During communication between wireless users, disconnection may occur during the handover process. The high handover latency during the process of handover degrades the service quality of the wireless communications. This problem becomes more crucial if the operation network is transmitting real-time multimedia applications. This paper presents our work on the interworking of protocols in IPv6 mobility management which aims to explore the means to reduce the handover latency. We propose Reducing Handover Latency through Protocols over IPv6 mobility management.

In this paper, high-quality business-type communications(UC) capabilities of the communication activities overlap, waste, reducing rework process improvement provides for high efficiency. Messages sent via UC app development, FMC calling features, schedule management organization for the development and deployment DataBase UC server deployment, the search for the JSP implementation, XMPP is using the messaging system. IP-PBX running on the IP network, on the basis of UC applications in real life, improve utilization of the infrastructure necessary to provide services to the system design and implementation.

Business process should support the execution of collaboration process with agility and flexibility through the integration of enterprise inner or outer applications and human resources from the collaborative workflow view. Although the dependency of enterprise activities to the automated system has been increasing, human role is as important as ever. In the workflow modelling this human role is emphasized and the structure to control human error by analysing decision-making itself is needed. Also, through the collaboration of activities agile and effective communication should be constructed, eventually by the combination and coordination of activities to the aimed process the product quality should be improved. This paper classifies human errors can be occurred in collaborative workflow by applying GEMS(Generic Error Modelling System) to control them, and suggests human error control method through hybrid based modelling as well. On this base collaborative workflow modeling tool is designed and implemented. Using this modelling methodology it is possible to workflow modeling could be supported considering human characteristics has a tendency of human error to be controlled.

Since interactive systems that the user interaction is important factor can be very complex, its design process may have various testing and feedback based on continuous prototyping. The prototypes in this process function as medium to explore design problem and communicate opinions with another expert of project team. So prototyping strategy may be needed to enhance the design quality by focusing on the goals of project. This study clarifies critical issues around the prototypes and characteristics of interactive system to understand broad meaning of prototypes. And prototype model proposes as a framework for establishment of prototyping stategy.

오늘날 기업 경영 환경은 더욱 복잡해지고, 국가간.지역간 통합 경제 체제 형태로 변화하고 있다. 정보 기술과 텔리커뮤니케이션의 결합에 따른 급속한 발전은 국가간.지역간 경계를 넘어 다국적 기업, 더 나아가서는 범세계적 기 업으로 글로벌(global) 기업을 출현시켰다. 경영 환경의 빠른 변화의 추세 속 에서 경쟁 우위를 지키기 위해서는 이러한 변화를 적절히 수용하고 적응할 수 있는 조직이 필요하였다. 기존의 MIS 관점으로는 환경 변화에 적응 할 수 있는 혁신적인 조직으로 변화시키는 데는 한계가 있었고, 이에 따라 BPR 이 대두되었다. BPR실행에 있어 성공뿐만 아니라 많은 실패도 겪었다. BPR 실행에는 많은 자금과 인력, 시간이 투자되기 때문에 실패의 손실은 기업에 게 큰 타격을 가져다 줄 수 있다. 대부분의 BPR의 실패 원인은 사회적 측면 을 고려하지 못한 데 있다. 정보 기술을 이용하여 프로세스를 급진적으로 재 설계 하였지만, 운영 주체인 구성원의 저항감이나 조직의 문화에 대한 고려 를 하지 못하였다. 그러므로 BPR을 수행함에 있어 사회적 측면과 기술적 측 면을 동시에 고려하여 적용한다면 오류나 실패 요인을 감소시킬 수 있다. 따 라서 요즈음 새로이 부상하고 있는 사회.기술적 시스템 접근법은 성공적인 BPR 실행을 위한 대안이 될 수 있다.

현재와 미래의 e비즈니스 환경은 인터넷을 중심으로 끊임없이 변화 발전하고 있으나 e비즈니스의 복잡함과 역동적인 특성에 비해 이를 지원해줄 수 있는 인터넷 기술은 아직 매우 부족한 형편이다. 기존의 많은 개발 도구들은 비용이 많이 들거나 복잡하여 솔루션 개발에 매우 많은 시간과 비용이 소요되는 단점을 가지고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 엔지니어가 아니라 브즈니스 실무 담당자가 급변하는 비즈니스 환경에 맞는 최적의 솔루션을 용이하게 구축할 수 있는 Business Scenario Assembly(BSA)라고 하는 개념 및 이의 구현에 대해 소개한다. BSA는 비즈니스 프로세스 주체들이 다양한 비즈니스 시나리오들을 실시간 커뮤니케이션을 통해 쉽게 공유, 재편, 변경하도록 하는 새로운 개념의 e비즈니스 솔루션 개발 도구이다. BSA를 이용하면 역동적으로 변화하는 e비즈니스 환경에 최적의 솔루션을 매우 용이하게 구축할 수 있다.

전자정부사업은 본질적으로 이해당사자 사이의 갈등을 내포하고 있어 막대한 사회적 비용을 초래하기 때문에 이에 대한 적절한 조정과 협력이 중요하다. 정부통합전산센터는 정부부처별, 기관별로 구축 운영 중인 전산시설, 운영인력 등 정보자원을 통합하여 공동활용체계를 구축하는 대표적인 전자정부사업으로 현재 대전과 광주에 설치되어 있다. 2006년부터 단계별 통합을 추진하고 있는 정부통합전산센터에는 다양한 IT 거버넌스(IT Governance) 이슈가 잠재되어 있으며 이를 해결하기 위한 방안 마련이 시급하다. 본 연구에서는 IT 거버넌스 관련 문헌연구와 전문가 의견수렴을 통해 조직문화, 업무프로세스, 구성원역량, 커뮤니케이션 분야에서 IT 거버넌스 이슈들을 선정 후 정부부처, 정부통합전산센터 및 외주업체 관계자들을 대상으로 인터뷰와 설문조사를 통해 해결방안을 찾고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 공공부문 IT 거버넌스에 대한 국제적인 성공모델 정립에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the fashion images and the aesthetic characteristics of hand work imaged design. The 'hand work' has not only affected the contemporary life style but also the current fashion trend. The primary source of data has been a collection of recent books, news repots, and many articles from various kinds of mass media and fashion magazines since the year 2000. The results of this study can be summarized as follow. First, hand work imaged fashion design can be divided the background into three parts : post-materialism, aesthetics of slowness, personalize trend. Second, hand work imaged fashion design can be identified with the following images : folklore & craft image, second hand image, high touch image. Third, the aesthetic characteristics of hand work image reflects the concepts of sustainability and process communication.

엔터프라이즈 포탈(Enterprise Portal : EP)이란 기업단위의 web 포탈로서 데이터베이스에 존재하는 기업내부의 정형화된 정보뿐만 아니라 파일형태로 존재하는 각종 문서와 서식, 사진 및 동영상등의 멀티미디어 데이터, 인터넷 컨텐츠 등과 같은 비정형화된 정보까지 기업과 관련된 모든 정보를 웹 기반의 단일 접점을 통해 사용자들에게 효과적으로 제공하는 것은 물론 이들을 가공한 지식정보들을 실시간으로 제공함으로써 업무생산성을 향상시키는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 하지만 2000 년대 초부터 기업의 경쟁력 향상을 위해 국내 기업들에 도입된 엔터프라이즈 포탈은 장기적 관점에서의 협업 중심이 아닌 단기적 관점에서의 시스템 기능 중심으로 무분별하게 도입되어 사용자 중심의 활용도 측면에서의 개선에 대한 요구들이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기업의 엔터프라이즈 포탈 활용율 개선을 통한 업무생산성 및 만족도를 높이기 위해 UC(Unified Communication)기능 및 다양한 커뮤니케이션 수단(Wiki,Blog,Cop 등)을 활용한 업무프로세스 개선 방안을 도출하였으며 이를 동부건설사의 협업 기반 엔터프라이즈 포탈 구축에 적용함으로써 엔터프라이즈 포탈 활용률(사용율) 및 만족도를 각각 29%, 26%씩 향상 시키는데 성공하였다.
