해양치유자원을 이용하여, 제공되고 있는 해양치유 프로그램은 이용 목적에 따라 다양한 형태로 서비스 되고 있다. 국내는 최근에서야 해양치유자원에 대한 임상적 연구를 토대로 신산업으로 발전시키고자 다양한 연구가 진행 중에 있으며, 제도화를 위한 체계적 기초연구의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해양치유산업화를 위한 기초연구로서 현재 해외 해양치유센터에서 운영되고 있는 해양치유 프로그램 마인드맵을 활용하여 유형별로 분석하였다.

현대인들은 학업, 취업, 업무, 장수 스트레스 등 연령대별로 다양한 환경 스트레스에 시달리고 있다. 특히 우리나라의 자살사망률은 OECD 국가 중 가장 높은 수준으로 최근 코로나19와 관련한 걱정과 두려움, 불안, 우울을 느끼는 국민이 늘어나면서 자살시도도 증가세에 있다. 치유농업은 이러한 다양한 사회문제를 해결하기 위한 대안으로 제시되고 있으며 농촌자원들을 활용하여 사람들에게 휴식처를 제공하고 기획된 프로그램을 통해 치유할 수 있어 그 만족도가 높게 나타나고 있다. 우리나라의 치유농업은 2020년 3월 치유농업 관련법이 제정되면서 본격적인 활성화가 예상되고 있으나 치유농업에 대한 다양한 학술적인 연구는 많이 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 치유농업 체험자를 대상으로 치유농업프로그램의 유형이 체험만족도에 미치는 영향을 조사하고, 기능적이미지와 감정적이미지가 매개역할을 하는지에 대해 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 독립변수에 치유농업프로그램의 대표적인 유형인 원예치유, 동물매개치유, 음식치유, 숲치유 4가지를 선정하였고 종속변수에 체험만족도를 선정하여 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다. 또한, 기능적이미지와 감정적이미지의 매개효과를 중심으로 진행하고자 한다.

This study analyzed the effects of healing agriculture program types on program satisfaction by using functional image and emotional image of the program as mediators for the participants of healing agriculture program. The sub-variables of the healing agriculture program were classified into horticultural healing, animal healing, food healing, and forest healing. 328 questionnaires collected from the participants of healing agriculture program in the whole country were used for empirical analysis, which used SPSS v22.0 and PROCESS macro v3.4 to analyze the parallel multiple mediation model. First, Among the types of healing agriculture programs, animal healing, food healing, and forest healing had a positive (+) effect on functional image. Second, all types of healing agriculture program had a positive (+) effect on emotional image. Third, both functional and emotional images had a significant positive effect on satisfaction. Fourth, among the types of healing agriculture program, horticultural healing, animal healing, and forest healing had a significant effect on satisfaction, while food healing did not maintain the significant effect on satisfaction. Fifth, functional image mediated between healing agriculture program and satisfaction. Sixth, emotional image mediated between healing agriculture program type and satisfaction. In the next study, it is necessary to study for the adjustment of mediators other than the mediators introduced in this study or the controlled mediated analysis through the conditional process model in which the moderator variable is introduced.

최근 해양치유에 대한 국내 지자체의 개발계획이 진행되면서 아웃도어 프로그램에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 연안은 해양치유 자원을 직접적으로 적용할 수 있고 자원 활용의 경제적 측면에서도 유용하기 때문에 향후, 적극적인 공간 활용계획을 수립할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 유럽에서 실행되고 있는 프로그램 분석을 통해 국내 해양치유 프로그램에 대한 연안의 공간 계획 가이드 라인을 제시하고자 한다.

해양 자원을 활용하여 국민의 건강과 질병 관리를 목적으로 하는 해양치유산업은 연안의 기초지자체의 지역개발 사업의 일환으로 지역의 일거리 창출과 경제 활성을 목표로 한다. 해양치유 전문인력은 해양치유 자원의 발굴과 해양치유 자원의 활용에 대한 전문 지식은 물론 해부학과 생리학을 비롯한 의학지식도 갖추고 있어야 한다. 해양치유 전문인력 양성 프로그램 개발에는 이같은 교육내용은 물론 지역사회의 인력시장에 대한 수요조사 분석과 유관 직종의 양성 프로그램에 대한 비교분석도 포함되야 한다.....

해양치유공원은 연안을 중심으로 옥외 치유 프로그램을 제공하는 공간으로 치유효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 치유 목적에 적합한 계획이 필요하다. 이에, 본 연구는 현재 시행되고 있는 옥외 치유 프로그램의 특성을 분석하여 공원 조성 시 필요한 공간계획의 가이드 라인을 제시하고자 한다.

Until now, healing programs in libraries have provided services under the theme of reading therapy as part of the reading culture program. The purpose of this study is to suggest a way to revitalize healing programs in libraries. This study derives the types and themes of healing activities and analyzes the healing activities in libraries and similar institutions. As a result, first, the healing content to be treated varies depending on the subject, so it should be applied to the library in consideration of this. Therefore, a treatment program was proposed for infants and children (0-13 years), adolescents (14-19 years), adolescents (20-64 years), and old age (65 years and over). Second, it proposed a way to operate healing programs through linkage with institutions such as libraries and medical institutions that were shown as a result of analysis of the healing program.

치유농업은 현재 많은 관심이 대두되고 있으나, 학술적인 연구는 아직 부족한 실정으로 공급조건이나 제공프로그램에 대한 파악과 소비자의 성향에 대한 연구가 종합적으로 고려되고 있지 못하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 치유농업 소비자의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 공급조건과 제공프로그램을 파악하고자 하였으며, 특히 소비자의 라이프스타일이 어떤 역할을 하고 있는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 서울시와 경기도 및 전라남북도에 거주하고 있는 일반 직장인을 대상으로 한 설문조사 데이터를 기반으로 통계적인 분석을 실시하였고, 분석결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 치유농업 공급조건이 소비자의 이용의도에 미치는 영향은 공급조건의 하위요인 중 일부가 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 부분적으로 지지되었다. 둘째, 치유농업 제공프로그램이 소비자의 이용의도에 미치는 영향은 모든 제공프로그램의 하위요인들이 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 치유농업 공급조건이 소비자의 이용의도에 미치는 영향관계에서 소비자의 라이프스타일의 모든 하위요인은 이 관계를 유의하게 조절하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 치유농업 제공프로그램이 소비자의 이용의도에 미치는 영향관계에서 소비자의 라이프스타일 하위요인 중 건강추구는 치유농업 제공프로그램의 자연활동과 이용의도 간의 관계를 유의하게 조절하는 것으로 나타났다.

In this study, we conducted a care farm program that is currently being operated as a pilot in a care farm in Korea, interviewed the experiences and feelings of dementia patients who experienced this as a patient care-giver, and confirmed the strengths and weaknesses of the care farm program. Accordingly, we investigated the points for improvement and the characteristics of the program in the care farm program and operation. In particular, opinions are gathered on the use of a care farm in the early stages of dementia, accessibility issues from residence to the care farm, continuity of various programs and programs, and development of seasonal content. In order to develop a program related to care agriculture for dementia patients by using healing agriculture in future care farms, it is necessary to consider factors such as use problems, accessibility, diversity, continuity, and seasonality of early dementia patients.

Forest healing is a natural method that utilizes various natural environmental factors of forests to enhance immunity and to heal mental and physical pathologies. The aim of this study is to suggest implications for the future development of forest healing by analyzing the characteristics of facilities and programs in 28 national and public healing forests in Korea. The concept of forest healing and programs is defined, and healing forests operating in Korea are classified by size. The facility operation and program characteristics of healing forests were analyzed according to size, and the results were used to suggest a future direction for the development of domestic forest healing. The research results are as follows. First, domestic healing forests have gradually been reduced in size since they were first opened in 2009, which is the cause of the competitive creation of local governments. Second, healing spaces, forest paths, and programs for the elderly, pregnant women and disabled should be expanded. Third, lodging programs need to be expanded, and subsidies for usage fees from local governments are required. Institutional supplementation should be provided to link program development and facilities and to clarify procedures and standards for forest healing facilities.
