Festival search factor analysis for festival application users (축제 앱 사용자를 위한 축제 검색 요인분석)

  • This paper was conducted to improve existing festival apps that present information in a one-dimensional and unengaging manner by analyzing the factors for festival quality factor from satisfaction evaluation items in culture and tourism festival evaluation reports as well as international and domestic studies. An exploratory factor analysis generated a KMO value of 0.821. After eliminating factors with factor loadings lower than the standard value, the factors of accessibility, promotion and information, contents of events, festival products, food, and amenities were extracted. Reliability was gauged using Cronbach's ${\alpha}$(Alpha), which was calculated to be 0.816. In the confirmatory factor analysis, the p value in the chi-square test was 0.289 while CMIN/DF was 1.100. The fit indices of GFI, AGFI, CFI, NFI, and IFI were all higher than the 0.9 mark while RMSEA was 0.018.

  • 본 연구는 구리시를 중심으로 도시행정에 있어서 인문정책의 필요성을 주창한 인문도시의 가능성을 탐구한 것이다. 구리시는 인문도시발전모형에 적합한 인문강좌와 인문체험 그리고 인문축제를 진행할 수 있는 요건을 갖춘 도시이다. 이러한 인문도시사업이 시민들에게 공유되고 소통되기 위해서는 스마트폰 앱 안에 인문도시지도만들기가 필요하다. 각각의 인문도시들이 앱을 통해 연결되고 무료로 이용된다면 시민에 찾아가는 도시행정이 될 것이고 시민은 행복할 것이다.

  • This study is about developing an app that offers tourist information and it was made to search festivals, camping, and glamping regions near the area. Also, by providing cooking recipe, it was made to provide convenience at the tour site. While searching recommended regions, it offers help in searching accommodations and checking in and checking out process. If the service is expanded nation-wide from the Gyeonggido area that this study was applied to, it will be more convenient for users and if the service is expanded and coupled with local coupons, quality services will be provided.

  • Recently, demands for leisure and performing arts are increasing. In perspective of enjoying culture away from every day life, interests for music festival are also growing. Music festival industry has been grown rapidly since the mid 2000s and it has become popular culture especially for younger generation. As music festival culture becomes popular, music festival becomes bigger and a number of participants are rising continuously. However, some services which music festivals provide are not interactive. So, it makes difficult users to feel festival experience and to satisfy. Although some festivals are trying to deal with things through mobile applications, those in the market showed weaknesses. Therefore, this study aims to suggest some improvements for music festival application through user research. As the result of user study, improvements and functions of music festival application were deducted.
