공항에서의 항공기 운영을 효율적으로 수행하기 위한 항공기 출발관리시스템이 국내에 적용되기 위해 고려할 사항에 대해 기술하였다. Eurocontrol에서 정의한 출발관리시스템의 기본 요구사항과 해외 개발 사례를 바탕으로 기본적인 항공기 출발관리를 위해 필요한 환경 요건을 분석하였으며, 출발관리와 관련한 국내 공항의 운용 방법과 연동 가능한 시스템 현황을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 항공 교통량 증가율이 가장 높은 국내 대표 공항인 인천공항과 제주공항을 대상으로 한 항공기 출발관리 시스템을 설계하기 위해 고려할 사항에 대해 분석하고, A-CDM 등 다양한 외부 조건에 대해 독립적인 시스템 설계방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Accurate demand forecasting is a crucial component in revenue management(RM). The booking data of departed flights is used to forecast the demand for future departing flights; however, some booking requests that were denied were omitted in the departed flights data. Denied booking requests can be interpreted as censored in statistics. Thus, unconstraining demand is an important issue to forecast the true demands of future flights. Several unconstraining methods have been introduced and a method based on expectation maximization is considered superior. In this study, we propose a new unconstraining method based on a regression model that can entertain such censored data. Through a simulation study, the performance of the proposed method was evaluated with two representative unconstraining methods widely used in RM.

우수한 기술은 국력의 원천이 되며 이러한 기술의 개발은 완벽한 특허관리로부터 출발되는 것이다. 따라서 특허관리는 곧 기업의 흥망을 가름한다고 보건대 우리나라 기업은 공업한국을 건설하여 앞으로 기술에 의한 국제경쟁에서 이겨나가야 한다. 그러기 위해선 기업이 사내 특허관리전담부서를 하루 빨리 설치운용해 나가야 할 것이다.

한국건강관리협회 '사랑의 끈' 전국 릴레이 자원봉사가 지난 4월 4일 한국건강관리협회 본부에서 건협사랑 어머니 봉사단과 강서지역 지역아동원생 80여 명이 참석한 발대식을 시작으로 전국 릴레이 자원봉사의 첫 출발을 알렸다.

Recently the need for network surveillance to detect abnormal behavior within dynamic social networks has increased. We consider a dynamic version of the degree corrected stochastic block model (DCSBM) to simulate dynamic social networks and to monitor for a significant structural change in these networks. To apply a control charting procedure to network surveillance, in-control model parameters must be estimated from the Phase I data, that is from historical data. In network surveillance, however, there are many situations where sufficient relevant historical data are unavailable. In this paper we propose a self-starting Shewhart control charting procedure for detecting change in the dynamic networks. This procedure can be a very useful option when we have only a few initial samples for parameter estimation. Simulation results show that the proposed procedure has good in-control performance even when the number of initial samples is very small.
