Early stages of technology valuation have been often overlooked or under-represented. The early stage technologies are even riskier due to their inadequacy of commercial development and market applicability. More than 95% of patents fail to earn any revenues so that the majority of patents were valueless. Technology transfers from laboratories at universities and research institutes to industrial firms have increased to acquire value from invented technologies. Technology transfer, a process of transferring discoveries and innovations resulted from research to commercial sectors, typically comprises several steps: disclosing the discoveries and innovations, i.e., intellectual property (IP), evaluating the IP's economic prospects, securing a patent, copyright or trademark for the IP, commercializing the technology through licensing, forming a joint venture, or selling. At each of those stages in the research and development of technology, the value of technology would play a very important role of making decision on the movement toward the next step, however, the financial value of technology is not easy to determine due to a great amount of uncertainty in the course of research and development, and commercialization. This paper refers to technology embodied as devices, equipment, software or processes primarily developed at public research institutions such as universities. Sometimes it is also as the result of externally financed projects contracted with industry. Nearly always technology developed at public research entities results in laboratory prototypes. When it is required to define the technology transfer contract terms for the license of the university patrimonial rights to external funding companies or other interested parties, a question arises: what is the monetary value? In this paper, we present a method for technology valuation based on the identification of specific value points related to its development. The final technology value must be within previously defined value limits. This paper consists of the review of issues related to technology transfer and commercialization, the identification of characteristics of technologies in the early stage of technology development, the formulation of framework of methods to value the early stage technologies, and the conclusion and implication of the previous review.

본 논문에서는 IT 벤처 창업 기업이 창업 초기 단계를 지나 성공적으로 성장 단계에 진입 할 수 있는 성공 요인에 대해, 사례 연구에 의한 탐색 연구를 통하여 어떤 요인들이 실증적으로 존재하며 이들의 특질이 어떠하고, 이 특질들이 창업기의 벤처 기업에 어떠한 영향을 미치게 되는지에 고찰해 보고자 한다. 또한 IT 벤처 기업의 창업 성공 요인으로서 고찰해 보는 여러 특질들의 유형을 분석하여 이들을 창업자와 창업팀 등의 내부적인 요소와 관련된 부분들과 외부적 요소와 관련된 부분들 그리고 성장 단계의 특질과 관련된 요소들로 분류하고 이 요소들 중 초기 단계의 연구개발 기업의 경우 성공적인 창업단계에 이를 수 있는 주요한 요소들의 특성과 성공적인 창업 단계로의 발전과의 상관, 인과 관계를 연구, 고찰해 보며 주요한 요소들 각각의 상관관계를 연구하여 이를 토대로 초기 단계의 연구 개발 창업 기업에 있어서 성공적인 창업 단계로의 발전에 대한 주요 성공 요인을 해외에서의 창업 성공 요인에 대한 비교 연구와 국내의 사례에 대한 연구를 통하여 고찰하여보고자 한다.

최근 디지털 기술의 발전으로 인해 콘텐츠 제작자들은 텍스트, 오디오, 비디오 등의 콘텐츠를 고품질의 디지털 형태로 제작할 수 있게 되었다. 또한 인터넷 확산과 통신 기술의 발전은 컴퓨터 간의 상호 연결성을 증대시켜 디지털 콘텐츠를 쉽게 전파할 수 있게 되면서 디지털 콘텐츠 수요가 급격히 증가하고 있다. 소프트웨어의 품질은 생명주기 초기 단계가 좌우하며 초기 단계의 문제점이 수정되지 않으면 단계가 진행됨에 따라 또 다른 문제점을 야기하며 갈수록 오류 수정 및 보완이 곤란해진다. 본 연구에서는 디지털저작권관리 소프트웨어의 분석단계 품질평가 방법을 구축하였으며 이를 활용함으로써 국내 디지털저작권관리 소프트웨어 품질인식을 제고하고 개발 기술 및 품질 향상에 기여할 것이다.

연구개발 자원을 활용하여 창업하는 경우 초기 연구개발에 대한 투자가 선행되어야 하며 이에 따라 물적, 인적 자원 등의 투입 여부, 규모와 시기, 방법의 적절성 등이 성공적인 창업 단계로 발전 할 수 있는 중요한 요소라 할 수 있다. 또한 세계적인 기술의 흐름과 시장의 흐름을 파악하여 시장을 선도할 수 있는 제품과 서비스의 개발이 이루어져야 창업 단계로의 성공적인 발전에 대한 확률이 높아 질 수 있을 것이다. 이 밖에도 관련 있는 여러 요소가 있을 수 있다고 가정한다면, 이 여러 가지 요인들 중 초기 단계의 연구개발 기업의 경우 성공적인 창업단계에 이를 수 있는 주요한 요소들의 특성과 외부의 환경적인 영향이라 할 수 있는 변수들은 무엇이며 각 요소 및 변수들의 성공적인 창업 단계로의 발전과의 상관, 인과 관계를 연구, 고찰해 보며 주요한 요소들 각각의 상관관계를 연구하여 이를 토대로 초기 단계의 연구개발 창업 기업에 있어서 성공적인 창업 단계로의 발전에 대한 주요 성공 요인을 해외에서의 창업 성공 요인에 대한 비교 연구와 국내의 사례에 대한 연구를 통하여 고찰하여보고자 한다.

The Cost of Engineering is composed of the $3{\~}5{\%}$ of total cost of construction. It is important the role of engineering in the first stage of the business. But, it was not more the technical level of domestic design stage than advanced state. Expecially, it was because of the cognition lack and unreliable results about technical development. The result of that, it was lacking to the draw results of foreign countries. And it was to waste national budget through overlapped adopting of similar technologies from abroad that few projects are performed as their original plan. Therefore, the research is proposed to the intensification plan of technical competitive strength in domestic construction engineering company to cope with the change of economic environment.

본 연구는 국내에 벤처 창업 자금이 많이 제공되나 실제로 스타트업이 투자 유치에 어려움을 겪고 있는 초기투자의 딜레마 문제를 연구하였다. 기술기반 스타트업은 새로운 제품과 서비스를 제공하는 신규 시장을 형성하면서 일자리와 고부가가치를 창출한다는 점에서 국민경제에서 역할이 매우 중요하다. 하지만 주요 선진국에 비해 국내에서는 초기 스타트업이 기술이전 후 창업으로 연계되지 못하는 경우가 많은 실정이다. 특히 최근에 국내 벤처창업 생태계에 정부 자금의 공급이 넘쳐나고 있음에도 불구하고 초기 단계 기업들은 자금 투자의 필요성을 역설하고 다수가 자기자본으로 시작하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 창업벤처 및 육성 지원책을 고찰하고, 국내 벤처캐피털 투자현황을 분석하여, 초기 단계 벤처기업에 대한 투자 활성화를 위해 투자 방식의 개선, 투자 주체의 확대, 그리고 투자 유형의 다변화를 제시하고자 하였다. 또한 벤처생태계의 초기투자 활성화를 위한 정책 수립에 필요한 조사와 방안을 제시하였다.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of cognitive-motor interaction-based instrument playing on the early social skills of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Nine children with ASD, averaging 5.6 years of age, participated in twelve individual sessions lasting 30 minutes each. The intervention comprised five stages: self-regulation, motivation to engage in social interaction, acceptance of a partner in co-playing activities, interpersonal coordination with a partner, and engagement in joint music playing. To evaluate changes in early social skills, joint attention and social interaction behaviors were observed, and the Social Responsiveness Scale (SRS-2) was administered pre- and post-intervention. Social synchronization was measured through a dyadic drum task, measuring synchronization accuracy, duration, and timing. Following the intervention, all nine children demonstrated increased early social behaviors, although there were no significant differences in SRS scores. Moreover, synchronized movement improved significantly in accuracy and maintained duration but not in reaction time. This study highlights the significance of recognizing the cognitive-motor interplay as crucial element in facilitating early social skills development in children with ASD.

To determine the initial configuration of the suspension bridge appropriate idealization model and analysis procedure are proposed as considering the boundary and loading conditions of stiffening girder during the erection. The construction stages of a suspension bridge are divided into two steps which are the first stage of the erection and the second stage of the completion in terms of the erection time of stiffening girders, and depending upon such an erection step the initial configuration analysis is classified the first configuration analysis and the revision analysis of the second configuration. The boundary and loading conditions and the analysis procedures for each stage are suggested and the results are verified by comparing with existing data. The results show that the proposed method provides better solution compared to the results using existing method.

건축디자인 초기단계에서 다이어그램은 아이디어 및 디자인 해결방안을 도출하기 위한 분석 도구로써 중요한 의미를 지닌다(Wang, 1999; Do, 1997). 이러한 다이어그램은 시각적 디자인 피드백을 가능하게 함으로써 건축디자인 실무 및 교육에서 필수적인 디자인 도구라고 할 수 있다 (Schon and Wiggins, 1992; Gross, 1996; Kurmann, 1998). 최근에 IT 기술이 건축분야에 적용됨에 따라, 건축가들의 전통적으로 고려되어 왔던 인간의 행동, 자연현상, 건축재료, 건축부재, 대지조건 외에 다양한 IT 기술과 관련된 정보를 분석하고 고려할 필요성을 가지게 되었다. 그러나 이러한 다양한 IT 기술은 건축적인 요소들과 접목되어 적용되기 때문에 건축가들은 디자인 초기단계부터 IT 기술의 접목이 가능한 디자인 도구를 필요로 하게 되었다. 즉, 이는 IT 정보와 공간정보와의 관계 및 적용을 건축가가 빠르게 이해하고 분석하고 이를 디자인에 반영할 수 있도록 도와주는 시각적 다이어그램 표출이 가능한 디자인 도구가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 IT 기술과 공간 정보의 다양한 형태의 관계를 나타내는 3 차원 버블 다이어그램을 이용한 계략 디자인 방법을 제안하고, 이를 기반으로 3 차원 버블 다이어그램을 지원하면서 건축 디자인 초기단계에 이용 가능한 디자인 도구를 개발한다. 본 연구에서 개발된 디자인 도구는 정보의 유형에 따라 다양하게 형태를 변화시킬 수 있는 노드(node)와 연결선(edge)로 구성되고, 저장된 특정 건축정보는 다이어그램으로 생성된 디자인 대안을 평가하는데 사용된다. 일종의 DSS(Decision Support System)인 본 시스템은 디자인 초기단계에서 3 차원 디자인 아이디어를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 다양한 디자인 대안을 빠르게 생성하고 이를 실시간으로 평가함으로써 디자인 효율성을 증가시킬 것이다. 본 시스템은 유비쿼터스 기술이 적용된 신도시에 생성될 통관관제센터 디자인에 실험적으로 적용되었다.
