. 데이터처리장치는 4개의 직렬 신호를 동시에 처리 가능하며 비구조화된 데이터를 보관하다록 하기 위해 플래쉬 메모리를 장착하였으며, CPU의 데이터 처리를 위해 SRAM을 장착하도록 구성하였다.(중략)

MCV의 기능밸브를 고려한 굴삭기의 실시간 시뮬레이션 (Real-Time Simulation of an Excavator Considering the Functional Valves of the MCV)

  • In this paper, a real-time simulation model of an excavator using Amesim was proposed, considered the operation of functional valves with the main control valve (MCV). The hydraulic system models including the pump and MCV have been developed. The kinematic and dynamic models of the manipulator have also been developed, to confirm the behavior of the excavator. The MCV model includes various functional valves such as the regenerative valves, holding valves, swing and boom priority valves, and regen-cut valves so that simulations similar to real excavators can be performed. Additionally, to obtain the real-time calculation performance, the parts with no major influence on the dynamic behavior were simplified, high frequency factors were removed, and parameters were optimized. The models were compared with each other through the numerical analysis with variable time-step and fixed time-step, and the results were verified by comparison with the results of the actual vehicle tests.

극저온 선형 팽창기용 리드밸브의 기하학적 형상변화에 따른 유동 특성 연구 (A Study on the Flow Characteristics of Reed Valve with Variable Geometric Variations for Cryogenic Linear Expander)

  • This paper deals with the flow characteristics of a reed valve analyzed using computational dynamics(CFD) for optimal design. The seat sizes of the valve are modeled asØ6[mm] and Ø8[mm] to compare the flow characteristics. The inlet boundary condition is entered at 10[kPa], 15[kPa], 20[kPa], and 30[kPa] and the outlet boundary condition is set to the atmospheric pressure. The flow coefficient(C) and pressure loss coefficient(K) are calculated from the results of flow analysis. From the analysis results, it was confirmed that the flow coefficient of a reed valve having a seat size of Ø6[mm] is greater than that having a seat size of Ø8[mm], and the coefficient of pressure loss of a valve with a seat size of Ø6[mm] is lower than the Ø8[mm] size valve.
