The Study on the RF Transceiver Applied to Cognitive Radio Method (주파수 공유기법을 적용한 RF 송수신기에 대한 연구)

  • In this paper Communication data link equipment on a high speed-hopping method to use the frequency resources efficiently for the frequency environment is introduced such as sensing techniques, using the same frequency band by using the received two-channel technique and the receive filter bank unit applied to be shared with other equipment such as radar and so on. The real-time measurement and analysis were operated for measurement the frequency environment of the operating band in advance. and primarily equipment to develop is analyzed how the interference effect to the radar minimize the operation of radar equipment. In reverse, to use the same frequency band the methods such as frequency sharing techniques are presented in this paper. Finally, by design of the main items of the RF transceiver NF, transmission output, and a simulation of the IMD, such as whether the key is verified prior to meet specifications.

UAV Network Resource Allocation Algorithm according to the Network Environment and Data Requirement (네트워크 환경 및 데이터 요구사항에 따른 무인기 네트워크 자원할당 알고리즘)

  • UAV system has the limitation to allocate enough spectrum bandwidth for the operation of multiple UAVs due to the market expansion. In addition, the communication environment of UAV network varies dynamically due to the UAV's mobility. Thus, to operate the stable UAV system and maximize the transmission data rate, it needs to allocate the resource effectively in the limited bandwidth considering the given network environment. In this paper, we propose the resource allocation algorithm which can maximize the network throughput as well as satisfy the minimum data requirement for the UAV system operation in the given network environment based on TDMA(Time Division Multiple Access). By performance analysis, we show that the proposed algorithm can allocate the resource to satisfy the high network throughput as well as the minimum data requirement in the given network environment.

  • SSB, VHF 등의 장비에 의한 무선통신은 아직도 중요한 정보전달의 수단으로 사용되고 있으며, 무선국으로부터 원거리에 설치되는 장비에 대해서는 전용회선을 사용하여 원격제어로 송ㆍ수신을 행하고 있다. 그러나 무선국에서 다수의 사용자가 다수의 장비에 임으로 접속하고 운용을 해야하는 환경에서는 ICS(Intergrated Communication System:통합통신시스템)의 회선접속 제어기가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 ICS의 개발을 위하여 ASK(Amplitude Shift Keying) 변조방식에 의한 PTT(Press To Talk) 제어와 신호의 전송회로를 구성하여 실험하였고, 멀티-프로쎄싱에 의한 회선접속 제어기를 설계하여 통합 통신운용에 대한 알고리즘을 연구하였다. Keying에 의하여 m 신호를 단속하였고 지속되는 PTT 신호에 음성신호를 합성시켜 전송시키는 형태의 ASK 변조방식을 취하여 전송되도록 하였고, 회선접속 제어기는 master와 다수의 slave 프로쎄서를 멀티-프로쎄싱의 직렬데이터 전송방식으로 프로쎄서 상호간에 데이타가 전달되도록 구성하였다. 이에 따른 S/W 는 멀티-프로쎄싱의 인터럽트기법을 최대한 활용하여 원하는 회선에 정확히 접속되어 통신이 이루어지도록 설계하였다. 따라서 이 연구는 주파수 자원의 고갈과 통신량의 증가에 대한 대책의 일환으로 저비용의 시설로 재래식 장비의 운용 효율을 증대시키는 기술의 개발에 목적이 있다.

Development of Design Technology for Passenger Car Driveshaft Under the Real Load Conditions (실제하중 하에서의 축류설계기술 개발)

  • 승요차 앞자축에 장착되어 회전하면서 동력을 전달하는 드라이브축은 운행중에 주로 비틀림하중을 받는다. 따라서 동 부품의 피로해석 및 설계를 위해서는 실제 운행중에 받는 서비스토크의 크기, 주파수 등에 관한 데이터가 필요하다. 차량에 탑재된 엔진의 토크와 회전수 등의 규격으로부터 드라이브축에 부가되는 최대 토크 값을 예측할 수 있으나, 자동차 운행주에는 승차인원, 도로조건, 운전자의 운전습관 등 여러가지 외적인 영향으로 인하여 서비스토크가 불규칙하게 변할 것으로 예상되므로 서비스토크를 정확히 예측하기는 어려운 실정이다. 또한, 최근의 자동차 구조부품에 대한 설계개념이 무한수명 설계에서 경량화 설계로 변화되고 있으며, 따라서 자동차 드라이브축도 실제 운용하중을 바탕으로 한 정확한 수명예측 및 강도설계가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 4륜구동형 승용차용 드라이브축에 대해 실제 운용하중에서의 피로수명을 예측하기 위해 1)텔리메트리를 이용하여 토크를 측정하고, 2) 일정진촉하중하에서의 드라이브축의 비틀림 피로시험을 수행하고, 3) 일정진폭하중하에서의 드라이브축의 비틀림 피로시험을 수행하고, 4) 축류 소재의 피로특성 데이터를 구성하여 5) 자체 개발한 프로그램으로 피로수명을 예측하고자 한다.

  • 미래 육군의 대대급이하 NCW 핵심은 기반통신장비인 TMMR(Tactical Multi Function Terminal)과 전투지휘를 위한 전장단말기인 대대급이하 전투지휘체계(B2CS)로 대표할 수 있다. 이중 TMMR은 음성과 데이터 통신이 가능토록 개발중인 무전기이다. 하지만, 군 무전기 특성상 은 엄폐 지역에서의 통신 보장을 위해 낮은 주파수 대역을 사용함에 따라 최대 지원 가능한 전송속도는 매우 한정적이다. 따라서 TMMR을 기반 통신장비로 활용하는 B2CS는 이 낮은 대역폭을 어떻게 효율적으로 사용할 것인가가 핵심이다. 따라서 본고에서는 이를 위해 군 운용환경에서의 TMMR 기반하 B2CS 운용 시 필요한 TMMR의 요구대역폭을 분석, 데이터 경량화 설계가 필요함을 확인하고, 이에 따른 B2CS에서 적용하고 있는 데이터 경량화 설계 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • This paper achieved dynamic characteristics with test to use solenoid valve for flight model that have present. Designed pressure control virtual system which PWM solenoid valve to use test result. Examination compared solenoid valve dynamic characteristics in atmosphere and cryogenic fluid and presented technique and valuation method that measured upstream and down stream pressure of solenoid valve, as well as, temperature, excitation voltage etc. These test results could confirm solenoid valve response time and maximum using frequency characteristic at use in atmosphere and cryogenic temperature and this derived design variables pressure control system from those bases.

Design and Implementation of a Frequency Tunable Bandpass Filter for TVWS (TVWS용 주파수가변 대역통과필터의 설계 및 구현)

  • In these days, interest of systems and services using TVWS(TV White Space) are increased, communication systems and services for TVWS have been actively studied. The unoccupied frequency in TVWS is different according to the geographical location and the time of day. RF systems having a frequency tunable bandpass filter operated in TVWS could be efficiently used. In this paper, a frequency tunable bandpass filter operated in 470 ~ 698MHz is designed and implemented. In consideration of simple control and physical size, the tunable bandpass filter is designed with 2-pole. The implemented tunable bandpass filter has the operating frequency band of 470 ~ 698MHz with control voltages of 1.58 ~ 3.93V, the insertion loss of maximum 4.78dB and the return loss of below 10dB. The implemented frequency tunable bandpass filter can be directly used in the RF receiver for TVWS and the design procedures could be used for developing a high power tunable bandpass filter as the basic research data.

Development of Wideband Frequency Modulated Laser for High Resolution FMCW LiDAR Sensor (고분해능 FMCW LiDAR 센서 구성을 위한 광대역 주파수변조 레이저 개발)

  • FMCW LiDAR system with robust target detection capabilities even under adverse operating conditions such as snow, rain, and fog is addressed in this paper. Our focus is primarily on enhancing the performance of FMCW LiDAR by improving the characteristics of the frequency-modulated laser, which directly influence range resolution, coherence length, and maximum measurement range etc. of LiDAR. We describe the utilization of an unbalanced Mach-Zehnder laser interferometer to measure real-time changes of the lasing frequency and to correct frequency modulation errors through an optical phase-locked loop technique. To extend the coherence length of laser, we employ an extended-cavity laser diode as the laser source and implement a laser interferometer with an photonic integrated circuit for miniaturization of optical system. The developed FMCW LiDAR system exhibits a bandwidth of 10.045GHz and a remarkable distance resolution of 0.84mm.

Laboratory Experiments for Evaluating Dynamic Response of Small-scaled Circular Steel Pipe (실내 실험을 통한 소형 모형 원형 강관의 동적 반응 평가)

  • For a marine bridge foundation construction, a large-circular-steel-pipe has been proposed for supporting vertical load and preventing water infiltration. However, a ship collision can adversely affect the structural stability. This paper presents a fundamental study on dynamic responses of the large-circular-steel-pipe by an impact load. In laboratory experiments, small-scaled steel pipe is installed in a soil tank. The soil height and water level are set to 23 cm and 25~70 cm, respectively. The upper part of the steel pipe is impacted using a hammer to simulate the ship collision. The dynamic responses are measured using accelerometers and strain gauges. Experimental results show that the strain decreases as the measured location is lowered. The higher frequency components appear in the impact load condition compared to the microtremor condition. However, the higher frequency components measured at the strain gauge located below the water level do not appear. For the accelerometer signal, the maximum frequency under the impact load is higher than that of the microtremor. The maximum frequency decreases as water level increases but it is larger than the maximum frequency of the microtremor. This study shows that strain gauge and accelerometer can be useful for evaluating the dynamic responses of large-circular-steel-pipes.

Performance Comparison of Baseband Modulation Methods in DS-CDMA Communication System (대역확산통신시스템에서 기저대역변조 방식에 따른 성능 비교)

  • It is important to use frequency resource effectively to support much more users, to maximize the DS-CDMA system performance. In this paper, we use MPSK, QAM, MFSK and PR coder as a baseband modulation method for DS-CDMA system. Increasing user's number, we compare the performance of each system using different baseband modulation method, by expecting BER performance. BPSK has generally good performance, in case of low power operation of terminal 8FSK has excellent performance relatively, PR has excellent performance when high power operation of terminal and also good for situation of excessive user's number. QAM is not suitable for DS-CDMA system.
