The purpose of this study is to research into a method of selecting the subject parcel with a change in the category of land given surveying the land alteration state focusing on the present state of road in the government-owned and public land by using the fuzzy membership function and GIS spatial analysis. It selected the old town center of Incheon Jung-gu, and the new downtown & the forest land of Gyeyang-gu as the research subject region, and carried out GIS spatial analysis on a serial cadastral map, urban planning road layer of Korea Land Information System, practical width of road layer of Road Name Address Management System & cadastral data base, and then calculated the suitable index for the subject parcel with a change in the category of land by using the fuzzy membership function with having the critical value as the area ratio of each parcel on a serial cadastral map that was incorporated into road layer or practical width of road layer. It finally selected the parcel, which is different in land category from the real land usage, as the final subject parcel for altering land category, by using the screen of visualizing the suitable index and the aerial ortho photograph. As a result of the final selection, the fuzzy GIS spatial analysis method, which was suggested in this study, is judged to be efficient in the selection period and the methodology compared to the existing manual method. It could be confirmed to be more suitable method for downtown than forest land and for the new downtown than the old town center.

In this paper, we study a sample design for survey on goodwill in retail properties to provide a protecting policy for small traders and tenants, to use basic data for a dispute case related to goodwill. Since goodwill in retail properties is occurred by individual rent company, we use the census on establishments from the Statistics Korea as population. First of all, we consider preferentially seven metropolitan cities in which there are more than half of population. Total sample size is decided as 8,000. We allocate the sample size for markets as stratum in each city using proportional formula and the sample size for industrial classifications in each market using root proportional formula. Also we compute survey weights and calculate estimators, standard errors and interval of estimators for each characteristic such as type of establishments and market in seven metropolitan cities.

In this study, the characteristics and the status of disaster management in rural area were analyzed. Through this study, we tried to find ways to cooperate with public and private organizations to manage disaster in rural areas. In order to understand the current state of disaster management in rural areas, we surveyed the residents and disaster management officials of local governments. As a result of the survey, both public servants and residents answered that it is difficult for residents to participate in disaster management. This is due to lack of time due to agriculture as the main business. The SWOT analysis and strategy of rural disaster management were derived through the analysis of these surveys. In addition, five types of disaster management network and two types of operation were proposed. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the management plan of the rural disaster management public-private network in the rural area. Further research is needed in depth on each of the operational measures in the future.

경희대학교 천문대는 한국과학창의재단에서 후원하는 2013년 과학문화 민간활동 지원사업의 일환으로 "청소년, 우주를 향해 미래를 쏘다!"라는 멘토링 프로그램을 2013년 7월 23일부터 2014년 2월 28일까지 진행하였다. 본 프로그램의 참가대상은 경기지역 고등학교 1, 2학년 학생 32명이 참가하였고, 대학생 멘토 8명과 팀으로 활동하였다. 본 프로그램의 목적은 달 탐사를 주제로 한 체험프로그램을 통해 청소년들의 우주개발의 현황을 체험할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고, 체험 프로그램을 활용하여 창의력, 협동심, 자신감을 함양시키며 이공계 분야의 비젼과 진로 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 본 프로그램은 6개의 주제로 총 10회 동안 진행되었으며, 각각의 주제는 우리나라 우주개발 현장체험, 달탐사의 필요성 체험, 발사체 및 탑재체의 이해와 체험, 청소년이 바라본 우리나라 달탐사의 미래, '우주로' 체험 캠프, 최종발표회이다. 프로그램은 체험, 조사, 발표 및 토의 형식으로 진행되었다. 본 프로그램에서 기대되는 성과는 조별 활동 및 다양한 체험 실습으로 협동심 및 인성을 함양하고, 천문학/공학 분야의 전공 대학생의 멘토링으로 논리적, 체계적, 비판적인 사고를 유도하고, 학연 협력을 활용한 현장학습으로 청소년들의 이공계에 대한 흥미를 유발하고 진로 방향을 제시하며, 다양한 체험 실습 및 미래 지향적인 컨텐츠를 활용하여 천문학 및 우주과학에 대한 호기심을 자극하는 것이다. 본 프로그램에서의 최종 성과물은 기존의 달탐사와 차별적인 주제와 방법론을 고안하여 논리적이고 창의적으로 우리나라의 달탐사에 대한 방법론적인 아이디어를 유도하는 것에 중점을 두었다.

The purpose of this study was to provide suggestions for the effective management of e-journals in academic libraries. Existing literatures were reviewed, web sites were examined, and informal interviews with librarians were conducted. This study comprehensively discussed various aspects of e-journal management, including 1) user behavior, 2) selection, acquisition, and evaluation, 3) access and search, 4) user education and its promotion, 5) archiving, 6) open access, 7) collection development policy.

Korea's inspection of cadastral surveying value is carrying out based on cadastral law, and has to enter in cadaster after government office's final inspection of cadastral surveying of land alteration according to the request of land owner or the state. Therefore, government office has to inspect the value of surveying before arranging cadastral book, and has to confirm whether the surveying error is whithin the range of allowing one. If it is, a govenment office has to arrange the cadastral book according to resulting Value. This study investigates and analizes annual land alteration of Sungnam city and analizes the situation of government office's cadastral surving value, the number of inspectors, and equipments. As a result, this study shows the problem and provides effective basic materials, increases the efficacy of the state's cadastral surveying inspection, and minimiges land dispute.

국가연구개발사업의 성과제고가 과학기술계 주요 이슈로 부상되면서 사업의 경제적 성과창출에 초점을 둔 기술이전 및 사업화에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 국가연구개발사업에 대한 종합적인 서비스를 제공 하는 NTIS는 국가연구개발성과를 부가가치 창출로 연계시킬 수 있도록 지원하기 위해서 우수유망기술정보 서비스를 도입하였다. 우수유망기술정보는 국가연구개발과제에 대한 최종평가 결과가 우수한 과제의 연구성과(기술) 중 기술이전·사업화의 가능성이 있거나 후속연구를 통해 기술이전 사업화가 가능한 기술을 칭한다. NTIS에서는 2008년부터 우수유망기술정보 DB를 구축하였고 관련 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 우수유망기술정보서비스와 관련된 국내외 현황에 대해서 조사하였고 그에 따른 시사점을 제시하였다. 국가연구개발사업에 대한 대내외 환경변화 및 공익적인 사업성격을 고려하여 NTIS 우수유망기술정보서비스의 활용과 관련한 현황을 파악하였고, 개선점을 도출하였다. 더 나아가서 향후 효과적인 활용을 위한 방안을 도출하였다.

Purpose: Given that the indicators related to chronic diseases are important to evaluating goals of the national health policy, the aim of this study was to develop dietary behavior items available in the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Methods: The dietary behavior items were developed based on the literature reviews, need assessment of the field, expert focus-group interviews, and expert advisory meeting. Questions for each dietary behavior item were developed by reflecting on environmental, personal, and behavior factors of the ecological frame and then revised through expert focus-group interview and expert advisory meeting. The understanding and reliability of the developed questionnaire were assessed by cognitive interview and test-retest reliability. Results: The developed items were sodium and salt intake, added and simple sugar intake, enough time to consume a meal for all ages, caffeine drinks and fresh/healthy food intake for children and adolescents, and limited dietary intake, fresh/healthy food intake for seniors. In most questions except some questions on sodium and salt intake, subjects understood over 70% and consistency of responses based on the kappa values was acceptable. Conclusion: Developed dietary behavior items are expected to be useful for evidence-based nutrition policy, interventions and research targeting dietary patterns through investigating and monitoring dietary behavior patterns.

도금공업은 공업기반기술의 하나로서 기계 및 소재산업의 최종 마무리 공정으로 중요시 되고 있으나 운전중 기술의 특성에 의하여 중금속이 함유된 도금폐수를 방출하게 되어 인체 및 생태계에 매우 유해한 산업중의 하나이다. 기존의 도금폐수처리 방븝으로 침전 응집법이 있으나 이는 사용되는 약품의 양이 많고, 슬러지를 배출하여 2차 공해를 유발하므로 완전한 처리 방법이라 할 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 국내 도금폐수의 현황을 조사한바 도금폐수중 배출양이 가장 많은 아연계폐수를 대상으로 RO Membrane를 사용하여 실험하였다. RO Membrane으로 실험하였을때 아연이온은 Retentate로 분리 농축되고 Permeate는 재생수로 순환 사용할 수 있는 도금폐수의 무배출 처리공정(Zero-Discharge System) 개발을 존 연구의 목적으로 하였다.

연안역에 대한 관심이 고조되면서 연안역을 따라 많은 산업화와 관광권화가 진행되고 있으나 안전시설에 대한 무관심으로 인해 많은 인적 및 물적 피해가 속출하고 있다. 충청권 연안역이 가지고 있는 지역적(관광, 산업, 방조제 등) 및 자연적(조수, 해일, 지진, 해양기름유출, 해안습지, 태풍 등) 특성을 고려한 연안역 안전시설을 개발하고자 연구를 수행하고 있다. 선행연구로 서해안 연안역 현장조사를 통한 안전시설물의 설치 현황을 살펴보고 이를 분석하였으며, 이를 통해 연안역 안전시설의 성능 및 설계기준, 건설재료 등에 대한 연구를 기획하였다. 연구과제의 최종 수행결과물로서 제시될 해안 안전 시설물 계획 설계 시공 유지관리에 대한 개발추진계획을 제시한다.
