축압기 유량조절용 Vortex 밸브의 유동 특성

  • 차세대원자로의 안전계통 성능향상을 위하여 축압기 설계에서 채택하고 있는 피등적 유량조절 장치인 vortex 밸브의 특성을 분석하였다. 단순화된 해석모델을 이용하여 vortex chamber의 유동 pattern을 분석하였으며 vortex 밸브의 성능에 중요한 영향을 미치는 기하학적 인자들의 영향 유동모드 전환시 주유량이 공급되는 수관의 수위거동 특성을 분석하였다. 또한 3차원 모의가 가능한 FLUENT 코드를 사용하여 vortex chamber의 유동장을 해석하여 vortex 밸브의 유동특성을 분석하였다.

  • An accumulator in hydraulic systems stores kinetic energy during braking action, and then that controls hasty surge pressure. An energy recovery system using accumulator seems to be advantageous for ERBS due to its high energy density. This study suggests a method to decide suitable accumulator volume for ERBS. The method is based upon energy conservation between kinetic energy of moving inertia and elastic energy of accumulator. The energy conversion was analyzed and a simple formula was derived. A series of computer simulation was done to verify effectiveness of the formula. The results of the simulation work were compared with those of experiments and these results show that the proposed design is effective for decision accumulator volume in ERBS.

  • An accumulator in hydraulic systems stores kinetic energy during braking action, and then that control hasty surge pres-sure. This study suggests a method to select the capacity of accumulator to control surge pressure to a desired degree. The selection method is based upon a trial and error approach and computer simulation. A mathematical dynamic model of the system was derived and the parameters in the model were identified from experimental data. A series of computer simulation were done for the brake action. The results of the simulation work were compared with those of experiments. These results of the computer simular-tion and experiments show that the proposed method can be applied effectively to control the surge pressure of the hydraulic regenerative brake systems.

  • 항공기 휠브레이크용 축압기에 대하여 기본적인 특성을 조사하였다. 휠브레이크용 축압기는 주기시 제동유압을 유지하고, 비상시 휠브레이크에 유압을 공급한다. 휠브레이크용 축압기의 설계요구조건을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 설계에 필요한 기본 치수를 결정하였으며, 실린더와 브레이크 컨트롤 모듈로 구성된 축압기의 상세 구성요소와 기본 형상을 제시하였다. 또한, 예비 설계를 위하여 정적구조해석을 NASTRAN/PATRAN으로 수행하였다.

  • Characteristics of the high frequency pulsatile flow have been investigated experimentally to understand the flow phenomena in the hydraulic system. One axis fatigue test bed, which is widely used for automobile field test, is used. Four pressure transducers, an amplifier and a A/D convertor are used to obtain the high frequency pulsatile pressure waveform in hydraulic system. The characteristics of frequency are analyzed by power spectrum method. According to the variations of pump input pressure and actuator acceleration frequency, the pressure is measured with or without an accumulator. The amplitude of pressure with accumulator is very lower than those without accumulator due to absorbing function of accumulator. As the frequency of actuator acceleration is increased, the effect of accumulator become very important to decrease the amplitude of pulsatile pressure waveform with high frequencies.

  • 원자력발전소의 안전성 향상을 목적으로 신형원자로 안전주입계통의 축압기 설계에 적용이 고려되고 있는 피동적 유량조절 장치인 vortex 밸브의 유동장을 해석하여 밸브의 특성에 영향을 미치는 주요 인자들을 도출하고 이 인자들의 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 Vortex 밸브의 성능 특성은 수송유량, 제어유량, chamber의 반경, 입구면적, 마찰계수 등의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났으며 이들 인자 중 chamber의 반경의 영향이 가장 크고 Reynolds수의 영향은 비교적 작은 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 주어진 유동조건에서 제어유량이 작은 경우 점성손실이 vortex 밸브의 유동특성에 미치는 영향이 증대되는 경향을 보였으며 유량이 증가할수록 Reynolds수의 영향은 감소하는 것으로 나타났다.

Also accumulator tests were conducted for different load mass and motor speed. A series of test work were carried out in the laboratory and the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic motor system, such as the surge pressure and response time, were investigated in both brake action and acceleration action and these results show that the proposed design is effective for decision accumulator volume in ERBS.

  • In this study, the hydraulic breaker system was analyzed and the analysis tool using GUI was developed. The analysis on the system with the accumulator was included. from the parametric analysis, the effects of each factor were revealed. Through the simulation with varying parameters, the method to improve the performance of the hydraulic breaker system was presented. The analysis tool will help a man without special knowledge about programming analyzse the hydraulic breaker system. The result of this study will help improve the hydraulic breaker system in sight of "Blow energy" and "Blows per minute".ws per minute".uot;.
