  • 기존의 안전교육 교수방법은 강의 방식으로 전달하고 있어 근로자의 참여를 이끌어내는데 한계점이 있으며, 불안전한 행동에 의한 안전사고를 예방하기 위해서는 스마트 체험식 안전교육으로 패러다임을 전환할 필요성이 있다. [연구배경/목적]:스마트 체험식 안전교육은 건설현장에서 근로자들이 보다 더 빠르게 위험을 인지하고 여기에 맞는 안전작업 이행과 위험발생 시 응급대처 능력 등을 향상시키므로 사전사후 학습전이의 효과성을 검정할 수 있다. 이러한 관점에서 안전사고를 예방하기 위한 본 연구는 안전교육의 체험학습방법과 참여방법, 교육콘텐츠 접근방법을 통하여 근로자의 안전행동 유도와 불안전행동 감소에 미치는 영향검증이 목적이다. [연구방향/범위]:실제 건설현장과 동일하게 작업환경을 구성해 놓은 스마트 체험식 안전교육시설에서 추락체험, 낙하물체험, 장비협착체험, 화재, 감전재해 등의 실제 사고를 체험해 볼 수 있도록 만들어진 체험학습 방법과 가상(VR, AR, 메타버스)공간에서 간접경험 할 수 있는 참여방법을 다룰 것이다. 그리고 안전체험교육 사전사후의 분석을 통하여 안전 학습전이 성과를 분석한다. [연구 분석방법]:연구의 주요 변인으로는 Human-Error, 안전행동요인, 불안전행동요인, 위험감수성, 조직특성, 조직의 안전문화, 조직의 역량, 안전교육특성, 교육콘텐츠 변화가 사전사후 분석을 통하여 현장 작업 시 안전 학습전이의 효과성을 검정하였다.

The Effects of Screen Baseball Experience Factor on Pleasure, Experience Value and Quality of Life Based on Experience Economy Theory (체험경제이론을 적용한 스크린야구장 체험요인이 즐거움, 체험가치, 삶의 질에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of screen baseball experience factor on pleasrue, experience value and quality of life based on experience economy theory. To achieve the purpose of the study, 366 questionnaires who had experience visiting screen baseball were surveyed. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, Multiple regression analysis using SPSS ver 21.0. Results of this study are as follows, First, Experience factors (entertainment experience, escapist experience) were found to have a significant effect on the pleasure. Second, Experience factors(entertainment experience, escapist experience and aesthetic experience) were found to have a significant effect on the experience value. Third, Experience factors(entertainment experience, educational experience and escapist experience) were found to have a significant effect on the quality of life. Through these study results, this suggests that the experience factors of screen baseball users positively influence the pleasure, experience value and quality of life. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an experience factor reinforcement program and expand facilities in order to increase the pleasure, experience value, and quality of life of screen baseball users in the future.

A Study on the Effect of Experience Types of Experience Economic Theory on the Revisit Intention of Healing Agricultural Participants: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Satisfaction (체험경제이론의 체험유형이 치유농업참가자의 재방문의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 만족도의 매개효과 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify factors that are causal and intention to revisit healing agricultural facilities and to identify the relationship between factors. the effect of experience type was analyzed on revisit intention by using facility experience satisfaction as a meditator for healing agriculture participants. The sub-variables of experience types were divided into educational experience, devious experience, entertainment experience, and aesthetic experience. 259 questionnaires collected from the people who experienced healing agriculture programs in the whole country were used for empirical analysis. The PROCESS macro v3.4 and SPSS v22.0 were used to analyze based on the singular simple mediation model which contains a single mediator. First, all types of experience had a positive (+) effect on satisfaction. Second, satisfaction had a positive (+) effect on revisit intention independently of experience type. Third, all types of experience had a positive (+) effect on revisit intention. Fourth, satisfaction mediated between experience type and revisit intention except for deviating experience among experience types. As a follow-up study, it is necessary to study for the adjustment of mediators other than the mediator introduced in the study or the controlled mediated analysis through the conditional process model in which the moderator variable is introduced.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the BI elements of expression for four brand's experience spaces in Korea and propose a direction for improvements for such spaces. I started with the theoretical background of nowadays brand marketing and experiential BI elements through literature researches, and then researched the property of spatial expressions to analyze BI elements. Based on this research, I analyzed four domestic brand experience spaces. As a result, brand experience spaces must clearly express the brand image of the company through various contents and situations to effectively communicate and improve BI expressions. Also, they need long-term experience contents for sustained relationships rather than short-term experiences. I expect this study will be a good resource for BI expression research in brand experience spaces. I also believe that this study can guide other studies about BI expression in other fields.

Segmenting Ecotourism Village Visitors by Motivation (생태체험마을 방문 동기에 따른 시장세분화)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the motives of tourists who visited ecotourism villages in Korea. A self-administered survey was obtained from 254 visitors in six ecotourism villages. As for the motivations of ecotourism village visitors, four factors ('relaxation', 'adventure', 'experience natural' and 'family togetherness') were extracted. Three distinct segments were identified based on the motivation : multipurpose seekers (45.3%), relaxation seekers (34.6%), family togetherness seekers (20.1%). Socio-demographic characteristics and tourism behaviors of each segmentation were also analyzed. The findings should be of interest to practitioners of ecotourism village marketing and operation.

  • Ecotourism activity is a rapidly growing proportion of the tourism industry as a growing awareness of the natural environment. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of ecotourism village attributes on tourists' satisfaction focused on comparison of adults and children. For this study, an onsite survey was conducted to tourists of eight ecotourism villages. A total of 506 samples were collected and analyzed using SPSS 20.0. Through factor analysis, three dimensions of selection attribute were identified from 13 variables: 'program service', 'facility' and 'environment'. The multiple regression analysis was conducted to identify the factors effects of ecotourism village attributes on tourists' satisfaction. Whereas 'program service', 'facility' factors among ecotourism village attributes had positive effects on satisfaction in the adults group, 'program service', 'facility' and 'environment' were important factors for children. The study suggested that it was important for ecotourism village managers to develop effective marketing techniques that could have a lasting impact on customer retention.

  • The purpose of this study is to present the number of necessary facilities for the establishment of safety education facility for students through the analysis of situation and demand of safety experience education facilities so as to effectively implement safety education based on 7 standards of school safety education. 7 standards of school safety education and experience programs of the existing safety experience center were analyzed and the experience program was extracted based on the analysis. Based on the derived program, the experience space was set up, and the existing safety experience facility was analyzed accordingly. Based on this, the number of necessary facilities was suggested by using the calculation formula derived to estimate the scale of the facility expansion. This is the result of estimating the required number of facilities based on the 2015 school age population. In the long run, it is necessary to calculate the appropriate ratio by actually comparing the unit construction costs of the facilities and the vehicles. In consideration of this, it is necessary to plan for the long-term necessary facilities and vehicles for the construction plans.

  • In this research, the object is to analyze the impacts of the four dimensions of Marketing Mix in terms of product, price, place and promotion on store attitude and purchase intention. At the same time the mediating variables such as sense experience, feel experience and think experience in relationship among Marketing Mix and store attitude, customer experiences are also analyzed. The results show that the product, place, and promotion have significant effects on sense experience, feel experience and think experience. Another important finding is customer experiences such as sense experience, feel experience and think experience have significant effects on store attitude and purchase intention.

  • In this research, the object is to analysis the impact of the four dimensions of Marketing Mix, product, price, place and promotion on store attitude. At the same time as mediating factors of relationship between Marketing Mix and customer attitude, experience factors, such as sense experience, feel experience and think experience are also analyzed. The results show that the promotion has a significant effect on sense experience, and place also has a significant effect on sense experience, feel experience and think experience. Another important result is, experience factors, such as sense experience, feel experience and think experience have significant effect on store attitude.

  • 최근 국내외로 각광을 많이 받은 마케팅 개념 중 하나가 바로 체험마케팅이다. 특히 업계에서는 체험마케팅에 대한 많은 관심이 있었기에 체험마케팅의 여러 개념과 적용사례가 부각되고 있다. 본 글에서는 체험마케팅에 관련된 주요 오해가 무엇이고 그 실상이 또한 무엇인지 설명하고자 한다. 체험마케팅의 첫째 오해는 체험마케팅이 획기적인 개념이라는 것인데 사실 체험마케팅의 근원이 되는 소비자 반응의 계층, 감성 마케팅, 그리고 통합마케팅 등은 다른 선행 이론에서 잘 정립되었다. 하지만 체험마케팅의 공헌은 이처럼 분할된 여러 개념을 한 틀 속에 응용할 수 있게끔 체계화시켰다는 점이다. 둘째 오해는 체험마케팅의 뜻이 감각마케팅과 통용된다는 것이다. 체험마케팅의 유수 사례 중에는 오감마케팅만을 강조하는 경우가 많은데 성공적인 체험마케팅을 꾀하는 기업은 소비자의 전체적인 체험의 향상을 지향해야 한다. 셋째 오해는 체험마케팅이 감성마케팅만을 강조하고 이성적 마케팅을 간과한다는 생각이다. 체험마케팅은 실제로 소비자의 상황분석에 근거하여 이성과 감성적 마케팅을 둘 다 포괄하는 접근방식이다. 넷째 오해는 체험마케팅의 개념이 너무 추상적이어서 실무에는 큰 도움이 되지 않는다는 주장이다. 하지만 체험마케팅의 실무적인 프로세스를 충실히 따르면 여러 가지의 마케팅 및 조직상의 긍정효과가 나타난다.
