In this study, to investigate the relationship between early morning delivery's logistics service quality (order quality, delivery quality, and after service quality) and customer satisfaction, and the moderating effect of eco-friendly attitude, the constructs were made up based on previous studies. A survey was conducted on early morning delivery users, and 210 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 21.0. The results are as follows: first, it was found that the logistics service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Second, it was found that the delivery quality has the greatest effect on customer satisfaction. Third, as a result of testing the moderating effect of eco friendly attitudes in the relationship between the logistics service quality and customer satisfaction, in the case of the order quality among the logistics service quality, the differences between the groups were identified according to eco-friendly attitudes. In conclusion, the implications and limitations of this study are presented.

최근 CJ대한통운이 박스 측면에 라벨 부착 대신 먹물분사형 바코드를 사용함으로써 친환경 효과를 높이고 있다. 이와 함께 첨단화·자동화를 기반으로 한 다양한 친환경 포장 방식을 적용하면서 물류업계에 수준 높은 'ESG 패키징' 프로세스를 구축하고 있다. CJ대한통운은 배송박스에 먹물분사형 바코드를 사용해 지난 3년간 3천 5백만장의 코팅라벨을 없앴다고 밝혔다. 실제 먹물은 아니지만 오징어가 먹물을 뿜듯이 잉크를 분사한다고 하여 물류현장에서는 '오징어먹물 바코드'라는 별칭으로 불린다. 본지에서는 CJ대한통운의 윤철주 미래기술담당 경영리더와의 서면 인터뷰를 통해 먹물분사형 바코드 표기, 주문별 최적 박스 투입, 종이 포장부자재 사용 등 'ESG 패키징' 확대를 위해 노력하고 있는 그들의 이야기를 들어보았다.

Companies are facing challenges to have high competitiveness because of continuous oil price rising and CO2 emissions regulations. Thus, companies are trying hard to construct effective logistics and operation system to achieve high customer service quality and saving cost. Also the ec-friendly idustrial complex is needed. Busan is in process to construct GILC(Global Industry Logistics City) in west Busan province to achieve high competitiveness and support lack of industrial complex. To construct this kind of logistics industrial complex, it needs logistics system through proper policy and freight transportation co-operation. Especially, efficient management through logistics hierarchy construction in industrial complex is very important for low cost and eco-friendly point of view. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze logistics system and suggest operation model to present logistics complex construction base data.

본 자료는 한국펄프 종이공학회가 2012년 6월 27일 서울대학교에서 삼성전자 CS환경팀, 제지회사 및 관련회사 담당자가 참석한 가운데 '친환경 골판지 제조를 위한 친환경 지력증강제의 활용'이라는 주제를 가지고 열린 제1차 기술간담회를 요약한 내용이다. 최근 친환경 골판지 제조를 위한 친환경 지력증강제의 활용에 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다. 따라서 지금까지 골판지를 제조하는데 첨가해온 지력증강제와 구별되는 "친환경 지력증강제"가 소개되면서 기존의 제지용 첨가제에 대한 유해성 논란이 되고 있다. 이와 관련하여 한국펄프 종이공학회는 "친환경 지력증강제"에 대한 재활용 골판지 원지 제조업체, 첨가제 공급업체 및 소비자인 전자업체의 의견을 수렴하고 향후 우리나라의 골판지포장산업이 추구해야할 친환경성에 대한 주제로 "2012년 제1차 기술간담회"를 개최하였으며 본지에 그 내용을 요약 게재하는 바이다.
