19세기 영국과 미국의 도시공원 녹지의 발생은 자연주의 사조와 산 업혁명과 같은 그 시대적 배경과 밀접한 관계가 있다. 한편 한국의 급변하 는 사회정세와 맞물려 변화하는 한국의 도시공원 녹지의 역할도 현 상태에 서 재검토 되어야 할 시점에 있다고 생각된다. 이에 본 리뷰(Review)는 영 국과 미국의 도시공원 녹지 발달과 관련된 문헌을 중심으로 각 시대별 도 시공원 녹지의 역할에 크게 영향을 미친 사회 역사적 요인을 분석하여 추 후 한국의 도시공원 녹지 역할의 변화에 영향을 미칠 요인 분석을 예견케 하는 하나의 본보기를 제시하고자 한다.

CMMI를 적용하여 프로젝트 관리 시스템을 구성하고 산출물 관리를 위해 마르미-III의 산출물 제작에 관한 내용을 추가하여 소규모 기업에서 프로젝트 착수단계에서 완료단계까지 전체 Life Cycle공정을 관리할 수 있고 필수적인 수행활동과 생성되는 작업산출물들을 정의하고 관리하는 자동화 시스템을 제공하고자 한다. CMMI와 마르미-III에 대하여 알아보고 ML2-PMS에서 적용한 방법과 처리 등을 알아보고 모듈식 구성을 통하여 수정과 추가, 삭제등이 용이한 시스템의 구성을 알아보고자 한다.

Rotylenchus arsenjevi are reported for the first time in Korea. The Korean species differs slightly by having a hemispherical lip region and a slightly shorter tail than the original description (c=38.2-68.7 vs 36-41). Male was founded firstly from Korea and described. Geocenamus adakensis were collected a second time from Korea at a different locality and habitat. The measurements were compared with original description and the firstly collected specimen in Korea.

Sphaerotheca fuliginea (Schlecht. ex Fr.) Poll. has been recorded on 13 plant species in Korea, to which the authors add 10 additional host plants. The taxonomic concept of S. fuliginea proposed by Blumer in 1933 was adopted here.

The objective of this research is to investigate the leaching characteristics of unregulated heavy metals such as Ni, Zn, Ba, Be, Sb, Se, V in specified waste. 108 waste samples which were taken from the representative facilities emitting hazardous substances, were analyzed. The rate of leaching of heavy metal was measured using an official test method. From the results, wastewater treatment sludge and dust contained much Ni, and Zn was detected in all samples. Dust and waste catalyst producted from petroleum-refining process tended to reveal V in high concentration. Ba, Be, Sb, Se showed low concentration, but require additional analyses of waste generated at different industries.

The fungal flora of Korean wood-rotting fungi were studied for two years from March of 1990 to February of 1992. Fresh fungi were collected from national parks, some local areas, and several islands throughout the country. Fleshy ascomycetes and jelly fungi were examined through identification and literature studies. They were counted 52 species, 1 subspecies, and 1 forma among which, Hypoxylon and Femsjonia were confirmed as unrecorded genera and Hypoxylon punctulatum, Exidia recisa, and Femsjonia pezizaeformis as unrecorded species to Korea and are registered here with descriptions.

공정거래위원회(위원장 김동수)가 하도급거래에서 서면발급 및 보존관행을 정착시키기 위해 "바람직한 서면발급 및 보존에 관한 가이드라인"을 제정해 1월 1일부터 시행에 들어갔다. 가이드라인에는 ${\bigtriangleup}$하도급계약서(추가 변경계약서 포함) ${\bigtriangleup}$하도급계약 확인서면 ${\bigtriangleup}$목적물 등 수령증명서 ${\bigtriangleup}$검사결과 통지서 ${\bigtriangleup}$감액서면 ${\bigtriangleup}$기술자료 제공 요구서 ${\bigtriangleup}$계약변경 내역 통지서 등 7건은 의무발급을, ${\bigtriangleup}$목적물 등의 검사결과 및 검사 종료일 ${\bigtriangleup}$하도급대금의 지급일 지급금액 및 지급수단 ${\bigtriangleup}$설계 변경 등에 따라 하도급대금을 조정했을 때 사유 ${\bigtriangleup}$원재료 등의 가격변동 등에 따라 수급사업자가 하도급 대금 조정을 신청한 경우 협의내용 및 조정사유 등 7건은 보존 서면으로 명시했다. 이번 가이드라인은 동반성장협약 평가 항목에도 반영될 예정이다. 또한 공정거래위원회는 하도급법상 서면발급 또는 보존의무를 위반해 경고조치를 받을 때에는 교육이수를 권고하는 한편, 서면 미발급 등 혐의가 반복될 때에는 최고경영자(CEO)가 교육(3개월에 3시간)을 이수토록 규정했다. 특히 서면실태조사에서 서면 미발급 미보존 혐의가 장기간 상습적으로 이뤄졌다는 사실이 확인되면 직권조사를 거쳐 엄중할 방침이다.
