롤다이를 이용한 튜브 축관공정 개발 (Development of Tube End-forming Process using Roll Die)

  • An accumulator placed on the refrigerant cycle pipe lines is a part to relax fluctuations of pressure within the pipe lines and stabilize refrigerants flowed into pipe. The accumulator has been mainly manufactured by the process of tube spinning using CNC(Computer Numerical Control) lathe. However, this process has the defects which are low productivity per hour and high cost. For that reason, tube end-forming using roll die is actively being developed, recently. The purpose of this study is to develope the tube end-forming process using roll die in order to manufacture the accumulator for the refrigeration pipe lines. First, the process design of tube end-forming was performed based on specification of product, and then was verified with FE analysis. Also, the effects of friction coefficient and revolution speed of roll die on forming load were investigated. The analytical results were applied in the final process design of tube end-forming. Finally, tube end-forming test was carried out to verify the validity of the FE analysis and the process design.

유압 구동계 에너지 제생 브레이크의 동특성 해석 (Dynamic Analysis on the Energy Regenerative Brake of Hydraulic Driven Systems)

  • The hydraulic energy regnerative brake systems is introduced in this work. An accumulator stores kinetic energy during braking action, and the stored energy is used in a following acceleration action. The dynamic model of the brake system is derived for computer simulation study, and the Runge-Kutta numerical integration method is applied to the simulation work. Since the model contains several unknown parameters, these were determined by data which had been proceeded. Through a series of computer simulation , dynamic performance of the energy regenerative brake system is compared with that of a conventional system in which a conventional brake circuit is used. A series of test is carried out in the laboratory. The dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic motor system, such as the surge pressure and response time, are investigated in both brake action and acceleration action.

  • The hydraulic pressure pulsation has on the effected on the acoustic nosie and control performance of the hydraulic-servo system. The Helmholtz attenuator introduction on the hydraulic line is an efficient device to reduce the hydraulic pulsation. The salient feature of causing hydraulic pulsation and the frequency characteristics of Helmholtz attenuator are studied. The hydraulic filter design parameters such as the locating position, connecting orifice area and accumulator volume are mathematically analyzed. The instrumental works are carried out with the remarkable reduction of the hydraulic pressure pulsation magnitude and the acoustic noise level.

대용량 피동형원자로의 안전계통 성능 분석

  • 피동형원자로 AP600을 참조발전소로하여 설정된 1000MWe급 대용량 피동형원자로의 계통개념에 대한 안전계통 성능 평가 및 코드의 적용성 평가를 목적으로 RELAP5/MOD3코드를 사용하여 대형냉각재상실사고를 모의 해석하였다. 피동형 안전계통으로 축압기, CMT IRWST를 모델하였으며 가압기에 연결된 1단계부터 3단계까지의 자동감압밸브계통을 모델링 하고 4단계 자동감압밸브계통은 각 루프의 고온관에 연결되어 있는 것으로 모델링 하였다. 피동형 안전계통의 모델이 향상된 RELAP5/MOD3.2와 그 이전의 코드인 RELAP5/MOD3.1의 냉각재상실사고 모의계산결과 원자로내의 압력변화, 노심냉각수 주입유량 및 핵연료 피복재 온도 거동이 거의 유사하게 나타났으며 1000MWe급 대용량 피동형원자로의 안전계통은 냉각재 상실사고시 충분한 노심냉각능력을 가지는 것으로 분석되었다.

피동형원자로의 안전설비 설계인자 및 캔드모타 펌프 관성 변화에 따른 민감도 분석

  • 가압경수형 피동형 원자로의 대표적인 노형인 미국 westinghouse사의 AP600을 참조발전소로하여 피동형기기 용량 및 캔드형 원자로냉각재 펌프의 관성에 대한 민감도 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 축압기 및 노김보충수탱크는 용량을 20% 감소시킨 경우에 대해서도 핵연료 피복재 온도는 설계기준치를 충분한 여유도를 가지고 만족하고 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 중력과 밀도차이에 의하여 형성되는 자연대류를 이용하는 피동잔열제거계통의 성능은 초기조건보다는 기기의 용량과 위치에 더 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 원자로냉각재 펌프의 관성이 증가함에 따라 DNB 여유도가 증가하며 저관성일 경우 trip system의 지연시간이 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

  • This paper addresses characteristics of compressible flow dynamics inside a pipe with an accumulator and an inlet orifice. It also presents a simple but stable numerical method associated with the accumulator-orifice calculation. In particular, a focus is given to developing a method of finding an optimum design of the accumulator-orifice system (i.e., the accumulator size and the throttle resistance) that gives the most effective dissipation of the water-hammering problem. It is found that there exists indeed an optimum set of parameter values for the most effective dissipation of the wave energy.

  • Recently in weapon systems development, the importance of reliability has been emphasized due to the increase in complexity and the rapid development of key components and components. Accordingly, the importance of lifespan testing is increased. However, lifespan testing to verify the reliability of a system is costly and takes a lot of time. Therefore in this paper, it was demonstrated that the most critical item of a bladder type accumulator is the bladder. Fatigue life is sensitive to temperature and pressure, with temperature having more impact. The fatigue life of the bladder was estimated to be 18,140 hr through fatigue analysis, which satisfies the required life expectancy of 10,000 hr.

  • KUH-1에 적용되는 질소충전트레일러는 항공기의 주/전륜 완충기, 테일범퍼완충기, 브레이크 축압기, 타이어 등에 질소를 충전하는 장비이다. 명칭에서 알 수 있는 것과 같이 질소충전트레일러는 질소 충전과 더불어 이동성을 가지고 있는 장비이다. 기존 미국의 Tronair사에서 독점 공급하여 국내에서는 수입에 의존하던 품목이며, 본 국산화 개발품은 도입품의 성능을 만족할 뿐만 아니라 운용 시 도입품보다 용이하도록 설계를 추진하였다. 제15-4차 민관공동투자사업으로 선정되어 개발이 진행되었으며, 민관투자기업인 한국항공우주산업과 국방기술품질원의 개발관리 지원하에 개발요구도 분석 및 시험평가가 수행되었으며, 2017년 5월 군사용 적합 판정 결과 승인을 받았다.

유압식 에너지 회생시스템의 성능평가 (Performance Evaluation for Hydraulic Type Energy Regenerative System)

  • Vehicles usually have 3 types of speed pattern like acceleration, travel, and deceleration. It requires much driving energy from engine while accelerating, preserves much kinetic energy by inertia moment at travel speed, and releases the kinetic energy to the air while decelerating by the break system. If we accumulate the kinetic energy while decelerating and reuse the energy at the accelerating stage, then it can elevate the fuel efficiency, reduce the emission and improve the motive power. This paper proposes a hydraulic type energy regenerative system which converts the kinetic energy into hydraulic energy at the stage of deceleration and reuses it at the starting and accelerating stage of vehicles. The test equipment which has the field condition of city bus was prepared to evaluate the performance for energy regeneration. The test results show that both energy regeneration efficiency and fuel efficiency are improved significantly and the emission is reduced notably.

헬기용 축압기의 구조해석에 의한 가속 수명시험 (Accelerated Life Test Using Structural Analysis of a Helicopter Accumulator)

  • Life tests are essential in reducing the catastrophic damage caused by the accidents of large machinery such as aircraft and ships. However, life tests are challenging to implement due to the high costs and time required to test the life of large machinery parts. Therefore, it is advantageous and convenient to apply accelerated life test techniques for key components to reduce costs and time. In fact, extensive research has already been conducted on these techniques. However, recently, there have been cases in which an experimental value was applied to the shape parameter of the Weibull distribution used in the reliability test, but the test time was not significantly reduced. Therefore, in this paper, the shape parameters are estimated from the probability density function of the Weibull distribution for the analysis of an accelerated life test for bladder accumulators, which are core components of military helicopters. The test time was derived based on the number of samples and confidence level by substituting it into the test time equation. Next, the accelerated life test time was calculated using the steady-state test time with an acceleration factor obtained from the Arrhenius model. The steady-state life test required approximately 15,000 H, whereas the accelerated life test time for one sample at 100 ℃ was 34% shorter than that of the steady-state life test.
