  • 일반적으로 농산물의 박피작업의 목표는 박피된 농산물이 좋은 품질과 최소의 손실율로서 최대의 박피효율을 가지는 것이다. 밤의 화염박피 경우에는 제 1보 화염박피 특성에서 알 수 있듯이 박피율이 증가하면 화염박피 밤의 품질과 생율로 유통시에는 손실율과 밀접한 관계를 가지는 열침투 깊이도 증가한다. 이러한 열침투 깊이는 화염박피 밤의 사용용도에 따라 다르게 나타난다. 화염박피 밤을 생율로 유통시에는 열침투 부분을 제거해야 하므로 열침투 깊이가 적을수록 손실율이 적게 나타난다. 그러므로 생율로 유통시에는 손실율을 고려하여 열침투 깊이를 선정해야한다. 가공제품의 원료로 사용할 때에는 가공특성에 따라 열침투 깊이를 선정해야 한다. 쨈 등의 원료로 이용시에는 열침투 깊이가 커져도 사용 가능할 것이며, 박피밤 상태에서 당침투가 필요한 마론그랏세 등의 가공제품에서는 열침투 깊이를 제한할 필요가 있다. Review of Steel ratio Specifications in Korean Highway Bridge Design Code (Limit States Design) for the Design of RC Flexural Members (철근콘크리트 휨부재 설계를 위한 도로교설계기준(한계상태설계법)의 철근비 규정 검토)

  • This paper describes the specifications on balanced steel ratio and maximum reinforcement for the design of RC flexural members by the Korean Highway Bridge Design Code based on limit states design. The Korean Highway Bridge Design Code (Limit States Design) is not provide for the balanced steel ratio specification for the calculation of required steel area of RC flexural members design. The maximum steel area limited the depth of the neutral axis at the ultimate limit states after redistribution of the moment, and also recommended the maximum steel area should not exceed 4 percent of the cross sectional area. However, from the maximum neutral axis depth provisions should increase the cross section is calculated to be less the maximum reinforcement area, and according to the 4% of the cross sectional area of the concrete, the tensile strain of the reinforcement is calculated to be greater than double the yielding strain, so can not guarantee a ductile behavior. This study developed a balanced reinforcement ratio that is basis for the required reinforcement calculation for tension-controlled RC flexural members design in the ultimate limit states verification provisons and material properties and applied the ultimate strain of the concrete compressive strength with a simple formular to be applied to design practice induced. And assumed the minimum allowable tensile strain of reinforcement double the yielding strain, and applying correction coefficient up to the ratio of maximum neutral axis depth, proposed maximum steel ratio that can be applied irrespective of the reinforcement yield strength and concrete compressive strength.

Prediction of Joining Torque for Bit Depth of Subminiature Bolt (초소형 볼트의 비트 깊이에 따른 체결 토크 예측)

  • Subminiature joining bolts are required for the electronic parts of gadgets such as mobile phones and watch phones. During the miniaturization of bolt heads, it is difficult to obtain sufficient joining force owing to the risk of shear fracture of the bolt head or severe plastic deformation on the bit region. In this study, the maximum joining torque for the bit depth was predicted using finite element analysis. A shear fracture test was conducted on a wire used in bolt forming. The results of this test were subjected to finite element analysis and a fracture criterion was obtained by comparing the experimental and analysis results. The shear fracture of the bolt head during joining was predicted based on the obtained criterion. Furthermore, the maximum joining torque was predicted for various bit depths. Fracture on the boundary between the bolt head and thread was found to occur in lower joining torque as bit depth increases.

The Shear Resistance of Rc Deep Beam with Web Opening Repaired and Reinforced by Fiber Sheets After Shear Failure (깊이가 큰 철근콘크리트 유공보의 보수·보강 전후의 내력에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, deep beam specimens are designed to have the effective shear span to depth ratio 1.0 and web opening within effective shear region. The purpose of this study is to investigate experimentally the shear strengthening effect between before failure and after failure upon using fiber sheets for RC deep beam with opening in web. The results can be summarized as follows; 1)When deep beams with web opening were failed in shear, their initial diagonal crack load and crack width were not influenced by their types of the arranged steel bars. 2)Deep beam with the horizontal reinforced bar was effective in the ultimate load of deep beam with web opening in shear failure 3)There were the approximate values between the experimental values and the analysis of finite element method. 4)The ultimate failure strengths of the repaired and strengthened specimens were increased about 34.4%~83.8% in comparison with specimens not to be strengthened.

Fracture Behavior and Crack Growth of Concrete by The Nonlinear Fracture Mechanics (비선형 파괴역학에 의한 콘크리트의 파괴거동과 균열성장에 관한 연구)

  • Concrete, a mixed material, has heterogeniety, anisotrophy and nonlinearity. Therefore, in its 'racture analysis, it is more reasonable to evaluate its fracture toughness by applying the concept of 'racture mechanics rather than the strength concept. Up to the present the concepts of fracture mechanics which were applied to concrete have been divided into two main classes. The one is the concept of linear elastic fracture mechanics and the other is the concept of elastic-plastic fracture mechanics. But it has been pointed out that there are many problems and irrationalities in applying the concept of linear elastic fracture mechanics to concrete. In this study, the J -integral method and the COD method mainly used in the analysis of nonlinear fracture mechanics, were introduced and the three point bending test was carried out for investigating the effects of the variation of the maximum aggregate size and notch depth on the fracture behavior and the crack growth of concrete, and the relationships of fracture energy and crack opening displacement. According to the results of this study the more the maximum aggregate size and the notch depth increased, the more the nonlinearity of load-deflection behavior was remarkable. The increase of the coarse aggregate size created the more ductility of concrete. Thus concrete showed the more stable fracture. As for the path of the crack growth, the more the coarse aggregate size increased, the more it was irregulary deviated from the straight line but it was not almost affected by the variation of the notch depth. Also, the fracture energy increased according as the coarse aggregate size increased and the notch depth decreased.

  • 공기 양수 펌프는 재생 에너지 분야, 부식 및 마모 특성의 유체의 활용 등 높은 신뢰성과 낮은 유지보수 비용을 필요로 하는 분야에서 그 사용이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소형 공기 양수 펌프의 성능 평가 및 기초 데이터를 얻기 위한 연구로, D=0.012~0.019m, L=0.933m인 배관의 침수 깊이(${\beta}$=0.55,0.60,0.65,0.70)에 따른 수치해석을 수행하였다. 수치 해석 및 실험 결과는 유사성을 뛰었으며, 펌프의 사양과 효율은 공기의 질량 유속 비, 침수 깊이 비와 양수 배관의 길이에 관한 함수로 나타났다. 그리고 최대 물과 공기 질량 유속의 비는 각 배관에서 서로 다른 침수 깊이의 비로 나타났으며, 공기 양수 펌프의 최대 효율이 발생되는 운전조건은 슬러그(slug)와 슬러그 교반 정도(slug-churn flow regime)에 따라 나타남을 알 수 있었다.

Evaluation of pre-developed seismic fragility models of bored tunnels (기 개발된 굴착식 터널의 지진취약도 모델 적용성 평가)

  • This study analyzed the seismic fragility of bored tunnels based on their surrounding conditions and suggested a representative seismic fragility model. By analyzing the existed seismic fragility models developed for bored tunnels, we developed weighted combination models for each surrounding conditions, such as ground conditions and depth of the tunnel. The seismic fragility curves use the peak ground acceleration (PGA) as a parameter. When the PGA was 0.3 g, the probability of damage exceeding minor or slight damage was 20% for depth of 50 m or less, 10% for depth between 50 m and 100 m, and 3% for depth of 100 m or more. It was also found that the probability of damage was higher for the same PGA and depth when the surrounding ground was rock rather than soil. The probability of damage decreases as the depth increase. This study is expected to be used for developing a comprehensive seismic fragility function for tunnels in the future.

Depth Video Coding Method for Spherical Object (구형 객체의 깊이 영상 부호화 방법)

  • In this paper, we propose a method of depth video coding to find the closest sphere through the depth information when the spherical object is captured. We find the closest sphere to the captured spherical object using method of least squares in each block. Then, we estimate the depth value through the found sphere and encode the depth video through difference between the measured depth values and the estimated depth values. Also, we encode factors of the estimated sphere with encoded pixels within the block. The proposed method improves the coding efficiency up to 81% compared to the conventional DPCM method.

Kinect depth map enhancement using boundary flickering compensation (경계 흔들림 보정을 이용한 키넥트 깊이 영상의 품질 향상 기법)

  • 본 논문에서는 키넥트(Kinect)에서 획득한 깊이 영상의 품질을 향상시키는 기법을 제안한다. 키넥트는 마이크로소프트사에서 출시한 카메라로 깊이 영상과 컬러 영상을 획득 할 수 있다. 하지만 적외선 패턴을 이용한 깊이 영상의 획득 방법의 한계로 인해 객체의 경계 주변으로 홀 및 잡음이 생긴다. 따라서 정확한 깊이 영상을 얻기 위해서는 깊이 영상의 품질 향상이 필수적이다. 일반적으로 깊이 영상의 홀을 채울 때, 인페인팅(inpainting) 또는 결합형 양방향 필터(joint bilateral filter) 등의 기법을 사용한다. 그러나 이러한 기법들의 경우 한 장의 영상만을 이용하기 때문에 객체 경계 주변의 흔들림 현상을 보정할 수 없다. 제안하는 기법에서는 먼저 수행속도가 빠른 가우시안 필터를 이용하여 경계 주변의 홀을 채운다. 이전 프레임의 컬러 영상을 그레이 영상으로 변환한 다음에 그레이 영상과 깊이 영상의 값의 변화를 분석하여 흔들림 화소를 찾아 이전 깊이 영상들 중 최대 화소 값으로 변환함으로써 깊이 영상의 경계 흔들림 현상을 줄일 수 있다. 실험을 통해 제안하는 기법이 기존의 방법들 보다 우수하다는 것을 확인하였다.

Testing for the Effect of Groove Depths on the Rotordynamic Coefficients and Leakage of Circumferentially-Grooved Seals (Circumferentially-Grooved Seal의 동특성 계수 및 누설량에 미치는 Groove 깊이의 영향에 관한 실험)

  • 서로 다른 그루브 깊이를 갖는 circumferentially-grooved 씨일들의 동특성 계수 및 누설량에 대한 실험결과를 분석하였다. 실험된 결과를 분석해 보면, 그루브 깊이가 증가함에 따라, 누설량이 서서히 증가함을 알수 있다. Smooth 씨일 및 damper 씨일과 비교할때, smooth 씨일은 최대의 direct stiffness를 가지며, 평균 씨일 간극의 증가함에 따라 direct stiffness가 감소한다. Effective damping에 있어서, circumferentially-grooved 씨일은 최소의 값을 가지는 반면, 누설량은 가장 적다. 이론과의 실험치 비교는 일반적으로 만족할만한 결과를 보인다.
