A study on synchronization of lorenz-based dicrete chaotic with application to communcation encryption (통신암호화에 응용된 로렌츠 기반 이산 카오스의 동기화에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, a computer simulation of the Lornz discrete chaotic system is described. The chotic behavior closely matches the results predicted by numerical simulations. Using the concept of discrete synchronized chaotic systems, the possibility of a secure communication is proved by simulating the Lorenz system in both the transmitter and receiver. In the proposed approach, at first, a chaotic modulating signal is multiplied with the message, and these are transmitted with adding a chaotic modulating signals, and then at the receiver, the chaotic modulating signal is regenerated and divided from the receiver signal. Varying a smapling time interval to calibrate the robustness of the Lorenz discrete synchronized chaotic system as a nonlinear state estimator, we measured the performance of the Lorenz discrete syncrhonized chaotic system by comparing the synchronization error and the error between transmitted signal and received signal.

  • Chaos-based secure communication systems are alternative of standard spread-spectrum systems that enable spreading the spectrum of the information signals and encrypting information signals with simple and inexpensive chaotic circuitry. In secure communication area, like Lorenz, Chua, Rossler, Duffing etc, classical systems are widely used. Malasoma chaotic system is topologically simple but their dynamical behaviors are non-linear synchronization and secure communication applications has not seen in paper. This paper aims for introducing a new chaotic system which is able to use as alternative to classical chaotic systems into secure communication fields. In addition, this new model simulates a synchronous communication system using P-C (Pecora-Carroll) method by verifying security with chaos signal through simulation. Modelling, synchronization and secure communication applications of Malasoma are realized respectively in MATLAB-Simulink environment. Retrieved results show that this novel chaotic system is able to use in secure communication fields.

  • This paper presents chaotic Lorenz system implementation for secure data communication applications. In this work chaotic signal is generated by a PIC18F family based microcontroller, XC8 compilers have been utilized for the compilation of C code of microcontroller program. For simulation work Matlab and Proteus platforms were utilized and finally, chaotic time waveforms, 2D and 3D chaotic attractor were obtained and secure communication waveforms were achieved successfully.

  • A chaos signal is used in all fields like engineering, a medical science and a biology very much, and study regarding the digital communication system that used a recent chaos signal is consisting actively. Applied a chaos signal in a digital communication system, and this paper designed six chaos signal generator to have been composed of by nonlinear equations as used System Generator, and implemented hardware to FPGA. Loaded bit stream to a FPGA board in order to verify this design to Hardware co-simulation from these results. Also, compared as investigated the maximum action frequency through timing analysis and resource of logic in order to evaluate performance of six chaos generator.

  • 본 논문에서는 RLCG 전송선로를 가진 Chua 회로에서의 카오스 동기화 방법 및 암호와 통신 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 두 개의 동일한 Chua 회로에 전송 선로를 두어 RLCG 전송로를 구성한 후 송신부와 전송선로 사이는 구동-결합 동기 이론을, 전송선로와 수신부 사이는 결합 동기 이론을 적용한 동기화 방법을 제시하였으며, 이 동기화된 회로에 암호 통신방법을 적용하여 송신부에서 가산기에 의한 정보 신호와 카오스 신호를 합성하고 수신부에서 정보 신호와 카오스 신호를 분리하는 복조 방법을 제시하였으며, 선로 중간에서 정보 신호를 도청한 것과 수신부에서 복원된 신호를 비교하여 암호화 통신의 성능을 검증하였다.

  • 최대 수용전력 시계열 데이터를 수집하여 카오스적 성질을 분석하고 퍼지 제어기로부터 추론되어진 제어 값으로 특정 플랜트의 단기예측을 수행하는 카오스 퍼지 제어기를 구성하고 시뮬레이션을 통하여 실제 데이터와의 오차 검토를 통하여 카오스 퍼지 제어기의 강인성을 검증하고 이 시스템을 통하여 얻어진 결과와 실제 데이터를 비교함으로써 제어기의 성능을 평가한다.

  • Security of chaos communication system that has characteristic of sensitive initial conditions is superior to digital communication systems, but BER(Bit Error Rate) performance is evaluatied badly. So, studies in order to improve the BER performance is important. existing studies, BER performance of proposed chaos transceiver is possible to improve than the CDSK(Correlation Delay Shift Keying) system because it has characteristic that has very few addition elements like noise signal except for the desired signal. Chaos communication system has many symbols because it spreads according to characteristic of chaos map. Therefore, study that can have the good data rate in chaos communication system is required. Information bits of existing chaos modulation system are modulated as -1 and 1 on the basis of BPSK system. However, instead of BPSK system, if chaos communication system is applied high level modulation systems such as QPSK system and 16QAM system, it is possible to have good data rate because more data are transmitted at a time. In the paper, when QPSK system and 16QAM system are applied to proposed chaos transceiver in existing study, we evaluate the SER(Symbol Error Rate) performance and compare the each performance. Also, when QPSK system and 16QAM system are applied to proposed chaos transceiver, we evaluate the anti-jamming performance of proposed system.

Chaotic Double Tent Mapping PWM Scheme for Acoustic Noise Reduction of o Motor Drive) (전동기의 소음 저감을 위한 카오스 2중 텐트 사상 PWM기법)

  • The paper proposes a chaotic double tent mapping PWM scheme for mitigation the acoustic noise of a motor chive. The chaos area ${\lambda}=0.99$ in bifurcation tree of the double tent mapping is used for generating the chaotic numbers. A 80C196 micro-controller is employed for generation of chaotic numbers, and the triangular carrier with chaotic frequency is obtained by using a 80C196 micro-controller and a MAX038 frequency modulator. The experiments are executed with a 1.5[kw] induction motor chive under the 2.5[A] load condition. As results, the experimental results show that the carrier, voltage and 3-D switching noise spectra of the proposed scheme is spread over the chaotic frequency range with no specific frequency concentration. Thereby, the shrill acoustic noise radiated from a motor chive is reduced by the proposed scheme.
