  • 과거의 기업은 단순 생산과 관리만으로 기업을 유지시켜 왔다. 그러나 오늘날 제품 소비자들은 다양하고 복잡한 요구를 하고 있고 기업은 소비자들의 욕구를 충족시키지 못하면 존속할 수가 없다. 따라서 기업은 다양한 소비자의 요구에 대한 사회적, 경제적 환경변화에 대응 할 수 있는 최적의 기본 방침을 수립하고 그것을 실천하는 경영전략 수립이 필요하다. 경영전략 수립은 기업경영성과에 영향을 주는 가장 중요한 요인이라 할 수 있는데, 경영전략 수립과 기업경영성과라는 두 요인 사이에는 또 다른 복잡한 관리체계가 작용한다. 즉 생산시스템과 전사적 품질경영활동, 구성원들에 대한 보상, 그리고 조직구성원간의 관계 등이 영향을 미치는 것이다. 본 연구는 기업의 경영전략과 관리체계인 생산시스템, TQM 활동과 종업원에 대한 보상이 경영성과에 어떠한 영향이 있는지를 파악하고 이것을 기반으로 실증적 자료를 수집하여 분석 검증함으로써 기업발전의 토대로 삼고자 한다. 자료 분석을 위하여 SPSS 통계 패키지를 이용하였고, 각 연구 가설과 연구 모형은 구조방정식을 이용하여 검증하였다.

  • In real life, the problems that organizations face are often not well packaged: they are frequently complex and complicated, especially when it is concerned about computer network services. The principal aim of the study is to investigate what sort of network sytem will enable uni ersities to utilize the information resources they have and need in an effective and efficient way. Therfore seven stages of the Soft systems methodology were applied to get the optimal model, then networking, maintaining, monitoring and training sytems were developed as the result.

Empirical study of the scale economies of office buildings in Seoul (서울시 오피스빌딩 규모의 경제에 관한 실증분석)

  • The concerns for higher returns among investors in Korea are increasing as local interest rates lag behind the global market. The aim of this study was to provide a basis for estimating the precise return on investment to private investors and stakeholders of office buildings by identifying the optimal scale estimation of office building space, derived from managerial expenses. The literature on the economies theories of scales were reviewed, and the average administrative costs on an appropriate scale were assessed by cross-analysis and regression analysis using the U-shaped quadratic and cubic function. The findings suggest that the average office building managerial costs are approximately 6-11% according to the region, 10-13% according to the grade, and 8-9% according to size. Corporate-owned buildings represent the highest in terms of the average managerial costs, and there is an approximately 11.5% difference when it comes to outsourcing. In addition, the elapsed year showed that approximately 5.3 years to meet the lowest U-shaped curve of the average managerial cost. The 'Total floor area' variable shows a ${\bigcap}$-shape as it continue to increase to 72,000-Pyung then decrease gradually. This study presents the fundamental proposition of efficient and practical management of cost, lease and operation for real estate management firms by utilizing LCC.

  • In construction project planning and control, a cost model performs a critical role such as cost determination on a contract stage and cost tracing. The model can maximize owner's profit and value within the project budget and optimize cost management works on overall construction implementation stages. A BoQ(Bill of Quantities) generally adopted in a unit price contract has been applied as an important tool for cost control and forecast. However a previous cost model based on the BoQ has shown limitations in that it requires too detailed information and heavy manpower on cost management and difficulty in keeping relationship with construction planning, scheduling and progress management. The each cost items and unit prices which constitute of construction works are individually very important management factors but the relative weight for each items and prices have a difference on the contents and conditions of each conditions of each construction works. In consideration of this structural mechanism of cost determination, this research is aimed at examining the critical factors affecting the construction cost determination and propose and verify a new cost forecasting model which is more simple and efficient and also keeps the accuracy of cost management.

Optimal Life-Cycle Cost Design of Steel Box Girders (강박스 거더의 생애주기비용 최적설계)

  • This paper presents a design method to minimize Life Cycle Cost (LCC) of steel box girders. The LCC considered in this paper includes initial cost, expected life-cycle maintenance cost and repair cost. A load carrying capacity curve is derived from a condition grade curve of steel girders and load tarrying capacity that is measured in safety diagnostic test. And then, optimal design of steel box girders is performed on the basis of load carrying capacity curve. In this paper time and number of times for repair of steel girders are determined based on the calculated load carrying capacity curve. Also, annual costs considering real discount rate are compared and analyzed in various cases. It is concluded that the optimal design of steel box gilders considering LCC by the presented method will lead to more economical and safer girders than conventional design.

A Selection Method of Backbone Network through Multi-Classification Deep Neural Network Evaluation of Road Surface Damage Images (도로 노면 파손 영상의 다중 분류 심층 신경망 평가를 통한 Backbone Network 선정 기법)

  • In recent years, research and development on image object recognition using artificial intelligence have been actively carried out, and it is expected to be used for road maintenance. Among them, artificial intelligence models for object detection of road surface are continuously introduced. In order to develop such object recognition algorithms, a backbone network that extracts feature maps is essential. In this paper, we will discuss how to select the appropriate neural network. To accomplish it, we compared with 4 different deep neural networks using 6,000 road surface damage images. Based on three evaluation methods for analyzing characteristics of neural networks, we propose a method to determine optimal neural networks. In addition, we improved the performance through optimal tuning of hyper-parameters, and finally developed a light backbone network that can achieve 85.9% accuracy of road surface damage classification.

냉동 타조육의 선도관리를 위한 최적의 해동속도산출에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 풍속을 다양하게 적용하여 냉동 타조육을 해동시킨 뒤 육의 이화학적 상태 변화를 조사함으로써 타조육 본연의 품질을 유지할 수 있는 최적의 해동조건을 찾고자 실시하였다. 타조 신선육의 pH는 5.87로서 일반 원료육의 pH 범위인 $5.8{\sim}6.2$내에 있었고 해동속도가 빠를수록 타조육의 pH는 감소했다. 타조육의 thawing loss는 해동속도가 빨라질수록 감소했다. 해동속도에 따른 WHC는 대부분 신선육의 경우와 비슷했으나, 자연대류인 0.3027cm/h와 강제대류 중 0.6787cm/h의 경우에는 신선육보다 $4{\sim}7%$ 보수력이 낮게 나타났다. 해동온도에 따른 color의 변화는 조건별로 거의 차이가 나지 않았다. 또한 해동육의 경우 신선육에 비해 TBA 값이 큰 폭으로 상승했고, 특히 강제대류 중 해동 속도가 가장 느린 0.3261cm/h의 경우 가장 높았다. VBN 값은 해동속도에 상관없이 $12{\sim}13mg%$대였으며 동결육은 신선육보다 2.5배나 높은 값을 나타내었다.

Reliability Index Optimization for Pier Type Quay Walls Using Life Cycle Cost (생애주기비용을 이용한 잔교식 안벽의 신뢰도지수 최적화)

  • Optimal reliability indices were found by optimizing life cycle cost(LCC) of pier type quay walls. Failure probability of pier and shore bridge were calculated by response surface method. Then, they were used to obtain recovery cost after damage. Costs for initial construction and maintenance were also considered in finding optimal reliability indices. Target reliability indices which may be used in reliability based design were suggested by numerical examples under seismic load and ship load.

  • This study designed a suitable preservation metadata for archives of Korean traditional arts. To accomplish this task, we consulted OAIS reference model and PREMIS data dictionary, analyzed various preservation metadata. and surveyed resource characteristics of Korean traditional arts. We adopted elements with namespaces, honored original definitions and scopes by not violating principles of designing application profiles, and extended elements where necessary.

  • 세계적인 기상이변으로 가뭄발생 빈도 및 영향이 증가하고 있으며, 급속한 산업화로 사용 가능한 수자원이 점차 고갈되어 있어, 국내에서도 해수담수화(Seawater Desalination)는 새로운 대체수자원으로 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 해수담수에 필요한 에너지 약 50~70%는 역삼투(Reverse Osmosis) 공정에서 발생되며, 해수온도 및 염분도에 따라 많이 변동될 수 있으므로 국립해양조사원(KHOA)의 과거 20년 자료를 이용하여 해수담수화 시설물 위치에 따른 영향을 분석하였다. 해수담수화에 필요한 에너지는 막 제조사에서 제공하는 RO Projection Software를 적용하여 에너지 소모량을 평가하고, 이를 고려한 시설물 위치에 대한 평가 모델을 구축하였다. 기존 해수담수화 시설은 대규모 물 공급이 필요한 지역을 우선적으로 고려했기 때문에 시설물 위치에 대한 객관적인 평가기준 마련이 어려웠다. 그러나 해수담수화 플랜트는 한번 설치되면 장기적인 시설물 유지 및 관리가 필요함으로 경제성을 고려한 최적 입지의 선정은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 국립해양조사원의 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 해수담수화 시설물 입지선정을 정량적으로 평가함으로서, 시설물 위치에 대한 의사결정시 참고할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.
