급변하는 e비즈니스 환경과 IT기술 발전으로 인해 e비즈니스 인력의 수급예측은 매우 어려운 실정이다. 이는 e비즈니스 인력수급 불균형, e비즈니스 산업분야별 인력양성 정보제공의 어려움 등의 원인으로 작용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 e비즈니스 인력수급 실태조사를 통해 e비즈니스 산업에서 실제로 활용 가능한 인력양성 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 기업체, 교육기관, 취업자 등 조사대상을 3개로 하여 조사를 실시하였으며, 결과를 바탕으로 e비즈니스 산업 분야별 인력수급 실태와 기존 e비즈니스 인력양성 프로그램의 문제점을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 정부의 e비즈니스 인력 관련 정책수립에 도움을 줄 수 있으며, 기업체, 교육기관에게는 인력양성을 위한 지침으로서의 활용이 기대된다.

방송예술 및 콘텐츠 제작 역량을 교육시키는 방송예술특성화 대학으로서 C3(Creativity, Convergence, Contents) 방송예술 창의융합교육 모델인 융합수업을 개설하고 전체 학과에서 신청한 학생들을 대상으로 교육을 진행하였다. 융합수업은 전공이 다른 학생들이 희망하는 콘텐츠 제작과정을 수강하고, 방송사와 산업체에서 실무경험이 풍부한 교수와 전문가들이 직접 콘텐츠 제작을 지도함으로써 고품질의 수준 높은 콘텐츠 제작 교육을 경험할 수 있는 수업이다. 즉, 재학 중 학교수업을 통해 미리 현장 경험을 쌓음으로써 취업 즉시 콘텐츠 제작 역량을 발휘할 수 있는 자신감 함양과 제작현장에 기여할 수 있는 융합형 인재양성 교육프로그램인 것이다. 본 연구에서는 대학이 보유하고 있는 방송용 버츄얼 스튜디오를 활용한 가상 세트 영상 제작 교육 『영화담』을 제작하는 융합수업과 드론 항공촬영을 활용한 제작교육 『드론 탐사대』 융합수업을 실시하여 첨단 기술을 활용한 콘텐츠 협업 제작의 효과와 학생들의 만족도를 분석하였다.

연구의 목적은 𐩒𐩒은행-N사의 SME 교육프로그램에 참여한 자영업자를 대상으로 자영업을 시작하게 된 동기와 경로를 규명해보는데 있다. 본 연구는 자영업자의 노동시장 및 노동경험 등에 따라 자영업 진입에 관한 연구를 수행하고자 심층 인터뷰 자료를 활용하였는데, 연구참여자의 선정에 있어 이론적 표본 추출방식을 사용하여 연구의 목적에 부합하는 대상자를 선발하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자영업자가 자영업에 진입하게 된 동기는 ① 전 직장의 근로조건 불만족과 본인 사업을 향한 꿈의 실현을 위해 자영업에 진입하였고 ② 취업에 대한 대안으로 자영업을 선택하였으며 ③ 가족과 지인의 창업에 대한 권유와 도움으로 자영업을 선택하게 되었다. 둘째, 자영업자가 진입하게 된 유형은 ① 임금노동자 경험 후 자영업자 창업 ② 임금노동자 경험 후 경력을 활용하여 유관분야 자영업 창업 ③ 임금노동자 퇴사 후 자영업 승계 ④ 본인의 자영업 창업 경험 이후 가업 승계 과정에서의 자영업으로 진입하는 것으로 분석되었다.

This study investigated the relationships between stress-coping strategies and the mental health of college students from health related and non-health related departments by developing an efficient managerial indicator using student lifestyle guidance and employment guidance. Results indicated that there are differences in stress factors between general characteristics and departments. Hope management was used the most for stress-coping strategies for health related departmental students and emotional management was used the most for stress-coping strategies for non-health related departmental students. Compulsion scored high for health related departmental students in regards to mental health while fear and hostility scored high for non-health related departmental students. Results also showed that active stress-coping strategies and paranoia were negatively correlated, while passive stress-coping strategies and many mental health substructure were positively correlated. In conclusion, negative influences on mental health is the reason for instances where stress-coping strategies were not pertinent. Therefore colleges and professors should consider developing a program which can appropriately manage and regulate college students stress and thereby allow students to actively participate with benefits from college lifestyle guidance and employment guidance.

The purpose of this study is to analysis the educational needs for employment competency of college students in management. For this purpose, a survey about importance and retention level of employment competency was administered to 215 students at A college in Chungcheong between December 2 and 6, 2019. The difference between importance and retention level was analyzed through the corresponding sample t-test, and the educational needs was confirmed through the IPA technique. The results of Study were as follows: 'major knowledge capabilities' was found to be in the high priority of educational needs in all students.; male showed high-priority needs for 'information search, foreign language utilization' and female showed high-priority needs for 'information search, setting employment goals'; 'information search' was ranked as priority educational needs in all grades, it was necessary to add 'information search', 'foreign language utilization', 'fill out the necessary documents for job search' for 1 grade and 'Self-understanding', 'foreign language utilization' for 4 grade. The findings of this study may produce data useful for designing the employment support program for college students in management.

The purpose of this study is to conducted on hotel workers. The results of this study are as follows. First, the relationship between self - efficacy and job performance of employees was analyzed. We distributed 300 questionnaires to domestic L hotel employees. A total of 250 questionnaires were retrieved and 233 copies were used for the final analysis, except for 17 unfair questionnaires. The results showed that hotel workers had a positive influence on self - efficacy. Self - efficacy played a role in the relationship between majors' learning and job performance. Based on the results of the research, we develop an industry-university linkage program. Practical majors will increase the workplace adaptability of employees. And the self - efficacy of the employees will be increased to affect the job performance. In the future, I hope that research on the self-efficacy of hotel employees and post-employment job performance will be carried out in the future.

Conventional engineering education models have fallen to give satisfactory results to enterprises. So this paper deals with the new engineering education system, Engineering House, to overcome it. EH is made of three spaces and three concepts. Concept means system. Three concepts are things about a education program, a research cooperation, a open-door policy of EH facilities. First of all, Education system for undergraduates is most important of all. We intend to give them chances for real engineering experiences. Specialist from companies are participated in the education. The second is a research network. EH is managed by two or three professors together and their researches are carry out with companies's researcher. Key-point is doing all together. The third is service system for regional enterprises. EH's facilities are opened. Our students and professors are supporting directly. Mainly high price measuring machine is used. Like these, networks with companies are very helpable for undergraduate's educations and job connections. These are the work based learning system. Engineering House system look forward to getting to good program for undergraduate, based on the co-operation between university and enterprises.

This study analyzes the impacts of undergraduate-work-experiences for beauty-major's graduates. 168 samples were selected from Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey data 2012 ~ 2017. As a result of a Multiple logistic regression analysis, a job experience, job period, and number of experienced job type mattered. In case of having non-major job experience while studying, the opportunities of finding a job of one who has no experience was higher than that of one had over a year work experience. While in case of having major job experience in the field of studying, one who has experience over 6 months and less than a year had higher chance in finding a job than that of one who had over a year work experience. I hope this promotes reviewing a systematic educational policy and helps to get a fundamental information on job-seeking behavior of beauty major graduate.

This study aims to identify the factors that have effects on career preparation behaviors in college students studying Emergency Medical Technology and provide basic data for career guidance, career counselling and development of employment guidance programs. The subjects of the study were 450 who were randomly selected and conveniently sampled from the Departments of Emergency Medical Technology located in J Province, G Province, B and G Metropolitan Cities. The survey lasted from August 7th, 2017 to 9th of the same month after agreement on the survey was obtained from the targets and they were interviewed with the use of an organized questionnaire. 420 copies of the data collected were analysed with the use of SPSS ver. 14.0 for Window. As a result, it was discovered that career identity had a statistically significant positive effect on career preparation behaviors. Therefore, to facilitate preparation behaviors, they should be taught to have career identity, be motivated and supported to do more active career preparation behaviors.

The purpose of this study was to measure the depression level of college students and to analyze the effects of college life stress and circadian rhythm on depression. A questionnaire survey was conducted to 720 students of college in Gwangju area from October 10, 2016 to October 31, and 687 of the collected questionnaires were analyzed. As this result, 34.5% of the students needed treatment for depression, and 71.6% of the students had mild depression. Second, depression was higher in female students, in higher grade students and students living apart from their parents. Third, evening activity type showed higher depression than morning activity type. Fourth, regression analysis revealed that depression was influenced by stress of value problem, circadian rhythm, academic stress, and getting a job stress. The results of this study suggest that students should be able to detect depression early and run a mental health program to relieve college life stress in college. However, this study is limited to some local college students and is not suitable for generalization. It is necessary to conduct research to compare university students and college students in the future.
