The market of webtoon is expanding and the main users' acceptance environment of webtoon is changing from web to mobile. Among this phenomena, platform companies combined various digital technologies and a new user interface to the webtoon. The major directions of change in webtoon are applying multimedia effects and actualize the optimized form for the mobile environment represented by a smartphone. This study defined these types of webtoon as 'Webtoon 2.0' and built a separate concept from 'Webtoon 1.0' which means the early form of webtoon. Through this, we propose a new standard in classifying various types of cartoons that are sporadically serviced to users. Also, through experiments with users, we checked the current status of webtoon 2.0 and webtoon 1.0 by quantitatively measuring and analyzing the degree of user satisfaction with the current webtoon. Through this, this study suggest technical and aesthetic development application of Korean webtoon which is available to platform operators, writers and users.

Despite the early success story, the pan-industry diffusion of big data has been slow mostly due to lack of confidence of the value creation and privacy-related concerns. The problem leads us to the need to a stakeholder analysis on the adoption process of big data. The present study combines technology acceptance model, task-technology fit theory, and privacy calculus theory to integrate the positive and negative factors on the big data adoption. The empirical analysis was performed based on the survey from the current and potential big data users. Results revealed perceived usefulness, task-technology fit, and privacy concern are significant antecedents to the intention to use big data. Furthermore, there are significant differences in the perceptions of each constructs among groups divided by the types of big data use, with several exceptions. And the control effect was found in the magnitude of the relation between independent variables and dependent variable. The theoretical and politic implications of the analysis are discussed as to the promotion of big data industry.

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether group III muscle afferents play an important role eliciting abnormal blood pressure response mediated during passive muscle stretch in prehypertensive individuals. Eleven middle-aged prehypertensive men (average BP 133/80 mmHg) and nine middle-aged normotensive men (average BP 119/74 mmHg) participated in this study. After 1 min rest baseline data collection, the subject's foot was flexed (dorsiflexion) by an automated cybex for one minute. Systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), mean arterial blood pressure (MAP), heart rate, stroke volume, cardiac output, and total peripheral resistance were continuously measured on a beat-by-beat basis from a finger via a Finapres device for 1 minute. To evaluate the role of mechanoreflex, a component of exercise pressor reflex, SBP, DBP, and MAP responses over the course of time were examined. The results showed that the pressor response mediated by the muscle mechanoreflex was faster in prehypertensive individuals compared to the normotensive individuals. The substantial pressor response was observed within mean 20 sec of the onset of passive stretch in prehypertension, while mean 45 sec in normotension (p<0.05). It is concluded that excessive pressor response produced during exercise in prehypertension may be due to the dysfunction of the mechano-receptors.

Biodegradable polymers such as polylactide, polyglycolide and poly (lactide- co-glycolide) (PLGA) have been extensively investigated because of easily controlled drug release rate, completely degradable materials without the toxic by-product, and good biocompatibility. But, according to the bulk erosion property of PLGA in vitro test, it had the disadvantage that first-order release reduced releasing amount slowly after excessive initial burst. In this study we used PLGA powder obtained through recrystallization to revise bulk erosion property of PLGA. The PLGA used in this study was prepared by vacuum drying method and to estimate release profiles of BCNU loaded PLGA wafer. We also evaluated the release profile of drug with the water soluble additive. It was found that the drug loaded PLGA recrystallized by vacuum drying method exhibited the initial burst and the constant rate of drug release compared to that prepared by a conventional method.

AI voice speaker has played an important role in forming an early market and development for AI-based goods and service with growing attention from many people. In this context, this research examined factors affecting continuous intention of AI voice speaker based on the integrated adoption model, which combined two factors of perceived playfulness and innovation resistance with extended technology acceptance model. It was also examined whether three perceived anthropomorphic features(i.e., perceived rational support, perceived intimacy, perceived cognitive openness) have influences on continuous intention of AI voice speaker. The data was collected by an online-survey and were responses of those who are in their 20s and 30s and have experienced in using AI voice speaker. They were analyzed by using SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that all of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived playfulness and innovation resistance had significant influences on continuous intention of AI voice speaker. In addition, all of perceived rational support, perceived intimacy and perceived cognitive openness as perceived anthropomorphic features had significant influences on perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness. The implications of found results in this research was also discussed.

IMS(IP Multi-Media Subsystem) base on the IP service platform which can offer multimedia as the voice, audio, video, and data is service platform. In 3G mobile communication in the early day, IMS had a suggestion for supporting to multimedia service in the 3GPP. But now It is broadly substituting in the IPTV, wire phone company and it is substituted in internet platform base on the soft-switch in currently. Especially nowadays, 4G LTE in a mobile communication company is rapidly growing in market. Therefore, in this study, we had designed to the main prosser that can admit to 1,000 user over and SIP gateway which can link the IMS 코어 that can link SIP Device which adopt the standard protocol on the SIP.

본 논문은 TTA 에서 제정된 "HTML5 기반 스마트 TV 플랫폼" 표준(TTAK.KO-07.0111/R1)에 따라 개발되는 스마트 TV 수신기 앱이 표준의 기술 요구사항을 준수하여 적합하게 구현되고 있는지 검증할 수 있는 앱 검증 도구를 소개한다. 이 도구는 개발자에게 제공되는 통합개발환경에 포함되는 개발 툴의 하나로, 표준기반 스마트 TV 앱의 소스코드를 해석하고 의미를 분석하여, 표준의 기술 요구사항에 따라 정의된 검증 규격(Rule)을 준수하는지 검증해주는 역할을 한다. 도구의 기능범위는 JSLint, JSHint, ESLint 와 같은 기존 Open Source 기반 툴의 문법 검사 기능을 수용하고, 스마트 TV 플랫폼 특성에 따른 미지원 API, 확장 API 사용 및 웹 브라우저에서 지원되지 않는 기능에 대한 검증을 추가하였다. 스마트 TV 앱 개발자들은 이 도구를 사용하여 개발 비용이 적게 드는 초기 단계에 표준을 준수하는 앱을 구현 함으로서 TV 정합 시간을 줄일 수 있으며, 다른 디바이스나 플랫폼으로 앱을 이식하는 작업을 효율적, 경제적으로 할 수 있다.

The value engineering(VE) in construction projects is systematic method which improve quality as well as reduction input cost and as construction VE work extends the range of application, the importance is rising. For this reason studies are needed to enforce design value engineering work systemically and effectively. In this study, we analyzed the problem of the present construction VE processing and deduced the model to be most suitable the work efficiency. As suggested model reflects systemically requirement item of owner and user, it will make approaching direction and standard establishment possible. So it will increase the following function analysis in analyzing step and the effectiveness of creating idea and make successful VE result.

The aspects of pullulan production by Aureobasidium pullulans were investigated under various initial pH, carbon source and nitrogen source conditions. The resulting pullulan fermentation broths were analyzed by using GC, LC and GPC techniques. The maximum pullulan production was obtained in the culture medium containing 5% sucrose at pH 6, 28$^{\circ}C$ after 7 days of cultivation. Under the pH 3, pullulan was almost not produced although the total cell mass of A. pullulans was increased, and the case on using (NH4)SO4 as a nitrogen source, which usually cause the fermentation medium under pH 3, also gave the similar phenomena. Sucrose was believed to converted to trisaccharide and glucose extracellulary and polymerization of glucose was proceeded intracellulary.

양촌(陽村) 권근(權近)의 "서천견록(書淺見錄)"은 현존하는 가장 오래된 "서경(書經)"에 관한 최초의 주석서이자 성리학 수용초기의 조선 유학자들의 경전에 대한 인식과 태도를 엿볼 수 있는 소중한 자료이다. "서천견록(書淺見錄)"에서 피력하고 있는 "서경(書經)"의 전체(全體)와 대용(大用)인 '흠(欽)'과 '중(中)'의 규정은 권근이 "서경(書經)"을 바라보는 강령(綱領)이자 오경(五經)전체의 대강(大綱)이다. 이러한 대전제는 성리학의 핵심을 파악하고 이해를 구하려는 학문적 태도와 연관이 있다. 총 32조목으로 구성된 "서천견록(書淺見錄)"은 각 조목이 통일된 형식을 가지고 있지는 않지만, 대체로 "서집전(書集傳)"의 내용을 바탕으로 경문(經文)과 채주(蔡注), 그리고 권근 자신의 의견 등 3가지 요소로 구성되어 있다. 내용적으로는 "우하서(虞夏書)"의 내용이 많은 부분을 차지하고 있으며, 권근 자신이 "서경(書經)"의 전체(全體)라고 파악한 "흠(欽)"에 대한 내용, 채주(蔡注)를 완전히 긍정하기보다는 채주(蔡注)와는 다른 견해를 인정하려는 태도 그리고 송원(宋元)의 제가(諸家)들의 학설에 대한 비판 등도 눈에 띈다. 권근은 "서천견록(書淺見錄)"에서 "서집전(書集傳)"이외의 다른 경전(經傳)과 원대(元代)이전부터 축적된 "서경(書經)"관련 저서들과 주자서(朱子書) 등을 활용한 폭넓은 지식의 폭을 보여 주고 있으며, 과감하게도 "서집전(書集傳)"의 내용과 다른 소견을 밝히는 부분이 의외로 많다는 점이 "입학도설(入學圖說)" 등에서 보이는 독창적인 성리학의 접근이라고 평할 수 있다.
