통신망 계획에 있어서 컴퓨터의 이용은 이미 새로운 것이 아니며 그 중요성 또한 날로 증대되고 있다. 그 중에서도 전화망 계획의 가장 기본이 되는 치국계획(placement planning)에 컴퓨터를 이용한 설계기법을 소개하고자 한다. 즉, 통화량을 기본으로 하여 대지비용, 새로운 교환 및 전송비용과 기존시설들이 치국계획에 어떤 영향을 미치며 이를 해결하기 위한 방법론 및 컴퓨터 프로그램 개발의 필요성등을 설명할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of several reheating treatments (immersing the package into hot water, heating the soup in the pot and convection ovens after taking out of the opened package. heating the soup package in microwave) on the sensory characteristics of cook-chill and sous-vide spinach soup. Sensory evaluations were made on 5 sensory attributes by a 12-member panel using quantitative descriptive analysis(QDA). The fresh cooked spinach soup had a significantly(p＜0.01) higher score in color than the reheated sous-vide one. The latter, however, had a significantly(p＜0.05) higher score in taste than the former. Overall acceptability of the sous-vide spinach soup was not different from that of fresh cooked one, which supports the potential of the product in foodservice operation for the efficient management of meal plan. Reheating treatments didn't show any differences in taste, flavor, color, texture, appearance and overall acceptability. Therefore, any reheating treatment nay be used for cook-chill and sous-vide spinach soup.

This essay is politico-philosophical y examining the Ho-Shang Kung's Commentary on the Lao Tzu(HSKC) and reveals that there was a concept of 'the Monistic Body' as like as G. Deleuze and P. Guattari's concept 'Body without Organs.' The main idea of the political philosophy in HSKC is mentioned as 'Governing the Body'(GB) and 'Governing the State'(GS), that means a macrobiotic hygiene and a ruling the state respectively. GB is not limited to a personal action, because HSKC is not a Yangist work. All of the prior studies have been fail to point out HSKC's true pioneer the Lu Shi Chun Qiu. But a truly dramatic turning must be belonged to Dong Zhong-shu, he was the first man that used the word Governing to the Body, it indicated a conceptional change. The Body is traditionally not a concept connected with Governing, only just the State can be. But After Dong's change, HKSC attempted again to synthesize the theories of Huang-lao school and Dong's theory about the Body and the State.

과거 전화교환사업에 있어서 치국점을 결정하는 가장 중요한 요소는 동선로의 기술적인 성능한계였다. 즉, 전력과 신호를 동시에 공급하는 동선로가 갖는 감쇠제한과 신호제한을 극복할수 있는 위치에 전화국을 건설하여 왔다고 볼 수 있다. 그러나, 광통신 기술의 발전과, VoIP의 출현에 따라 이와 같은 제한요소들은 점차 극복되기에 이르렀고, 과거 통신사업자의 중대한 고민이었던 치국의 중요성은 점점 감소하고 있다. 특히, 신도시, u-City 개발 등을 통하여, 통신 인프라가 구축되어있지 않은 지역(본 고에서는 신규개발지역이라고 함.)의 통신망계획에 있어서, 통신사업자들은 현재의 가용한 기술을 최대한 활용하여 경제적이고도 효율적인 통신망을 구축하고자 시도하여야 할 것이다. 그럼에도, 기존의 통신 사업자가 쉽게 전화 서비스를 광통신 인프라로 전환하기 어려운 것은 VoIP 기술을 차용한 전화 서비스가 시내전화사업으로 인정받기 위해서는 긴급통신의 제공과 함께 정전시 통화기능을 필수적으로 구현하여야 한다는 점에 있다. 이에, 본 고에서는 인터넷 접속과 전화를 동시에 제공할 수 있는 대표적인 솔루션을 정형화하고, 각 모델별 전력공급방안에 관하여 고찰하고자 한다.
