This study reveals the influence website reputation and a sense of community for the WOM effect in regards to fashion products according to the type of the online shopping mall. This study examined the effects of the online community, such as chatting, book-cafe on the neighborhood relationship. Through a case study of 'The Sharp' apartment area, the characters of neighborhood relationship between user and non-user were compared. The factors affecting the community relationships were analyzed by regression analysis. According to the results, the residents using the online community shared their emotions, thoughts and information with their neighbors so that the level of neighborhood relationship was higher. To reprove the neighborhood relationship being cut off the online community should be handled as an important factor in the planning of apartments. This study as a basic research is expected to contribute to policing against crimes and accidents in apartments.
Current technology does not emphasize closer connection through group collaboration, but rather underlines the distances and separations that are visible in today's society. As the interpretation of our territory of life which is still based on the model of the 'physical' of industrial era is no more valid, a different 'sense of belonging' corresponds to this new notion of territory. The main idea is how to make the sense of community to connect actual space with one child from each place. Therefore, the subject of this thesis is to design the system making children from distance to be closer, developing 'learning community' connecting with two classes across the globe. The contents include its studying in respect to the development of a non-geographical 'learning community' based on co-evolution, and to the system design of conceptual models for the community. In conclusion, the physical interface design is suggested to let user develop accurate mental models of the system.

In 2010, Busan Metropolitan City established an organization dedicated to urban regeneration. The Sanbok Road Renaissance Project and Hope Village Project are representative urban regeneration projects. Busan Metropolitan City is a leading local government that has expanded community business through urban policies. This study analyzed the operational status and characteristics of community-based community businesses based in Busan Metropolitan City in the early stages of urban regeneration policy. As a result, the direction of community-based community business is 'community empowerment'. However, the project effects such as 'expansion of opportunities for local residents to help each other' and 'residents' understanding of the local community' were low. In order to operate a community business, it is important to secure sufficient business capital and secure necessary human resources. In order to revitalize community-based community businesses through urban regeneration policies, it is necessary to convert support into functional organizations of urban regeneration projects rather than expanding subsidies and expand opportunities for business participation.

The survey had been conducted in 414 respondents with questionnaire during May to June, 2003. Frequency, Crosstabs, T-test and ANOVA were obtained from the collected data using SPSS/WIN program. The results of this study were as follows. First, most respondents were preparing toward work in later life somewhat actively and the level of preparation differed by individual characteristics. Those who have higher level of education and subjective economic power were more active. The most preferred work item in later life were raising animals and plants, managing institution and training center and running shop. Those who have higher level of education and asset preferred managing institution and training center. Second, nearly three fourths of middle-aged have chosen leisure activities in consideration of later life and two thirds were preparing economically for leisure in later life. They have strong intention to participate in the leisure activity in later life and they also wanted to take part in various kinds of leisure activities. Those who have higher levels of education, subjective economic power, health and asset were more active in preparing leisure in later life. Third, over two thirds preferred to live and work in later life together with others rather than to live and work alone. Nearly half had intention to move to the senior community where work was available. The intention to move were differed by attitudes to work and leisure in later life. Those who were active in work and leisure in later life presented higher intention to move to senior community available work.
The purpose of this research was to find out relation between the attitudes toward work and leisure in later life and intention to move to senior community available to work among 50's in Seoul, Incheon, and Kyunggido. The same research questions would be revealed as the previous one done by Cho & Cho(2006). The data were the part of the survey collected from 556 respondents with questionnaire during November, 2002 by the Hong's research team(2004). The results of this study showed that most respondents were somewhat actively preparing toward work in later life and the level of preparation differed by the individual characteristics such as age, health and occupation. They preferred various work items specially managing facility center, raising animals and plants, and managing educating center, which were different from what current elderly workers were mainly involved in. Similarly to the work, most respondents cared for the kind of leisure activities to continue and saved money for the leisure expenses in later life. The better the economic conditions, the more actively prepared for leisure in later life. They were strongly expected to participate in public leisure facilities and programs for the elderly as a user, volunteer, and/or activist. The subjects selected for the survey conducted through prepared questionnaires rendered positive assessment(3.82~4.09) on the effects of participation in community activities and in such programs with a higher level of the sense of community. The leaders of community activities also provided positive assessments regarding the projects financially supported by the local government that consequently promoted community activities to the extent they desired. However, the community leaders experienced and appealed difficulties in preparing financial reports according to administrative requirements together with the timing of financial appropriation. They also reported difficulties in preparing a sufficient pool of instructors to cultivate the capabilities of professional community planners.
