  • 본 논문은 검색 증강 생성 기법과 ChatGPT 를 결합한 사용자 맞춤 정책 추천 서비스인 ChatPub 을 소개한다. ChatPub 은 대한민국 청년을 대상으로 최소한의 개인 정보를 제공받아 적합한 정책을 추천해 주는 웹 서비스다. 정책 정보 사이트를 실시간으로 반영하는 데이터베이스를 참조함으로써 최신 정책 정보를 반영할 수 있으며, 사용자 친화적인 채팅 인터페이스를 통해 원하는 정책 정보에 쉽게 접근할 수 있다. 본 서비스를 통해 청년 정책의 접근성을 높이고 다양한 혜택을 쉽게 알림으로써 더 많은 기회를 제공할 수 있다.

A Study on Policy Researchers' Requirements for Policy Information Providing Service (정책정보제공서비스에 대한 정책연구자 요구분석에 관한 연구)

  • This study proposed to seek the future development direction of policy information service in Korea by identifying users' needs for policy information and analyzing policy information users' behavior. For this purpose, we analyzed policy information users' needs and behavior through survey and interview methods, and the results are as follows. First, the most common purpose of policy information use was figuring out policy trends, and the Internet was the most common search method used in investigating policy information. Second, electronic resources showed a high rate of use, but the domestic material utilization ratio was higher, and the U.S. resources usage of overseas data was the highest. Third, users most often used materials produced within the last 2-5 years, and Web DB (journals, academic articles, etc.) and reports were the most used material types. Fourth, in the survey of opinion about methods for improving policy information utilization efficiency, cooperation between government agencies' libraries, cooperation between agencies producing the policy information resources, and the overall national collection of policy information were rated the highest.

Development of Building 3D Spatial Information Extracting System using HSI Color Model (HSI 컬러모델을 활용한 건물의 3차원 공간정보 추출시스템 개발)

  • The building information should be up-to-date information and propagated rapidly for urban modeling, terrain analysis, life information, navigational system, and location-based services(LBS), hence the most recent and updated data of the building information have been required of researchers. This paper presents the developed system to extract the 3-dimension spatial information from aerial orthoimage and LiDAR data of HSI color model. In particular, this paper presents the image processing algorithm to extract the outline of specific buildings and generate the building polygon from the image using HIS color model, recursive backtracking algorithm and the search maze algorithm. Also, this paper shows the effectivity of the HIS color model in the image segmentation.

  • This study defined the influence of the quality of job information websites and of user characteristic factors on the user satisfaction and on the intention of the use thereof based on the technical acceptance model to activate research on job information or job information websites in the category of Library and Information Science, amid studies on the Fourth Industrial Revolution in various disciplines emerging. 230 users experienced in job information websites were surveyed. The surveyed data were analyzed by applying the structural equation model. The results are as follows. Accuracy, security, self-efficacy, the perceived easiness of use had a positive effect on the perceived usefulness. Up-to-dateness, self-efficacy, individual innovation had a significant effect on the perceived easiness of use. The perceived usefulness and the perceived easiness of use had a positive effect on user satisfaction, and the user satisfaction had a significant effect on the intention of use.

  • The availability and growth of the Internet offers users the opportunity to find information and data all over the world. The development of the WWW has made the Internet easier to use, both for finding information and for publishing it electronically. Because so much information is available, and because that information can appear to be fairly 'anonymous', It is necessary to develop skills to evaluate what you find. Every printed information resources you find has been evaluated in one way or another before you ever see it. But when you are using the WWW, none of this applies. There are no filters between you and Internet. In addition, the ease of constructing Web documents results in information of the widest range of quality, written by authors of the widest range of authority, available on an even playing field Excellent information resources reside along side the most dubious. This study discusses the criteria arid methods by which scholars and researchers in most fields evaluate print information, and shows how the same criteria and methods can be used to assess Internet Website document. This study applied seven criteria, that is essential Web document element, authorship, publishing body, point of view or bias, referral to other sources, verifiability and currency. All information, whether in print or by byte, needs to be evaluated by users for some objective criteria and methods mentioned above. If you find information that is 'too good to be true', it probably is. Never use information that you can't verity. Always remember that the best counterfeit looks the most like the real thing. Establishing and learning criteria and methods to filter information you find on the Internet is a good beginning for becoming a critical consumer of information in all forms.

Value Chain Analysis of Geospatial Web Service for VGI Application (사용자 참여형 공간정보 웹서비스의 가치사슬분석)

  • The fact that the limits of information recency, diversity, and usability are mainly caused by the supply oriented geospatial data and service development is commonly recognized. It is recently tried to overcome the limits by facilitating user experience and VGI(Volunteered Geographic Information) in several geospatial web services. This study suggests 10C framework of geospatial web service for VGI through review and examination of previous research. Based on the 10C framework, the value chain system of 23 use cases relevant to the geospatial web service involving the creation of user's VGI is investigated. The result of the value chain analysis is applied to examine and formulate the strategies to generate value addition from public spatial information with respect to creation, aggregation, delivery, and consumption process of VGI.

It is recently tried to overcome the limits by facilitating user experience and VGI(Volunteered Geographic Information) in several geospatial web services. This study suggests conceptual architecture and service scenario for geospatial collaborative platform prototype through review and examination of previous researches. The prototype, composed of 4 unit modules: 3D POI Creation Module, 3D POI Application Module, 3D POI/Event Management Module, 3D POI/Event Monitoring Module, provides the capability of collaboratively dealing with geospatial work. The suggested service scenario is demonstrated by developing prototype for the service modules.

A Study on Online Detection Schemes of Earthquake Induced Shifts in Coordinate Time Series of GNSS Continuous Operation Reference Station by Kalman Filtering (칼만필터에 기반한 GNSS 상시관측소 좌표 시계열의 지진에 따른 편의검출 기법에 관한 연구)

  • It is crucial to manage and maintain the geodetic reference coordinates of GNSS continuously operating reference stations (CORSs) in consideration of their fundamental roles in geodetic control and positioning navigation infrastructure. Earthquake-induced crustal displacement directly impacts the reference coordinates, so such events should be promptly detected, and appropriate action should be made to maintain the target accuracy, including update of the geodetic coordinates. To this end, this paper deals with online schemes for the detection of persistent shifts in the coordinate time-series produced by an automatic GNSS processing system. Algorithms were implemented to test filtered results, such as hypothesis tests of the innovation sequence of a Kalman filter and a cumulative sum (CUSUM) test. The results were assessed by the time-series of coordinates of 14 CORS for two years, including the 2011 Tohoku earthquake. The results show that the global hypothesis test is practical for detecting abrupt jumps, whereas CUSUM is effective for identifying persistent shifts.

  • The purpose of this study was to propose the improvements for high quality of National Library of Korea (NLK) Subject Headings List which was developed as a subject access tool in 2002. For this study, literature review, case study for subject headings lists of national libraries, and data analysis of headings and relationships were performed. Several problems were found as follows: inconsistency of subject headings descriptions, unclear and unnecessary relationships among headings, inconsistency of hierarchical relationships, lack of currency, incorrectness of classification numbers, duplication of newly requested terms, and assignment of non-preferred and unregistered terms in bibliographic records. Focusing on these problems, modifications of subject headings and bibliographic records, installation and operation of an review committee on subject headings, and supplementation of a manual were suggested to improve NLK Subject Headings List.

The Segmentation of Value System Used by LOV (LOV를 이용한 가치(價値)시스템 세분화(細分化))

  • The purpose of this study is to survey the LOV(List Of Values) composed with the consumer's psychographic variables and is to segment consumer's value system through the LOV. Referring to the previous studies such as Rokeach's RVS, Kahke's LOV, Razzaque's Asian values, and author's Korean values, this study conducted researches of consumer's value segmentation. The result of this study finds that the Korean consumer's value system is categorized into (1) value of influence, (2) value of mammonism, (3) value of latest, (4) value of venture, (5) value of salvation, (6) value of sociality, (7) value of curiosity, (8) spirituality, and (9) value of conservativeness in order. This results will help contribute toward segmentation of Korean consumer's value. Another result of this study shows by way of ANOVA(analysis of variance) that the Korean consumer's value dimensions are closely related to demographic variables: sex, marital status, education, occupation, total families income by monthly, family structure, and age.
