본 연구는 친환경 인증을 받은 학교시설을 대상으로 예비인증 거쳐 본인증을 획득한 시설에서 친환경건축물인증 제도의 부문별 적용 및 득점 비율을 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고, 향후 친환경 인증학교시설 계획에 있어 설계자 및 관련 담당자에게 기초자료를 제공함에 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 범위는 2010 개정친환경건축물 인증 기준 이후 인증을 받은 신축 학교시설을 대상으로 하며 예비심사를 거쳐 본 인증을 획득한 10개교를 분석 대상으로 하였다. 분석 내용은 녹색건축 인증기준 2013 학교시설 인증심사기준(별표4)의 7개 평가 부문에 대해서 적용시설 및 득점비율을 조사 분석하였다.

To promote environmentally responsible architectural practice, many nations have established their own Green Building Certification system. Until 2007, 138 Education facilities acquired certification but many people don't fully understand each item of Green building Certification Criteria yet. The purpose of this study is to analyze 40 certified Education facilities and to find the reasons why they had acquired low scores and high scores. These scores lead us to propose a way that each contents the efficient approaches and alternative visions of Education facilities. Because the part of material and resource is initial of the projects, this study focuses on it and aims to pick out the items requiring improvement for the Education facilities. We expect to be helpful for the next design works through result of this thorough study.

With the increase in the demand for sustainable and environmentally-friendly development, Green Building Certification System came into force in 2002, Evaluation parts of Green Building Certification System are divided into land use and transportation, energy, ecological environment, and indoor environment. Alloted point for the part of energy is larger than other part, thus we can say that this part is very important to increase the green building performance. This study aims to analyze the present condition of design and construction for the part of energy in the certificated green school building. Total 40 certificated school buildings were selected and average scoring rate of each item was evaluated. Key particular to be considered were suggested to improve the item of energy consumption.

With the global climate changes, a global concerns on building energy uses and $CO_2$ emission to improve the environment friendly has been increasingly growing. To achieve this global goal, the Korea government has been seeking an environment-friendly and sustainable development. As the results, the government started Green Building Certification Criteria system. however the certificate system has still been at the basic stage. To upgrade and advance it's level, it's necessary to identify the current status. This study aims to pick out the items requiring improvement for the Ecology of Education Facilities. We expect that the results of this study will be helpful for the next design works of certificate system.
