The convergence of telecommunications and broadcasting is representative of many innovative technologies in the digital environment. It has recently been emphasized as an alternative solution to overcome the on-going saturation of the telecommunications and broadcasting markets. Despite this effort, however, growth of the market and its related services cannot reach prior expectations due to lack of understanding on the real user-end. Telecommunications technology used to serve its instrumental purpose and broadcasting services usually support entertainment functions which in themselves have an inherent value. Our research questions what factors influence users' attitude and decision-making when it comes to using telecommunications-broadcasting convergence services. The research model of this paper proposes intrinsic motivator focusing on hedonic value, extrinsic motivator having utilitarian values, and perceived control as internal and external conditions. To verify our model empirically, we selected the DMB technology which is a good example of distinctive telecommunications-broadcasting convergence service.

The purpose of this paper is to introduce a multimodal interface for mobile phones and to verify its feasibility. The multimodal interface integrates multiple input devices together including speech, keypad and motion. It can enhance the late and time for speech recognition, and shorten the menu depth.

1990년대 중반이후 급격한 성장을 이룩한 국내 이동통신서비스는 핵심 성공요인과 비즈니스 모델이 해외의 벤치마킹이 되고 있다. 그런데 시장 성숙기의 진입과 제 3세대 기술로의 진화, 번호이동성의 시행으로 인하여 경쟁이 치열하게 전개되고 있으며 유무선 통합 및 디지털 컨버전스라는 새로운 패러다임을 주도해야 하는 전략적 과업을 안고 있다. 이에 따라 국내 이동통신사업자는 내적인 능력의 확충과 우월한 경쟁전략을 바탕으로 경쟁우위를 창출하여야 하며 이는 기업의 지속적인 생존과 수익성 확보의 관건이 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 이동통신사업자의 기업능력, 경쟁전략, 경쟁우위에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하기 위하여 기업능력과 경쟁전략에 초점을 맞추어 접근하였다. 본 연구 결과에 의하면 마케팅능력이 경쟁전략과 경쟁우위를 형성하는 공통 요인이 되었으나 사업자별로 핵심 능력과 핵심 경쟁전략은 차이가 존재하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 전략적 시사점을 제언하였다.

This study has been developed to make a marketing tool for word-of-mouth marketing for "Low-Budget Movie". By developing an application program of Low-Budget Movie for 20millions of Smart-Phone user, it can find out the best environment of service, function, etc. Hereby, it could contribute the progress of Korean film industry with this marketing tool of Low-Budget movie. For the research, conjoint analysis has been done through conjoint survey and general survey.

현재 우리사회는 인터넷의 진화와 정보통신기술의 비약적인 발전으로 급속하게 변화하고 있으며, 스마트폰의 확산과 무선 인터넷 활성화, 신규 융합서비스가 급격한 성장세를 보이며 인터넷을 기반으로 한 컨버전스가 산업 발전의 새로운 패러다임으로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 패러다임의 변화는 세계 최고 수준의 IT 인프라를 기반으로 새로운 비즈니스 창출과 사회현안 해결을 위한 IT 활용의 중요성을 말해주며, 우리의 일상생활 전반에 큰 변화를 가져올 것이다. 그러나 정보화의 진전이 진행될수록 이에 대한 역기능 또한 다양해지고 심화되어 사회적 이슈로 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 인터넷의 익명성과 비대면성으로 인해 프라이버시 침해, 불건전 정보의 유통, 중독현상 등 개인과 사회의 피해가 점증하고 있다. 따라서 IT 발전과 활용에 따른 인터넷 진흥과 보호의 균형 있고 체계적인 대책 마련, 책임 의식과 윤리성 강화, 협력체계 구축이 절실히 요구되는 시점이다. 본고에서는 이러한 환경 변화에 대응한 한국인터넷진흥원의 중점 추진과제로서 인터넷 정책 개발과 활성화 기반 마련, 건전한 인터넷 문화와 이용환경 조성, 신속한 침해사고 대응과 선순환 구조 마련, 커뮤니케이션 패키지를 통한 국제협력 활동 등을 살펴보고 사회적 공감대 형성과 적극적인 참여를 도모하고자 한다.

현재 대부분의 국내외 종합통신사업자들은 외부적인 통신산업의 경쟁 격화 및 새로운산업 트렌드 변화로 인해 매출과 영업이익이 정체되는 위기상황에 처해 있으며, 이를 타개하기 위해 미래 통신산업의 mega trend에 대응하여 사업구조를 재편하고 신규 수익모델을 창출하는 등 사업포트폴리오를 변화시키고 있다. 국내외 수많은 종합통신사업자들 중에서 일부는 미래 통신산업 mega trend 변화에 적극적으로 대응하여 다양한 전략적 옵션들을 취함으로써 성공적으로 변모해가고 있는 반면, 다른 일부는 소극적으로 대처하거나 또는 아무런 인식이 없이 본업에만 안주하여 스스로 위기를 자초하고 있는 듯 하다. 이에 본 고에서는 새로운 패러다임 변화에 적극적으로 대처하고 있는BT와 NTT 그룹의 사업포트폴리오 변화 사례 분석을 통해 국내 종합통신사업자에게 미래 서비스 사업구조 개선 방향에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다.

컨버전스시대의 도래에 따라 다양한 유무선통합서비스를 지원하기 위한 embedded WiFi 기술이 모바일 PC, PDA, 핸드폰, TV, PMP, 카메라, 비디오 게임기 및 로봇 장남감에 이르기 까지 다양하게 적용되고 있다. 이에 다양한 단말의 형태를 고려한 무선구간의 성능확보가 요구되고 있는 실정으로 본 논문에서는 DBDM (Dual Band Dual Mode) 단말인 NESPOT Swing 단말을 근간으로 안테나 위치 최적화에 대한 기술과 단말 RF 및 기지국 안테나의 특성을 고려한 필드 성능 측정 방법에 대하여 기술하고, 이론적 분석과 실측정치를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 앞으로 다양한 환경에서 사용이 예상되는 WiFi 기지국의 설치 및 embedded WiFi 단말의 안테나 구성과 RE모듈 성능 확보에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문은 유비쿼터스 환경의 스마트 기기 개발을 위해 시스템 중심의 개발이 아닌 사용자 형태 정보 중심의 개발 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 목적(Goal) 지향의 사용자 행위를 수집하고 형태를 분석하여 사용자의 요구사항(Needs)를 도출하였다. 그리고 요구사항으로부터 도출된 행위 시나리오를 u-Home 서비스의 가전기기 융합(Convergence)에 적용하였다. 이로써 사용자 행위 중심의 접근 방법이 기존의 시스템 개발 방법보다 다양한 사용자의 사용상황을 고려 할 수 있음을 알았고, 이로 인해 시스템 개발 시 다양한 사용자의 행위와 사용상황을 고려하지 못함으로써 발생하는 개발상의 오류를 줄일 수 있었다.

Smart TVs provide a variety of services and information compared to existing TVs based on the Internet. In order to provide more personalized services or information, it is necessary to analyze users' viewing patterns and provide customized services or information based on them. The proposed system receives the user's TV viewing pattern, analyzes it, and recommends a TV program or movie as customized information to the user. For this, the system was constructed with a preprocessor and a deep learning model. The preprocessor refines the name of the TV program watched by the user, the date the TV program was watched, and the watched time. Then, the multi-attribute LSTM model trains the refined data and performs prediction.The proposed system is a system that provides customized information to users, and is believed to be a leading technology in digital convergence that combines existing IoT technology and deep learning technology.

This study explores research methodologies of design and data science, and applies data science paradigm on design process. Design research methodologies would have benefits of productivity and efficiency by using data driven design methodology. From insights of former studies, a new methodology of data driven design is suggested that design problem is transformed to data set attributes, such as variables, values and data patterns. The fine dust information app design is conducted as a case study to prove this methodology.
