This study was intended to investigate the effects of shyness, which is regarded as one of the former and comprehensive factors of social anxiety disorder, on interpersonal relationship. Particularly, the relations among Social Skill Factor, Motivation Factor, and Shyness were examined in order to verify a conventional belief('the most shy people have both low social skill and high motivation.') 497 middle school students(231 males and 266 females) in seoul were administrated with Snyder's Self-Monitoring Scale and Shyness Scale, and Peer-Group Popularity was measure. The results are : 1) the lower social skill is and hight Motivations is the more he or she is shy. 2) influence of Social Skill Factor is greater than that of Motivation Factor. 3) interaction effect among sex, shyness, and peer-group popularity was found.

범세계적 환경에서 시스템 전체가 대응하는 단일조직으로 국제기업의 기본 틀을 유지하면 서 해외자회사를 효율적으로 통제하는 것은 국제기업의 의사결정과점에서 고려되어야 할 중요한 과제이다. 또한 한국기업의 국제화가 성숙되고 있는 현시점에서 볼 때 진출초기단계의 의사결정문제에서 벗어나 실행된 투자에 대한 사후 관리적 측면에 대한 연구의 필요성이 증 가하고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 한국기업 해외자회사를 대상으로 모-자회사간의 의 사결정과정에서 발생되는 자원준거요인, 상황요인, 해외직접투자 요인에 의한 전략적 통제문제에 관해 실증 분석하였다. 연구의 분석결과, 모회사와 해외자회사 내부자원의 상호의존성이 높으면 높을수록 해외자 회사에 대한 모회사의 전략적 통제는 높을 것이라는 가설검정결과, 고통제집단의 경우, 재무 마케팅 기술 국제경영능력으로 측정된 내부능력에 있어 모두 높은 정의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었고, 저통제집단의 경우 국제경영능력을 제외한 3개 부분에서는 상관관 계를 보이지 않아, 연구가설의 이론적 예상을 부분적으로 반영하고 있다. 둘째, 해외자회사의 과업환경의 불확실성이 높을수록 해외자회사에 대한 모회사의 전략적 통제는 낮을 것이라는 가설검증결과, 환경의 불확실성이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단 보다 인사 마케팅 생산 재무 등의 4개 부문 모두에서 상대적으로 모기업의 통제가 낮게 나타났지만 생산부문은 통계적으로도 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 과업환경의 불확실성이 높을수록 모회사의 전략적 통제는 낮다는 이론적 예상을 부분적으로 반영하고 있다. 셋째, 해외자회사의 소유지분과 전략적 통제사이에는 유의 적인 상관관계가 존재할 것이라 는 가설의 검증결과는, 마케팅 분야에서만 완전소유 자회사가 다수소유 자회사보다 모회사의 통제의 정도가 상대적으로 높은 것으로 나타났지만 통계적으로 유의하지 않게 나타났다.

Haemorrhagic ulcer in cultured snakehead(Chann0 argus) is widespread in Korea during the summer season. Round haemorrhagic ulcers as the main symptom of this epizootic disease can be found on the skin of the head. body, as well as fins of this fish. This study was conducted to investigate the pathology of this disease. First. Aeromonas veronii. the dominant species. was isolated from diseased snakeheads. Then this bacterium was injected into healthy snakeheads hypodermically. Such injection was found to induce haemorrhagic ulcers very similar to those observed in naturally infected fish. One or two days afier the injection, a red spot developed around the injection site. and grew bigger to from a red area. This enlarged area then developed into haemorrhagic ulcer, accompanied by substantial skin loss. Within five days. muscle necrosis proceeded to the extent that a perforation was made between the injection site and the opposite side. The fifty per cent lethal dosage was found to be $1\times10^{5}$CFU/0.25 ml by intraperitoneal injection. The results of this experiment lead us to conclude that Arromonas veronii is a major bacterium which causes haemorragic ulcer in cultured snakcheads.

The results from eight randomized controlled studies demonstrate that venlafaxine is effective in the treatment of hot flashes with tolerable adverse effects. Based on the results of the above studies, venlafaxine can be recommended for the treatment of hot flashes. However, there are limitations in the above studies. The inclusion criteria of 5 studies reviewed in this paper was breast cancer patients, so it's hard to apply the results to the general population in clinical practice. Also 5 studies had less than 100 subjects included, and 18-week study was the longest one among studies reviewed in this paper. Therefore, large and long-term clinical studies with the general population should be conducted to use venlafaxine for the treatment of hot flashes in clinical practice.

The main objective of this research is to build a behavior prediction model of gameplay for MMO (Massively Multiplayer Online) game using the GOMS analysis method. GOMS analysis is an observational approach to HCI(Human Computer Interaction) to model and predict behaviors of a human operator in a highly interactive task. In this research, a pilot experiment was previously conducted with three skilled gamers. The gamers were provided with the goals and operators through the user's guide book, and they found methods and selection rules while being observed. Based on the results obtained from the pilot study, this research was expanded and the model was further tested with 30 subjects (game experts). The new outcomes revealed that the relevance of GOMS analysis for predicting selection rules is 96.25% according to the degree of abstraction and 77.35% based on the degree of complexity. This research will provide game designers with a new testing mechanism in the early development stages, in order to improve the quality of the game product.

Currently, The Internet has been imported in many fields and it's development prompted accordingly. The field of education also has been developed as 'Learners Centered Environment' by combining the existing educational method, so called distance learning, with internet. Learners have become able to adopt the appropriate level of educational service anywhere and anytime they want. In this paper, we propose a EOD system based on SIP. The EOD system is a new conferencing type system in the distance learning field. Using SIP (Session Initial Protocol) for EOD system is more efficient than using H.323, also the more the number of its is increased, and as improvement of its QoS. The EOD system is scalable and provides conferencing service using SIP which suits with web environment. And, the EOD system supports multicast efficiently to utilize bandwidth of networks.

Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is a wireless network consisting of spatially distributed autonomous devices, using sensors to cooperatively monitor physical or environmental conditions. WSNs face the critical challenge of sustaining long-term operation on limited battery energy. Coverage maintenance has been proposed as a promising approach to prolong network lifetime. Mobile sensors equipped with communication devices can be leveraged to overcome the coverage problem. In this paper, we propose a stepwise movement scheme using perimeter coverage property for the coverage maintenance problem. In our scheme, each sensor monitors neighboring dead nodes, determines vulnerable node (i.e. dead node which makes uncovered area), computes the center of uncovered area HC, and makes a coordinated stepwise movement to compensate the uncovered area. In our experimental results, our scheme shows at least 50 % decrease in the total moving distance which determines the energy efficiency of mobile sensor.

In this paper, we propose an efficient method for locating destination address block on both of machine-Printed and handwritten Korean mail piece images. The proposed method extracts connected components from the binary mail piece image, generates text lines by merging them, and then groups the text fines into nine clusters. The destination address block is determined by selecting some clusters. Considering the geometric characteristics of address information on Korean mail piece, we split a mail piece image into nine areas with an equal size. The nine clusters are initialized with the center coordinate of each area. A modified Manhattan distance function is used to compute the distance between text lines and clusters. We modified the distance function on which the aspect ratio of mail piece could be reflected. The experiment done with live Korean mail piece images has demonstrated the superiority of the Proposed method. The success rate for 1, 988 testing images was about 93.56%.

The first purpose of this paper is to design brand logo sign analysis frame, 'SCoL'(Analysis frame of signification and communication for the brand logo). It has semiotic view and communication function. And the second is to prove propriety of the suggested frame by application to social media brand logos. The SCoL frame is based on 4 features of logo sigh to have analytic consistency. Also, it covers whole semiological process with index, icon, symbol as signification understanding and reach communication step with Jakobson's theory. As the results, the findings are follow; The SCoL frame can be useful to get comprehensive semiotic understandings and communication functions about logo signs. The social media brands build their own meaning area with logo signs and they depend on different communication function.

The entrepreneurship education for promoting the entrepreneurship is(has been) rapidly proceeded in recent year. In spite of increasing importance of entrepreneurs for successful new venture creation, structured educational programs for entrepreneur development are very limited in Korea. This paper is to develop the new entrepreneurship education in universities and graduate schools. For this entrepreneurship education program development, the survey is designed to Babson College which is voted "The Entrepreneurship Education's Best College" by US News & World report thirteen years in a row. Program development model of entrepreneurship education indicates an entrepreneurship education model, a subject model and a curriculum model through the analysis of a syllabus, the interviews with students, a fieldwork. Based on these literature review was organized research papers, documentary records, small and medium business administration research data. And program designing and implementing stage was composed of analyzing each subject of plan and education training, interviewing with Babson College's students. And observing the field. In addition, the tool of analyzing was collected a course in entrepreneurship education, related matters, a learned society, a research institute at Babson College and some books on pedagogics.
