In the knowledge and information society, computer education for elementary school is very important. When students are young, they use digital devices. In these days, computer education is software education has attracted only focused on software education curriculum and courses are being made. A software education must be included the education of a computer system. In this study, at least what the computer was designed and built from the elementary curriculum about whether that is how the computer operates. Not made from first grade to sixth grade to grade-level system it made the students of level 7 step system. This is a flexible strategy for education in the school or grade level requirements. This study is meant to argue that the need to be a computer system from elementary education.

The "Information and Communication Technology Education Guidelines" was revised in December, 2005. However, students are still not taught the contents in the "Information and Communication Technology Education Guidelines Rev." and are not taught the contents in the "Understanding of the Information Processing" area among them in particular. Therefore, we analyzed the contents in the "Understanding of the Information Processing" area of the elementary ICT textbooks published on and after June 2006. In the result, the contents of many textbooks are not based on the "Information and Communication Technology Education Revised Guidelines" and programming languages using elementary school are too many. The revision of the elementary ICT textbooks must be settled without delay and the certification systems of elementary ICT textbooks must be improved.

7차교육과정에서의 초등 컴퓨터교육은 재량활동시간 또는 특별활동시간에 단순한 응용프로그램(워드프로세서, 엑셀, 파워포인트 등)을 활용하거나 인터넷을 이용한 정보검색 수준이다. 따라서, 문제해결 능력이나 논리적 사고력을 향상시키는데는 미흡하다. 인지능력이 뛰어난 초등학교 5, 6학년에는 이러한 컴퓨터 활용방법 교육보다 컴퓨터 기초원리 또는 프로그래밍교육이 필요하다. 본 논문은 프로그래밍교육을 재량 특별활동 시간에 학년별(5, 6학년) 또는 통합학년으로 학습할 수 있게 프로그래밍교육과정 60차시 분을 개발하여 제안하였다. 개발한 교육과정은 교수 및 학습자의 요구사항을 최대한 반영하기 위해 설문조사 등을 통해 얻은 기초자료를 참조하였다. 제안한 교육과정이 초등학교 5, 6학년에 적합하고 우수한지를 검토하기 위해 일부 차시의 교육과정으로 5, 6학년을 대상으로 재량활동시간에 직접 교수 학습한 후 자기평가, 설문조사를 실시하였다. 결과로 제안한 교육과정이 적합성과 우수성이 있다고 판단되었다.

In the past society, it was possible for parents to provide career guidance at home and career education without professional education courses and knowledge about career education at school since the simple job and the slow pace of social change. However, in modern society, the profession itself becomes complicated, and professional functions and knowledge are required in the profession, and the job world is changed and also a lot of jobs will disappear. This change has made it difficult to establish the value of work and then career education has become very important and urgent. In this paper we develop a career education app for elementary school students and then examine the pedagogical effect of career education app on career education. We applied our proposed course to an elementary school in Seoul. In the course, totally eight hours of classes were offered to the 5-6th graders of an elementary class. As a result, students who took part in the class have a better understanding of the job and also the satisfaction level of the course was also very high.

This study explores the possibility and development plan for science career education in the lower grades of elementary school. Accordingly, science career education programs were developed and applied. We investigated changes in perception and interest in science before and after the programs, and analyzed surveys, research journals, student worksheets, and interview records. Science career education programs for lower-grade elementary school students have a positive effect on the perception of scientists and science. Moreover, they influence students' interest in science. Lastly, students' perception of this program was positive and gave high marks to all parameters such as interest, participation, and understanding of the program.

The process for the information society centered on the internet supplied us a space of another life, cyber space. In the reality that the cyber space exercised its influence on the our society outstandingly, this researcher think that it needs to have to discuss about the cyber school in the elementary schools by making use of experience the soft landing of cyber university. This study suggested the model of cyber elementary school applicable to the elementary schools, and discussed with the operational plan by the model. Also, it examined the field teachers' opinions about the model classification and operation through the questionnaire, and analyzed the result. It was divided into the four sorts of cyber elementary schools like the school support type, school associated type, and independent type, and transitional period type. This study researched the concept by the model each, the object and purpose of major education, the operational system, curriculum and contents. As a result of collecting their opinions through the questionnaire, it is desirable to be operated as the transitional period type and the school support type in case of the introduction of cyber elementary schools in the present elementary schools.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a direction, contents, and method of essay education in the elementary school. The value of essay is getting weaker and weaker as a evaluation item of a university entrance examination. But there is a lot of educational value of essay itself yet. The essay goes beyond merely writing, as long as it displays one's sense of values and viewpoint of world. It is the highest intelligent ability that not is formated easily in short time. Starting a essay education at elementary school age is better than middle or high school age. when the students in a elementary school, they have a little burden of studies. The elementary students can be educated to develop the power of philosophical thought focusing on the reading and discussing. The moral subject have to assign the essay education, because thinking faculty is very important ability in essay. This study consisted of three directions ; firstly, what is direction of elementary moral education for essay education? secondly, what is contents and method as a basis of essay education in the moral subject? thirdly, how does teach the concept analysis as a concrete essay education method? I suggested answers in the three aspects of moral education in the elementary school. The essay education is important as the result of moral education, philosophy education as contents, and discuss training as a method. And I applicated concretely contents of this study as a concept analysis method in class.

인터넷의 발전은 우리 교육계에 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 초고속 인터넷 서비스의 등장과 함께 인터넷 대역폭이 커지면서 작은 용량의 파일전송 위주에서 음악, 영상, 애니메이션 등의 대용량 서비스가 많아지는 추세에 따라 인터넷 홈페이지도 동영상을 위주로 서비스하는 곳이 급증하고 있다. 초등학교에서도 학교소개, 학교행사, 학생활동을 동영상으로 제공하여 활용도가 낮은 학교 홈페이지의 활용도를 높이고 학생들이 기획, 제작, 편집에 직접 참여하여 적성과 흥미를 키우며 생활 여건 때문에 학교행사에 참여하지 못하는 학부모들의 참여를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 학교 인터넷방송국을 구축을 통해 교육적 효과를 얻기 위하여 초등학교 인터넷 방송국 구축방안을 제시하였다.

교사들의 과학 교수 효능의 신념을 조사하고 이해하는 것은 과학 교수를 향상시키는데 가장 유력한 요소가 될 수 있음에도 불구하고, 이를 연구한 사례는 거의 없었다 본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 예비 교사들의 교사 양성 과정중 과학 교육 과목이 예비 교사들의 과학 교수 효능의 신념 즉, 자신의 과학 교수 효능감과 과학 교수 결과에 대한 기대감에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 서울교육대학교와 인천교육대학교에 재학중인 예비교사들이 한 학기동안의 과학 교육 과목을 마치고 나서 그들의 과학 교수 효능의 신념이 어느 정도 변화했는지를 측정하였으며, 이에 대한 결과를 t-test로 분석하였다. 연구의 결과로 미루어보아 예비 교사들이 학습한 과학 교육 과목은 그들의 과학 교수 효능감과 과학 교수 결과에 대한기대감을 모두 향상시켰다. 그러나 앞으로는 과학 교육 과목의 어떤 요소들이 그들의 신념을 변화시키는지 구체적으로 알기 위해 질적 연구와 함께 더욱 긴 기간 동안의 연구가 행해져야하며, 변화된 그들의 신념이 실제 초등학교 교사가 될 때까지 지속되는지를 조사하고, 지속될 수 있는 방법들이 연구되어야 할 것이다.

In this paper, we analyzed the link between school's educational information technology level and ict literacy level of students in elementary school. Specially we concerned about the link between principal's awareness of ict and ict literacy level of students. This ICT literacy levels were measured by sampling 1%(12,759 students) of the entire school year for elementary school 4-6. The educational information technology level of sample student's school was extracted from the Ministry of Education data. Then the two materials was analyzed in conjunction with each other. As a result, Higher recognize of principal, higher ict literacy level of students. That is sure in human realm. But that is difficult to conclude in ict infra and ict using realms. According to this result, it is more important to develop ability and awareness of teacher for ict than to support building of ict infra and using of ict. Therefore, we need to make a plan to develop ability and awareness of teacher for ict with building of ict infra.
