데이터베이스 산업은 정보의 생산, 가공, 유통과 이를 지원하는 각종 컨설팅, 교육 등을 포함하는 거대 산업군(群)으로서 지식기반 사회의 핵심이다. 지난해에는 지속적인 경기 불황과 이에 따른 투자 · 이용 감소로 데이터베이스 산업은 많은 어려움을 겪었다. 그러나 최근 한국데이터베이스진흥센터에서 실시한‘데이터베이스 산업 기업경기 실사지수(DB-BSI) 및 이용환경지수(DB-CSI) 조사’에 따르면, 2분기 경기가 호전될 것으로 전망되고 이용자 만족도도 높게 나타나,2005년 국내 데이터베이스 산업의 재도약이 기대된다.

Recently companies are confronted with a much more sophisticated business environment than before and at the same time have to be able to adapt to rapid changes. Accordingly, the need for selecting among alternatives and managing systematic decision-making has been steadily increasing to respond to a more diverse customer needs and keep up with the fierce competition. In this study, we propose a framework that consist of problem solving procedures and techniques and knowledge structure built on processes to support strategic decision making. and discuss how to utilize simulation tools as the knowledge-based problem solving tools. In addition we discuss how to build and advance the knowledge structure to implement the proposed architecture. Management decision support systems architecture consist of three key factors. The first is Problem Solving Approach which is used as reference. The second is knowledge structure on business processes that includes standard and reference business processes. The third is simulators that are able to generate and analyze alternatives using problem solving techniques and knowledge base. In sum, the proposed framework of decision-making support systems facilitates knowledge-intensive consulting processes to promote the development and application of consulting knowledge and techniques and increase the efficiency of consulting firms and industry.

The purpose of this research is to define the consulting competence of IT consultants and empirically analyze the perceptual differences between the IT consultant group and the client group. Based on the previous researches and the opinion of the actual IT consultants, the consulting capability model has been established, which consists of six categories and eighteen factors. Six categories are (1) IT domain expertise, (2) problem solving ability, (3) project management capability, (4) communication skills, (5) human relations skills, and (6) professional ethics and attitude. Two field surveys have been performed and the responses of 174 IT consultants 116 clients have been acquired. It is shown that the level of possessed proficiency of IT consulting capability is far lower than the level of the required proficiency. And there exist the perceptual difference between two responding groups with respect to the level required proficiency but no difference exists in terms of the level of possessed proficiency. The findings of this research can provide some useful information in order to fully understand the differences between the IT consultant group and the client group.

Exposure of personal information that is held by hacking accident near the company has led to severe water level. And, it has changed security threat elements generated according to businessenterprise. Therefore, in this paper, I looked at security threat elements and proposed the way of appropriate information security consulting according type of company. First, In the financial and insurance industries, and should not have been compromised by a worm virus infection due to lack of awareness inside of members, by collectively apply in the same way the internal security standards of the organization to members, the risk of customer information. It shall be provided in advance that the security accident occurs due to a higher job group. Therefore, information security consulting method based on people and information is applied. Secondly, in industry of company, to perform consulting information security based on the attributes of the case industry groups.

IT서비스관리 시장도 작년 대비 50% 이상 급성장 할 것으로 전망됐으며, SI 시장도 비교적 호재가 많을 것으로 예상됐다. 유선, 초고속 인터넷, 모바일, SI, 네트워크, 보안, HW, SW 등 11개 산업분야의 2007년 시장전망을 분석 정리했다.

In this study, the specialized marine industry in the area (Incheon) of the case study was identified and the issues related to the current status of marine space utilization were diagnosed. Marine space utilization was selected as the specialized marine industry activity in Incheon through the location quotient index analysis of the marine industry in the target area. A case review of the Yeongheungdo demonstration area and diagnosis of issues in the marine energy development sector with the lowest degree of specialization was conducted, to solve field problems such as overlapping problems in marine-use zones and civil complaints between stakeholders. It was concluded that it is necessary to prepare a policy decision support system based on objective and quantitative grounds.

This study examined the effects of management consultant competency (ability, professionalism) and consulting service quality (reliability, assurance) on organizational creativity and innovation. The research target was companies with experience in consulting, and sample data from 62 surveyed companies (80 persons) were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and Smart PLS 2.0 based on statistics to perform frequency analysis, reliability, and feasibility analysis. The summary of the research results is as follows. First, it has been verified that consultant competency (ability, professionalism) and consulting service quality (reliability, assurance) had positive impacts. Second, service reliability and assurance, which are components of consulting service quality, significantly affected consulting performance (organizational creativity, innovation). Taken together, management consulting has a positive effect on creativity and innovation in an organization and ultimately contributes to improvement of the business performance of the company, depending on the competency of the consultant and quality of the services provided. Based on the results of this study, we intend to improve the quality of SME consulting by providing theoretical and practical implications as well as contribute to the growth of SMEs requiring innovation in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution.

경기도 안산시에 위치한 경기테크노파크(원장 배성열)는 '산업기술단지 지원에 관한 특례법' 에 의거해 현재 광역지방자치단체별로 설립된 전국 16개테크노파크중 하나다. 1998년 개원이후 유망벤처기업의 발굴육성을 비롯,교육 훈련,정보교류, 연구개발 등 중소기업을 위한 지원활동을 펼쳐왔으며 산업자원부 ,경기도, 안산시의 재정.행정지원을 바탕으로 한양대학교를 비롯한 인근 6개 대학을 연결해 경기도 중소기업을 위한 연구지원활동을 하고있다. 현재 59개 중소벤처기업이 입주해 있고 연구개발, 시제품 생산, 품질인증, 위탁생산, 마케팅, 경영컨설팅 등을 지원받고 있다. 경기지역의 명실상부한 첨단지식산업 육성의 요람으로 자리매김하고 있는 경기테크노파크를 찾아가본다.

The purpose of this study is to propose a methodology for estimating greenhouse gas emission reduction through HFCs used in the foam industry. This study investigated characteristics of HFCs and greenhouse gas emissions from production processes in the foam industry, which uses HFCs as a blowing agent. Also, we investigated fluorinated gas removal technology to determine a proper technology for the foam industry. And we confirmed the criteria and characteristics of External Project for methodology development. According to criteria of External Project and foam industrial process emission, a methodology for calculating the amount of greenhouse gas emission reduction in foam industry was developed. Lastly, we analyzed the amount of greenhouse gas emission reduction and KOC (Korea Of Offset) in the foam industry based on the domestic government's plan to reduce HCFCs and imported amount of HFCs used as a blowing agent. The results of this study demonstrate that linking greenhouse gas reduction in the foam industry and the domestic greenhouse gas reduction system can contribute to achieve the domestic greenhouse gas reduction goal.
