Analysis on the Business Model of Korean Home Network Industry by Participating Enterprises (국내 홈네트워크 산업의 참여사업자의 비즈니스 모델 분석)

  • The purpose of this study analyzes services and the markets creating the profit of the national home network industry and the promotion strategy will be proposed. First, the technologies and products of the home network industry are analyzed, and the value chain of this industry is grasped. Second, the home network industry is classified into the communication common carrier, the construction carrier, the content/solution carrier, and the electronic business carrier. Third, The business model of the home network industry reconstructed based on the researches of Morris et al.(2005) and Chesbrough and Rosenbloom(2002), and the strategies are analyzed. We performed the industrial analysis as the company environment analysis, factor analysis of the value creation, business strategy analysis and so on.

An Empirical Study on the Contrian Strategy's Abnormal Returns and Systematic Risk Change (반전거래전략의 투자성과와 체계적 위험의 변화에 관한 실증연구)

  • 반전거래전략의 투자성과와 체계적 위험의 관계를 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시장모형과 Ibbotson(1975)의 RATS 모형을 이용하여 형성기간과 검증기간의 베타계수를 측정한 결과 체계적 위험의 변동가설에서 예견하는 것과 일치하는 결과를 발견할 수 있었다. 승자 포트폴리오의 베타계수는 검증기간에서 하락하는 한편 패자 포트폴리오와 차익 포트폴리오의 베타계수는 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, RATS 모형을 이용하여 검증기간의 비정상수익률을 측정한 결과, 차익 포트폴리오의 경우 시장조정수익률 모형을 이용할 때의 월평균비정상수익률(1.32%)보다 작은 0.87%(t=3.153)이었다. 이러한 결과는 반대거래전략의 투자성과가 체계적 위험의 변화에 기인하는 증거로서 의미를 갖는다. 한편 형성기간과 검증기간에서 베타계수와 월평균비정상수익률의 변화를 분석한 결과 베타계수와 월평균비정상수익률이 동일 방향으로 변화하였던 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 반전거래전략의 투자성과가 체계적 위험의 변화에 기인하는지를 검증하기 위하여 Chan (1988)의 모형을 이용하여 체계적 위험과 시장위험프리미엄의 관계를 분석한 결과, Chan(1988)이 주장한 것처럼, 패자 포트폴리오와 차익 포트폴리오의 경우 베타계수와 시장위험프리미엄 사이에 양(+)의 상관관계가, 그리고 승자 포트폴리오의 경우에는 음(-)의 상관관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, Chan(1988)이 주장한 것처럼, 체계적 위험과 시장위험프리미엄의 변화 관계가 시장상황에 따라 영향을 받는지를 검증하기 위하여 활황시장과 침체시장으로 분류하여 각 시장상황에 따라 베타계수를 추정하였다. 추정결과에 의하면, 패자 포트폴리오의 베타계수는 활황시장에서 1.0967(t=13.018), 침체시장에서 1.0883(t=15.310)을 보였으며, 승자 포트폴리오의 베타계수는 활황시장에서 0.9468(t=9.100), 침체시장에서 0.9086 (t=7.431)을 보였다. 다시 말하여 패자 포트폴리오의 베타계수는 시장상황에 따라 거의 차이를 보이지 않았지만, 승자 포트폴리오의 베타계수는 침체시장보다 활황시장에서 크게 나타남으로써 체계적 위험 변동가설과 일치하는 결과를 보였다.

Developing the Business Strategic Planning Model for Cultural Contents Industry (문화콘텐츠산업 경영전략 수립 모델 개발)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand various cultural contents industry and current status for the managerial activities of governmental agencies and business corporations. Moreover, it was to develop model that guides to establish management strategy for future sustained growth. In this study, convenient matrix model was developed. As a result of FGI of experts who works in cultual contents industry, two axes of 'Industry attractiveness' and 'Technology strength' were deduced as main measurement factors and twenty-nine detail factors were deduced. After that those detail factors were deduced through two-time survey aimed cultural contents industry experts. To find out importance of each factor, AHP method was used. This study suggests the model that measure present level of cultural contents industry. Furthermore, we figured out feature each faces of matrix to suggest business strategy guide for future sustained growth. Then we defined the faces of matrix and suggested activities what had to do to governmental agencies and business corporations. We figure out feature of cultural contents industry through this study and contribute management activities of related organization by suggesting business strategic planning model which is not existed until now for cultural contents industry.

Exploring for Impact of Learning Strategies on Participation Level in Online Collaborative Learning Process (온라인 협력학습 과정의 참여 수준에 대한 학습전략의 영향 탐색)

  • This study was conducted to explore the impact of learning strategies on the level of participation in the online collaborative learning process. To do this, We studied 91 students who took professorship courses at A university in the Seoul metropolitan area. At the beginning of the semester, the learning strategies were measured through MSLQ, rehearsal, elaboration, organizing, critical thinking, metacognition, learning management, effort control, peer learning, and seeking help. Next, cooperative tasks were carried out to measure the interaction, and group composition consisted of 4-5 persons. The level of participation was measured by scores given to the messages created for interaction. The process of collaborative learning was divided into the steps of identifying learning goals, learning plans, performing individual learning, sharing learning results, and writing reports. The effects of learning strategies on participation level were analyzed through multiple regression analysis (stepwise selection method). As a result, the learning goal step influenced the highest level of metacognition, and the learning plan is the management of the learning time, the demonstration of the learning execution, the adjustment of the effort, the acquisition of help, the collegial learning, Writing was influenced by organization, elaboration, critical thinking, and critical thinking, metacognition, and elaboration.

  • There are two kind of system in hotel for evaluating management. the first is infra system, for example Front management system - reservation system, C/I, C/O system, POS system , web system, call center management -, Back office system, interface system, and so on which manage direct control for hotel, and next is strategic system, for example BSC , CS . which is supporting hotel management. The purpose of this study was to find using the Balanced Scorecard to evaluate hotel management perfomance. Management performance is based on productivity, quality, time, effect, and responsiveness. Hotel economic value is not equal visual asset which is measured financial value. It is include hotel brand, image, customers who have good loyalty, employees who give customers special service, and systems which was affected by internal process. In conclusion, innovation, growth, internal system process, empioyee and customer have effect hotel performance. Therefore hotel has to know non-financial performance which has positively relate to financial performance.

Development of Social Work Strategies for School-linked services - Based on Latent Class Growth Analysis of Delinquent Behaviors in adolescence - (학교연계 서비스를 위한 사회복지실천 전략 개발 - 청소년기 경비행행동의 차별적 발달궤적에 대한 잠재계층성장분석 -)

  • This study used laten class growth analysis to identify discrete developmental patterns of delinquent behaviors in adolescence. This present article also examined associations among these trajectories to determine how the development of delinquent behaviors relates to protective and risk factors, which include parental monitoring, attachment with parent, association with deviant peers, self-control, and negative stigma from others. Four-wave panel data from a Korea Youth Panel Study were used for the latent class growth model analysis. The sample consisted of 3,446 adolescents who were assessed at 4 measurement waves with approximately 1-year interval. Four trajectories of delinquent behaviors emerged: delinquency persistence, delinquency increaser, delinquency decreaser, normative group(almost no delinquent behaviors). Association with deviant peers had the most proximal strong influence on the probability of being in the delinquency increaser and delinquency persistence group compared, noed to the normative group. Parental monitoring, self-efficacy and negative stigma also differentiated the four delinquent behavior trajectories from one another after controllig for socio-demographic variables. The study suggested that there is a significant heterogeneity in the timing and change rate of delinquency progression. Adolescent delinquency prevention and intervention programs will need to consider this heterogeneity and enhance attention to protective and risk factors depending on the subpopulation.

Factors Influencin Resilience in Nursing Students (간호학생의 적응유연성에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the level of resilience and the factors affecting resilience in nursing students, and to provide basic data to develop a program that improves resilience of nursing students. Data were collected from 155 nursing students in D city from April 15 to May 30, 2018 using the Resilience Scale, College Life Stress Scale, Self-Efficacy Scale (SES), Multi-Dimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), Positive Affect Scale, and Stress Coping Strategy Scale. Data were analyzed using t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. The mean score for resilience in nursing students was 3.54 points. There was a significant difference in resilience according to academic score and satisfaction with major. Resilience was significantly correlated with self-efficacy, social support, and active stress coping strategy. Factors that impacted resilience in multiple regression were self-efficacy (${\beta}=0.39$, p<0.001), active stress coping strategy (${\beta}=0.26$, p<0.001), and social support (${\beta}=0.16$, p<0.001). These factors explained 51.0% of the variance in the resilience of nursing students. Therefore, it will be necessary to develop a program that can enhance resilience by strengthening protective factors such as self-efficacy, active stress coping strategies, and social support.

  • 본 연구에서는 기업의 성과측정시스템을 평가하고 성과측정관행의 성숙도를 진단하는 방법을 제시하고 이를 토대로 우리나라 서비스 기업 두 곳을 선정하여 적용 연구를 수행하였다. 구체적으로 K병원과 A항공사의 경영층과의 면담을 통하여 각 기업에 적합한 성과측정시스템의 틀(framework)을 균형성과표(balanced scorecard)를 기초로 구현하고 다양한 성과차원의 주요성과지표들(KPIs: key performance indicators)을 기업이 추구하는 전략과 부합할 수 있도록 인과관계로 연계하였다. 그리고 구성원들을 대상으로 실시한 구조화된 설문조사를 통하여 각 사례기업의 성과측정시스템의 적합도를 alignment analysis, congruence analysis, consensus analysis, confusion analysis 등 네 가지 차원의 차이분석(gap analyses)을 이용하여 평가하고, 그들의 현행 성과측정관행의 성숙도를 진단하였다.

  • 본 고에서는 요즘 전세계적으로 관심을 모으고 있는 정보통신 산업과 기술발전으로 인한 이동전화의 서비스 품질평가에 대한 방법을 정리하였다. 주요 내용으로는 이동전화 체감 통화품질 측정을 위한 시험 조건 및 시험방법개선, 시험장비 기능 확인시험, 성능개선 요구 및 확인, 시험계획 수립 및 전국 측정 방법, 측정데이터 분석, 등급별 평가 등에 대한 내용으로, 특히 이동전화 품질평가 항목별 시험조건 및 시험 방법, 이동전화 체감 품질 측정용 시험장비 성능/신뢰성 개선 그리고 전국 현장 측정 데이터분석 및 지역별 품질산출, 등급별 평가 내용을 정리하였다. 또한 각 분야별 품질 평가 기술 방법에 대한 우리나라의 대응전략을 정리하여 산업체 기술개발에 많이 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • IT아웃소싱은 기업이 핵심 분야와 비 핵심 분야를 나눈뒤 전략적으로 비 핵심분야에 대한 기능을 서비스 제공자에게 위탁하여 특정 기능을 수행하도록 하는 경영기법으로 비용절감, 조직의 슬림화등 여러 가지 목적으로 실행된다. 그리고 최근에 들어 국내에서도 정보시스템을 서비스 제공자에게 아웃소싱 하는 일이 활성화 되고 있는 상황이다. 그리고 IT아웃소싱 계약서에는 서비스 수준이나 가치, 성과에 대한 보상 및 패널티를 부과하는 도구인 SLA를 도입하고 있고 그 측정 결과를 통해 제공받는 서비스의 품질을 확인하고 있다. 그러나 측정된 SLA지표를 통해서 확인되는 데이터는 하드웨어적인 측정치에 한정되어 아웃소싱을 통한 IT서비스의 수준 향상을 확인하기 어려우며 효과적인 SLA 기준 지표 선정이 쉽지 않아 실제적인 고객만족도를 확인하기 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 ITIL에 기반 한 SLA측정 결과와 사용자 만족도를 측정하여 제시하였다.
