  • With the rise of green technology, the environmental question causes people’s attention more and more, based on objective of the sustainable development, the green risk has already begun to appear. In the paper the definition of the green risk of construction project is given, it analyzes and identifies the green risk of construction project from three aspects, based on BIM, the relation with green risk was found. Though the relation, the management of green risk was analyzed and we may take some measures to reduce the unnecessary risk and waste.

  • The purpose of this study is to derive a basic data for environment-friendly factors and design methods which is applicable to domestic domed stadium. Thus this study carry out environment-friendly factors in domestic and foreign domed stadiums through the case studies. And these are divided into 3 parts; energy, indoor environment and material & resource. Also this study analyzed environment-friendly factor application characteristics which is related its space size and climate.

  • 격심한 세계적 사회환경의 변화는 모든 산업분야에서 기존의 패턴을 탈피해 새로운 패러다임으로의 전환을 요구하고 있다. 이제는 이를 어느 정도 충실히 반영해 혁신을 이룰 수 있는가가 국가의 흥망을 좌우하는 중요한 요체가 되었다. 건설 기술의 R&D 분야는 최근의 화두인 친환경녹색성장에 관한 기술경쟁력 강화를 위해 혁신적인 연구 성과물을 내놓고 있다. 본지는 이번호에 지속 가능한 미래 친환경 건축기술을 연구하는 코오롱건설 기술연구소 건축연구팀의 연구 개발 현황을 소개한다.

  • According to the recent research results of the Ministry of Environment, the indoor air quality of large general hospitals and university hospitals(58 hospitals) exceeded the maintenance standard. On top of such indoor air quality, it is also desperately required to have the environment-friendly building design and also low carbon green design in accordance with the increase of hospital size and enlarged hospital buildings. Especially, the increase of carbon dioxide, heat, garbage, waste energy, exhaust heat from power plants and sewage heat in each medical center brings up lots of problems to the health of hospital patients and customers. Thus this study aims to convergently develop the green environment-friendly architecture design technology concerning the organic relations between each medical building, and technical development which should be introduced to the low carbon green environment-friendly architecture design based on the characteristics of each medical center in large-scale medical complex.

  • This paper is to draw basic data for the revitalization of the sustainable buildings and the improvement of sustainable building design technology in Korea by analysing the design techniques of sustainable building and the application of the techniques applied to the large volume buildings through the study of foreign cases. This study introduces the design elements of sustainable building applied to the two winter sports stadia and one convention centre which have recently completed for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Canada and analyses the design techniques of sustainable building by the lists of LEED Green Building Rating System as well.

  • As the interest of environment is increasing all over the world, the effort to protect environment in many industries is also being made. In the case of Construction, the effort keeps being made in effect as well. Therefore, this paper suggests the environmental-friendly smart component system which contains multiple performances such as Environmental-friendly, high-durability, variability, renovation and comfort and could be the basic factor of future building. As the enquired performances for the development of environmentally-friendly intelligent component system are grasped, the key technology to be embodied are analyzed. In the result of the analysis, SI(Skeleton & Infill) housing and Home automation are deduced as the key technology. Furthermore, it look through concept and development tendency of the main factors. Finally environmental-friendly smart component system is suggested with conversing the factors deduced.
