'Health' trend like the latest fashion that spread to present society that elevate a lot of interests in qualitative elevation of life by rapid economic growth did to derive vocabulary called 'well-being' over all field. More and more comprehensive new type word 'LOHAS' appear to this. I wish to present basic data that need in study of healthy eco dwelling through making comparative study of existing study, literature analysis, and application type and planning elements etc of healthy dwelling. This study is preceded in following steps and contents. First, make conceptional definition for similarity words regarding healthy eco dwelling through existing study and internet search data etc, and analysis comprehensive meaning of 'Health' and 'Healthy Dwelling'. Second, I have done arrangement examination synthetically about healthy eco dwelling, wellbeing house, and ubiquitous future dwelling by paradigm of spread healthy dwelling. Third, examine application type of healthy dwelling that appear present and arrange analyzing planning elements is applied in the types.

인천국제공항에서 불과 15분 거리며 비행거리 3시간 반 이내에 중국, 러시아, 일본 등을 빠르게 오갈 수 있는 곳. 바로 송도 국제도시이다. 지금 송도가 새롭게 변신하고 있다. 머지않아 송도는 한국을 동북아시아의 비즈니스 허브로 자리매김하는 데 핵심적인 역할을 할 것으로 예상된다. 송도는 송도국제업무단지 경제자유구역으로 지정된 세계 최초의 신(新) 지속 가능 개발 도시이다. 여러 종류의 주거용 건물과 상가 건물 및 학교뿐만 아니라 건강관리 시설과 쇼핑 외식 엔터테인먼트 시설까지 전세계에서 영감을 얻은 마스터플랜에 따라 최대의 시너지 효과를 내도록 설계되었다. 또한 건축물과 대중교통의 연계선 및 건물 설계상의 에너지 저감, 모든 종류의 녹지 공간 및 주거 공간의 효율적인 인프라 등 대규모 친환경 설계에 대한 새로운 기준이 되고 있다. 송도국제업무단지에서는 세계 최고 수준의 친환경 도시를 건설하기 위하여 대부분의 프로젝트에 LEED인증을 추진하고 있다. 본지는 인천 송도지구 개발의 기본 방향과 계획에 대해 살펴보고 특히 국제업무단지의 친환경 설계와 구체적인 설비기술에 대해 알아본다.

Housing environment for human beings has been diversified and more convenient due to the development of high technology and civilization brought by industrialization in the 20th century. In the 21st century, how to overcome the ecological limit of biased development-centered advancement, that is, how to preserve and hand over a clean and healthy 'sustainable environment' to our next generations has been one of the most-talked about issues. Environmental symbiosis means a wider range of environmental harmony from micro-dimensional perspective to macro one. The three goals of a environmentally friendly house are to preserve global environment, to harmonize with the environment around, and to offer a healthy and comfortable living environment. From the point of view of environmental symbiosis, houses should be designed to save energy and natural resources for preservation of global environment, to collect such natural energy resources as solar heat and wind force, to recycle waste water, and recycle and reduce the amount of the waste matter. Now, the environmentally-friendly house became a new social mission that is difficult to not only challenge but also realize without conversion to a new paradigm, ecologism.
