  • With the construction of vast networks, Internet based services such as online games and Internet banking are steadily increasing. As dysfunctions of the trend, various threats from worms/viruses to hacking are proliferating and new types and variations of worms/viruses are emerging. In response to the problems, telecommunication carriers and the government we establishing systems to cope with infringement accidents and resultant damages. However, in case of nationwide emergencies like the 1.25 Accident, infringement may spread rapidly while analyzing what kind of infringement it is and that may result in enormous losses. Thus, the paper purposed to analyze the states of infringement accidents occurring at each network and coping methods and checklist, based on the results. and to propose strategies for controlling services in case of large scale infringement accidents.

The cyber infringement most the information society brings about is serious concern middle one. The biggest thing is anonymous characteristic with cause of cyber crime. Also well cannot know becomes the cause where commits a crime that about cyber crime. Cyber crime the guilty conscience is thin. And the criminal who commits a cyber crime sense of insecurity is few. This paper which sees cyber infringement accident dividing came in public section, and analyzed presented a present condition and a confrontation plan.

  • As Internet of Things (IoT) technology evolves, IoT devices are being utilized in a variety of fields. However, it has become a new surface of cyber attacks and is affecting industries that did not previously consider cyber breaches. After a intrusion occurs, post-processing and damage spread prevention are important, but it is difficult to respond due to the lackof standards and guidelines. Therefore, in order to respond to such incidents, this paper establishes an incident data collection procedure and presents the data that can be collected to improve the intrusion data acquisition method for general IoT devices. In addition, we proved the efficiency and feasibility of the data collection procedure through experiments.

  • 인터넷을 중심으로 글로벌네트워크화 되고 있는 국내 전산망에서는 국내외 해킹 등에 의한 전산망 보안 침해사고가 매우 우려될 뿐 아니라 빈번히 발생되고 있다. 하지만 이에 대한 대책과 기술이 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있으며, 해외의 전문 침해사고대응에 비해 매우 열악한 상태에 있으므로 침해사고의 예방, 사고시 분석 및 확산 방지 및 방지책 개발과 이의 상호 정보 공유 방법을 제시하고 운영하고자 한다.

  • The internet is established as the basic infrastructure of our life and we live in cyberspace on internet, and additionally many problems on cyberspace arise. One among them is the most serious cyber attack of the information society. The cyber attacks increase each year, attack type and the intelligence is evolving, and then the cyber ecosystem is getting more complicated. In this study, we analyze the Internet last incident status and type of Internet invasion and hacking methods, and analyze the corresponding national and international organizations and associations active status.

  • With the development of IT, hacking crimes are becoming intelligent and refined. In Emergency response, Big data analysis in information security is to derive problems such as abnormal behavior through collecting, storing, analyzing and visualizing whole log including normal log generated from various information protection system. By using the full log data, including data we have been overlooked, we seek to detect and respond to the abnormal signs of the cyber attack from the early stage of the cyber attack. We used open-source ELK Stack technology to analyze big data like unstructured data that occur in information protection system, terminal and server. By using this technology, we can make it possible to build an information security control system that is optimized for the business environment with its own staff and technology. It is not necessary to rely on high-cost data analysis solution, and it is possible to accumulate technologies to defend from cyber attacks by implementing protection control system directly with its own manpower.

  • Until now the study of computer forensics has been focused only system forensics which carried on keeping, processing and collecting the remained evidence on computer. Recently the trend of forensic study is proceeding about the network forensics which analyze the collected information in entire networks instead of analyzing the evidence on a victim computer. In particular network forensics is more important in Automated Computer Emergency Response System because the system deals with the intrusion evidence of entire networks. In this paper we defined the information of network forensics that have to be collected in Automated Computer Emergency Response System and verified the defined information by comparing with the collected information in experimental environments.

  • 코로나19 팬데믹은 현실뿐만 아니라 사이버 공간에도 지대한 영향을 미쳤다. 재택근무와 비대면(온라인) 회의 뿐만 아니라 온라인 게임/쇼핑과 스트리밍 서비스 등과 같이 네트워크를 활용한 서비스의 이용자가 급증하였으며, 이로 인해 사이버 공간은 더욱 활성화되고 확장되었다. 그러나 사이버 공간의 확장은 이를 대상으로 하는 사이버 공격들도 함께 증가시켰으며, 그 피해규모 또한 증가하고 있어 대응방안 마련이 매우 시급한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 코로나19 팬데믹 영향에 따른 사이버공격 동향을 살펴보고, 실제 사이버위협을 탐지·대응하는 보안관제, 침해대응 실무현장에서 발생하는 사이버위협을 분석해 사이버위협 동향 변화를 확인해 본다. 또한, 대응기술로서 인공지능과 설명가능 인공지능 기반 정보보호 연구·개발에 대해 소개한다.

  • With the introduction of video cameras into law enforcement, a great deal of police organizations have adopted the technology in their routine crime prevention activities. The up-to-date systems of ambient surveillance energized by CCTV, police wearable cameras, drones, and thermal imaging devices enable the police to thoroughly monitor public spaces as well as to rigorously arrest on-scene criminals. These efforts to improve the level of surveillance are often met with public resistance raising concerns over citizens' rights to privacy. Recent studies on the use of police video equipment have constantly raised the issues related to the lack of applicable legal provisions, risk of personal information and privacy infringement as well as security vulnerabilities. In this regard, the present study attempted to review the public surveillance methods currently used by law enforcement agencies worldwide within the context of public safety and individual rights to privacy. Furthermore, the present study also discussed the legal boundaries of police use of video equipment to address public concerns over privacy issues.

  • IoT 기술을 이용한 다양한 제품과 서비스의 출시로 국내·외 IoT 산업의 급성장 및 초연결사회로의 진입이 가속화되고 있는 가운데, 보안에 취약한 IoT 기기를 공격 목표 및 도구로 악용하여 다양한 침해사고가 발생되고 있다. 이와 같은 상황은 IoT 기기 보급 활성화와 더불어 더욱 증가할 것으로 전망되고 있으며, 피해의 범위 및 정도에 있어서 막대한 사회적·경제적 손실을 유발하게 될 것으로 우려되고 있다. IoT 기기를 대상으로 하는 침해사고는 주로 디폴트 계정이나 추측하기 쉬운 패스워드를 사용하는 등 관리적 미흡 혹은 기기 자체의 취약점을 악용하여 발생하는 공격으로 인하여 발생되고 있다. 이에 정부 및 산업체에서는 IoT 기기의 보안 내재화, 기기 소유자의 보안인식 제고 등 IoT 기기의 보안성 강화를 위한 다양한 활동을 진행하고 있다. 하지만 IoT 기기 및 사용 환경의 특징 상 모든 IoT 기기를 안전하게 배포하여 관리하는 데에는 한계가 존재하기 때문에, 침해사고 예방 및 대응의 관점에서 공격에 노출되기 쉬운 취약한 기기를 파악하여 사전에 조치하는 노력이 필요하다. 이와 관련하여 본 논문에서는 IoT 기기 취약점을 악용하여 발생하는 공격 대응을 위해, 다양한 채널을 통해 IoT 기기 취약점 및 익스플로잇 정보를 수집하여 IoT 기기 취약점 악용 공격의 유형을 분석하고 대응의 일례를 제시함으로써 IoT 위협 탐지 및 대응 전략 수립을 위한 기초정보를 제공하고자 한다.
