This study, depending on the diversification of the information environment, was carried out to analyze the role of visual cues and the relationship between visual information structure in the process of user's visual immersion and recognition. Thus, we design evaluation model which used scientific instruments and subjective evaluation taking into account the latest graphical user trends, and analyze the data of immersion and recognition of the user experience that acquired through the process more systematic experimental procedure. Based on this, in the future, this study will be able to contribute implement the latest broadly applicable to the device of graphical information user basic design model and a standard evaluation model.

Due to changes in information technology and the information environment, portal services, including library service, which systematically provides information needed on the Internet have become popular in our daily lives. In light of that, this study, in order to enhance our understanding on portal services, examines and analyzes Dibrary, the National Digital Lirary, portal services including main portal, regional information, policy information, multicultural information, the information for the handicapped, and the Dibrary blogs. Accordingly, the emphasis has been put on decency, accuracy, usefulness/user-friendliness, and publicity/promotion for the diffusion and activation of Dibrary portal services.

플라즈마 코팅은 진공 및 진공에서 발생된 플라즈마 대기압 플라즈마를 이용하여 기판에 코팅하는 기술을 의미하는 것으로 최근 다양한 코팅 소스 및 물질계가 개발되면서 그 응용을 넓혀가고 있다. 플라즈마 코팅은 물리증착 및 화학증착에서 주로 이용하고 있는데 플라즈마를 이용하는 대표적인 기술로 스퍼터링과 음극아크증착, 플라즈마 화학증착 등이 있다. 스퍼터링은 기존의 마그네트론 스퍼터링에 비해 이온화율이 대폭 향상된 HIPIMS(High Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering) 기술이 개발되면서 경질피막 제조의 신기술로 자리 잡고 있고 음극아크증착의 경우는 다양한 Filtered 아크소스가 개발되면서 후막 고경도 DLC(Diamond-like Carbon) 등 기존의 방법으로 달성할 수 없었던 코팅층의 제조가 가능하게 되었다. 최근 수명 및 물성이 크게 향상된 소재들이 다양하게 개발되었는데 이들 소재는 가공이 잘 되지 않는 난삭재가 대부분이어서 기존의 가공 Tool이 한계를 드러내고 있다. 이에 따라 난삭재 가공용 새로운 Tool에 대한 수요가 크게 증가하고 있는데 이에 대응하는 유력한 방법 중의 하나가 플라즈마를 이용한 경질코팅이다. 이렇듯 플라즈마 코팅은 난삭재가공용 Tool을 비롯하여 기계나 자동차 부품의 고경도, 저마찰 코팅, 기능성 코팅 등 다양한 분야에 응용을 확대하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 플라즈마 코팅의 최신 기술개발 동향과 그 응용에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.

It is difficult for the road management system to give a correct road information because road facilities are differently managed according to each object. In this study, we have solved this problem of road information management and, developed a system which is able to integrate various data of facilities and to maintain the latest property of data by introducing server-client network structure for managing road facilities more efficiently. And, we have shown the affairs of the road information management could be achieved scientifically, by the integration of graphic, attribute and photograph information relevant to road. This enabled the connection of graphic data and the stereo drawing composition, and enhanced the feeling of real world experience using the dynamic image data of the road.

최근 인류의 삶의 질 향상에 따라 건강하고, 쾌적하고, 편안한 삶을 살기 위한 많은 노력이 진행되고 있다. 센서는 이러한 삶의 질 향상을 위해서 필수불가결한 요소 중 하나이며, 고성능의 지능화된 센서가 요구되고 있어, 앞으로 이에 대한 수요는 더욱 증대될 것으로 생각된다. 최근의 센서 연구 개발 방향은 센서에 기능을 부여하는 기능성 재료가 중요한 요소로 더욱 부각되고 있으며, 특히, 다양한 성분과 형태로 존재하는 나노 기능 재료는 기존의 벌크 재료와는 차별화된 독특한 물리, 화학, 기계, 광학적 특성을 갖고 있어 더욱 주목받고 있다. 최근 기존의 나노 입자 연구에서 더욱 발전하여 서로 적용하기 위한 나노선이나 CNT를 포함한 나노튜브, 나노 복합재료 등의 연구가 매우 활발하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 나노 재료를 이용한 가스 센서, 수질 센서, 바이오 센서, 광 센서 그리고 물리 센서 등 최신 나노 센서 연구개발 동향을 살펴보았으며, 미래 센서기술 발전방향 중 하나로서 나노 재료에 의한 센서의 고기능화 및 극소형화가 매우 중요한 부분으로 활용될 것으로 예측되었다.

The purpose of this study is to present the price computation criteria with the aspect of price policy for the geographical information circulation. The price policy is to make activated circulation for geographical information. The price policy of this research considered the supplier and the user side at the same time. Important issue of price policy is that initial cost for system development calculate burying cost, and preservation and renewal cost charge to user. Distribution cost of geographical information charge to user according to use media, and apply differential rates of cost according to the purpose of using, up-to-dateness of data. Also, present the price policy that must apply copyright fee to of offer geographical information. Consider various terms that was studied in this study, the price computation criteria was presented. Through this, it is expected that geographical information circulation is activated more.

실시간 동영상에서 객체의 추적은 배경영상에서 움직이는 객체를 추출하고 추출된 객체의 이동을 추적하는 것으로 컴퓨터 비전 및 여러 실용적 응용 분야에서 관심을 가지는 주제중 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 객체의 추적에서 배경영상과 입력영상의 차영상을 이용하는 방법의 전 처리로 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화되는 배경영상의 잡음을 최소화하기 위하여 입력영상의 일부분을 배경영상으로 대체함으로 최신의 배경영상을 유지 할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 실시간 동영상의 객체추적은 배경영상과 입력영상의 차를 이용하는데 최초의 배경영상은 시간의 흐름에 의해 빛의 양이나 주위환경에 의해 많은 변화를 가져오게 된다. 또한 실시간으로 처리해야 하는 시간성으로 인해 최신의 배경영상을 획득하는데 많은 처리시간을 할애할 수 없다. 따라서 전체 영상의 일부분을 대상으로 점진적으로 누적영상을 배경영상에 적용함으로 실시간 환경에서의 배경영상의 변화에 의한 잡음을 최소화 하도록 하였다.

최근 Twitter를 비롯한 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 급속한 확산으로 인해, 많은 수의 SNS 메시지가 실시간으로 생성되고 있다. 이러한 SNS 상의 모든 글을 읽어보는 것은 현실적으로 불가능하며, 여러 포탈 사이트에서 제공되는 실시간 검색어 순위만으로는 상세 내용을 직관적으로 파악하기 어렵다. 따라서, 이러한 SNS상의 글을 실시간으로 분석하여 최신의 트렌드를 찾고 이와 연관된 내용을 분류 및 요약할 수 있다면, 사용자에게 유용한 최신 정보를 생성하여 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 Tweet 들을 분석하여 얻은 트렌드 키워드를 기반으로 관련된 Tweet 들을 주제 별로 분류한 후, 각 주제 별로 세부 내용을 요약해서 제공하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 실시간으로 생성되는 Tweet 내에서 최근 화제가 된 트렌드 및 연관 키워드를 추출해낸다. 그 후, 해당 키워드가 출현한 Tweet 내에서 핵심 키워드를 찾고, 이를 기반으로 Tweet 들을 각각의 주제별로 분류하고 각 주제를 '이슈'로 정의한다. 마지막으로, 특정한 이슈에 해당되는 Tweet들을 분석하여 각 이슈 별로 키워드 리스트 및 단문 형식으로 요약된 줄거리를 생성한다. 제안된 기법을 바탕으로 프로토타입 시스템을 구현하고, 다양한 실험을 통하여 이슈 검출 기법의 유용성 면에서 성능을 평가한다.

On the strength of the rapid development and propagation of U-healthcare service, the service technologies are full of important changes. However, U-healthcare service has security problem that patient's biometric information can be easily exposed to the third party without service users' consent. This paper proposes a distributed model according authority and access level of hospital officials in order to safely access patients' private information in u-Healthcare Environment. Proposed model can both limit the access to patients' biometric information and keep safe system from DoS attack using time stamp. Also, it can prevent patients' data spill and privacy intrusion because the main server simultaneously controls hospital officials and the access by the access range of officials from each hospital.

재난안전 분야의 기술개발 동향을 파악하고 지적 관계를 분석하기 위한 연구에서 신뢰성과 최신성을 겸비한 학술정보를 활용하는 것은 매우 유용하다. 기존의 논문 기반 계량정보분석 연구에서는 관련 분야의 학술지와 키워드를 중심으로 분석 대상 논문을 선별하여 연구재료로 사용하였다. 본 논문에서는 재난안전 분야의 보다 세부적인 연구 특성 파악을 위해 국내 대학기관의 방재 및 안전공학 학과에 소속된 저자들의 논문 정보를 대상으로 기관식별, 학과유형 분류, 재난안전유형 분류. 표준산업분류를 매핑하고 주요 측면별로 분석 연구를 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 재난안전 분야 연구에서 저자소속 기관의 유형 및 지역적 분포, 공저 학과 유형의 구성, 재난안전유형 및 표준산업분류의 현황과 핵심 키워드가 자세히 파악되었다. 연구 결과는 향후 지능형 위기경보 체계 구축을 위한 재난유형별 주요 기관 및 전문가 식별과 추천에 활용이 기대된다.
