The effect of experience factors of untact fashion·beauty performances on customer satisfaction through perceived value (비대면 패션·뷰티 공연의 체험요인이 지각된 가치를 매개로 고객만족에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is based on Pine and Gilmore's (1998) Experiential Economic Theory (4E's). This study mediates the perceived value of the experience factors (entertainment, aesthetic, deviant and educational experience) of Untact fashion and beauty performances. The impact on customer satisfaction was analyzed a total of 230 questionnaires were collected for visitors to the 15th Untact 'Asia Model Festival', which were successfully held in Seoul in 2020. The statistical analysis method used the SPSS 21.0 statistical program. As a result of the study, it was found that the experience factors had a significant effect on perceived value and customer satisfaction. In addition, perceived value was found to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and perceived value as a parameter was found to partially mediate the effect of experience factors on customer satisfaction. By studying the empirical analysis in this way, practical implications were presented and basic data that could be used for reference to related research were provided. However, future research should contribute to academic development through research on variables not covered in this research, and research on various untact performances should be continued.

A Study on the Effect of Experience Types of Experience Economic Theory on the Revisit Intention of Healing Agricultural Participants: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Satisfaction (체험경제이론의 체험유형이 치유농업참가자의 재방문의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 만족도의 매개효과 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify factors that are causal and intention to revisit healing agricultural facilities and to identify the relationship between factors. the effect of experience type was analyzed on revisit intention by using facility experience satisfaction as a meditator for healing agriculture participants. The sub-variables of experience types were divided into educational experience, devious experience, entertainment experience, and aesthetic experience. 259 questionnaires collected from the people who experienced healing agriculture programs in the whole country were used for empirical analysis. The PROCESS macro v3.4 and SPSS v22.0 were used to analyze based on the singular simple mediation model which contains a single mediator. First, all types of experience had a positive (+) effect on satisfaction. Second, satisfaction had a positive (+) effect on revisit intention independently of experience type. Third, all types of experience had a positive (+) effect on revisit intention. Fourth, satisfaction mediated between experience type and revisit intention except for deviating experience among experience types. As a follow-up study, it is necessary to study for the adjustment of mediators other than the mediator introduced in the study or the controlled mediated analysis through the conditional process model in which the moderator variable is introduced.

The Influence of Experiential Marketing for the Agricultural 6th Industry on the Revisit Intention (농업6차산업 체험 마케팅이 재방문의도에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, we intend to test whether experience variables such as sense, feel, think, relate, and action experiential activities of farming village can be usefully applied to revisit intention. As a result, we found that the sense, relate, and action experiences were adopted, while the feel and think variables were rejected, leading to the conclusion that Schmitt's (1999) experiential marketing theory was also applied to 6th industry experience marketing activities in rural areas. Therefore, the significant effect of rural experience activities on revisiting intention is thought to be related to the fact that they stimulated sensitivities by drawing attention and interest of consumers during the 6th industrial experience configuration, and to the environmental facilities connected to the experience site. The Feel experience has been rejected due to limitation of development of emotional element from the 6th industry certification business experience program, leading to the necessicity for development of a program that can stimulate the consumer's emotions. The reason why the Think experience was rejected is that the experience of the rural area 6th industry did not create surprises or curiosity, and thus does not meet the expectations of consumers. In case of relational experience, experiential marketing through social organizational relationship formation is expanding, and in case of behavioral experience, experience of 6th industry constitutes experience related to interaction with others and lifestyle.

  • 최근 국내외적으로 SW 교육에 대한 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 사회적 변화에 따라 올해 중학교에서 SW 교육을 시작으로 2019년부터는 초등학교, 고등학교에서도 SW 교육이 시작될 예정이다. 앞으로 SW 교육의 성공적인 안착을 위해서 컴퓨터교육 이전의 세대인 학부모에게도 SW 교육의 이해를 위한 적합한 교육이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 2015년 개정 정보과교육과정을 기반으로 학부모를 위한 체험 프로그램을 제시하고 평가한다. 제안된 프로그램의 이론수업은 새로운 교육과정의 SW 교육에 대한 정보를 제공하며, 실기수업은 컴퓨팅 사고력(Computational Thinking)을 기반으로 문제 해결을 체험하도록 구성된다. 제안된 체험 프로그램을 통하여 학부모는 정보과교육과정과 컴퓨팅 사고력을 이해하였고 SW 교육에 대한 긍정적인 반응이 증가되었다.

  • This research examines classification of rural experience tourism villages and case study of 4 villages in Gyeonggi Province through theoretical studies on residents' participation and roles as the subject of regional development in the perspectives of place assets. The four types classified are as follows: 1) community systemization, 2) individual systemization, 3) community integration, and 4) individual integration. In order to achieve type of community integration, we pay attention to get more interests in intensifying the community systemization and further alternative approaches to rural tourism villages.

  • With the advent of experience era, the user experience has attracted much attention in all walks of life. And the importance of user experience emphasize began to be emphasized. It analyzed the interfering factors of user experience of smart phone medical APP, and evaluated their relative importance. Then it made suggestions on the priority of medical APP development and provided reference for medical APP design optimization and service quality improvement. First of all, based on the related research about user experience theory, smartphone APP user experience and mobile medical APP, it summarized the user experience elements of smartphone medical APP. Secondly, 200 subjects in the 20-40 age group who chose smartphone download experience and used medical APP were surveyed to rate the effect of 18 factors. The results show that the factors such as product resources, medical advertising recommendations, doctor-patient interaction, emotional pleasure, easy to learn, and other factors have a significant impact on users' good experience when using app.

  • Recently, our interests are growing up the local food with global food's internationalization. Our interest about local food is increasing with agricultural crises and food safety. And this research will study how the local food cultural experience effect to local food's customer satisfaction and customer royalty. This study analyze customer who experienced the local food cultural experience. And we follow Pine & Gilmore's theory. They proposed the experience economic theory, which proposed 5 factors to analyze customer. Those are educational experience, emotional experience, entertaining experience, escaping experience, and physical experience. We select two factors, which are entertaining experience and physical experience. And we will study the customer satisfaction and royalty of the perceived customer by the two experienced factors. Especially, we analyze the local food policy, cultural factors related with local food, and customer's perceived value effect, and then, we will figure out the correlations among factors, propose the policy implications related with local food cultural experience and economic value creations of rural economy.

Effect of Career Experiential Learning and Parental Support on Career Maturity of High School Students (고등학생의 진로체험 유형과 부모지지가 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of career experiential learning and parental support on career maturity of high school students. The number of subjects for this study was 290 high school students. The results are as follows. First, the effects of attitude in career maturity were higher for students with communication, field trip and visiting, and field experience in career experiential learning. However, career planning did not have any correlation with field experience types of attitude in career maturity. The effect of competency in career maturity was positively correlated with student experience with theory, communication, and field trip and visiting in career experiential learning. Second, parental support showed a significant positive correlation with all factors of career maturity. Third, results identify career maturity impacts on career experiential learning. The types of communication as well as field trip and visiting significantly affected all components of career maturity. The type of theory was a factor affecting competency. In addition, the results reveal the impact of parental support on the career maturity. Emotional support had a significant influence on all factors for career maturity, except for career exploration. Informative support was found to have a significant influence on career planning, career independency and career exploration. Financial support had a significant influence on occupational attitude, career independency and career exploration.

미리 보는 상대성이론 100주년 기념 전시회

  • 1905년은 아인슈타인의 일생 가운데 가장 생산적인 해였다. 그는 그 해에 특수 상대론, 광전효과, 브라운 운동 및 E=mc² 등 네편의 주옥같은 논문을 발표했다. 한국물리학회와 과학문화진흥회는 이를 기념하기 위하여 2005년 7월 1일부터 2006년 2월말 까지 창경원 옆에 있는 서울 과학관에서 아인슈타인 100주년 기념 전시회를 갖는다. 전시회는 1)아인슈타인의 생애 2)시간과 공간 3)빛, 파동 및 물질 4)아인슈타인의 우주 5)아인슈타인과 예술 등 다섯 가지 주제를 체험위주로 기획하고 있다. 관람객들이 특수 상대론을 설명이 아니라 체험함으로써 일상생활에서는 어떻게 이용되고 있는가를 알도록 전시장을 꾸미고 있다. 각 주제별로 그 내용을 스케치해본다.
