최근 정보화 산업이 고도화 되어 신속하고 다양한 통계정보에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있다. 그러나 기존 도로보수현황은 수기작성 및 e-Mail에 의한 자료 취합으로 집계의 신속성이 떨어지고, 자료 관리와 정보 제공을 위한 매체가 파일 및 책자로 국한되어 있어 효과적으로 활용되지 못하고 있다. 매년 발간하는 도로보수현황의 신속한 자료 취합, 통계자료의 시의성 확보 등 활용성 제고를 위해 도로보수현황 시스템 구축 연구를 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 도로보수현황의 자료 관리 체계 개선을 바탕으로 WEB 기반의 도로보수현황 시스템 구축에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

Horizontal-axes on the seismic section have been represented in a distance unit by applying horizontal-distance correction transformation on a 2-D seismic section of single channel marine seismic data. By drawing horizontal-axes in a distance unit, distortion of horizontal distances shown on the seismic section when the ship speed varies during a survey can be diminished considerably. Position information obtained by GPS and stored in each trace of seismic data as well as data collection windows were used for horizontal distance correction. The minimum window length was decided by considering ship speed and shot interval, and the maximum window length wat determined by reflecting radius of the 1st Fresnel zone. In choosing an optimum window length, horizontal resolution and stacking effect were considered simultaneously. By applying horizontal distance correction we could get a 2-D seismic section which is considered at reflecting the real subsurface structure analogously.

Blackhole attacks having a unauthorized change of routing data will cause critical effects for transmission performance. The transmission performance will be improved to the a certain level by using or having IDS(Intrusion Detection System)/IPS(Intrusion Prevention System) as countermeasures to blackhole attacks. In this papar, the effects of IDS to ene-to-end performance of packet aggregation transmission are analyzed on MANET(Mobile Ad-hoc Network) with IDS under blackhole attacks. MANET simulator based on NS-2 is used to analyze performance parameters as MOS, connection ratio, delay and packet loss rate as standard performance parameters, an another performance factor which is suggested in this paper. VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) traffics, one of voice services, is used for performance analysis. A suggestion for IDS implementation on MANET with packet aggregations under blackhole is shown as one of results.

In this paper, we envisioned a multimedia object recognition system processing and combinig information from all available sources, such as 2-D, 3-D, color and sound data. Out of the overall system, we proposed 3-D information extraction and object recognition methods. Firstly, surfaces are classified by z-gradient from the range data, surface features are extracted using the intersection of normal vectors. Also feature relationship such as intersection angle and distance is established between the surfaces. Secondly, recognition is accomplished by matching process which is improtant step in the image understanding systems. Matching process is very improtant procedures because of more general and more efficient method is needed in the field of multimedia sytem. Therefore, we focused the proposal of matching process and in this article, first of all, we deal with the matching process of the 3-D object. Similarity measures are calculated.

IAEA에서 발표한 "IGALL(International Generic Ageing Lessons Learned) Safety Report"는 76가지의 노화 관리 프로그램과 27종의 한시적인 노화 분석 연구, 그리고 2,000여 가지가 넘는 노화 관련 품목을 취합하여 정리해 놓았는데 국제적으로 수긍될 만한 일반적인 수준의 노화 관리 프로그램들에 근거해 정리한 자료라고 할 수 있다.

현행 국내 지하수관련 제도의 개선방안 연구를 위해 전세계적으로 지하수 관련 법령을 운용하고 있는 세계 39여개국의 지하수 관련 법령을 취합 분석하여 우리나라 지하수법의 법률적 체제정비, 관리·운용상의 방향 설정과 미비한 사항을 보완 제시하였다.
