The Analysis of the Maison Margiela's Design Code -Focusing on the Checklist Method- (메종 마르지엘라의 디자인 코드 분석 -체크리스트법을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the role of deconstruction and creative destruction in Maison Margiela’s fashion design code, which has opened the door to a new wave of innovative design since 1988. Using a combination of theoretical analysis, precedent research, and a review of existing literature, five years of Maison Margiela's works (2010-2014) were evaluated. The analysis shows that Maison Margiela’s Design Code consists of the following key elements: Addition, Extension, Asymmetry, Elimination, Deconstruction, Complanation, and Inversion. Addition refers to act of attaching additional pieces of fabric or clothing on the existing piece. Extension refers to the act of extending the design elements, such as their position or features. Asymmetry means the irregular positioning of left-to right and front-to-back length and features. Deconstruction could be seen in intentionally frayed sleeves, open seams, and tears in the cloth. The element of Elimination was evident in the removal of key pieces of clothing such as a coat, pants, blouse, and a jacket. Complanation refers to the reversion to a two dimensional contemplation of the human form rather than the more obvious 3-dimensional form. Finally, Inversion was used by displaying an inner layer of clothing on the outside or exposing seams or zippers in a way that people are not accustomed to seeing. A Checklist and Manual Developed to Review Fire Safety Facilities' Compliance with Fire Safety Requirements for Apartment Buildings (공동주택 소방시설 적법성 검토를 위한 화재안전규정 체크리스트 및 매뉴얼 개발)

  • Recently, there is a growing need to review compliance with legal requirements to ensure fire safety as the number of fires caused by noncompliant fire safety facilities in high-rise buildings has increased. While there are a large number of apartment buildings in Korea, there is a lack of review on fire safety facilities' compliance with fire safety requirements. The reason for this lack of review despite apartment buildings causing deaths due to their structural features in the event of a fire, lies in the misinterpretation of legal provisions as the Building Act and the Fire Services Act are mixed up; a final inspection when fire safety facilities are unnecessarily installed or missing could result in significant losses in terms of finances and time. Therefore, this study developed a checklist that makes it possible to review mixed-up legal requirements for fire safety facilities simultaneously, and examined the importance and current level of each item through IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). Based on these results, this study intends to develop a manual that considers its applicability to construction practices and contribute to reducing construction companies' fire safety inspection risks.

Development of Standard Checklist for Safety Management of Toxic Gas facility in Domestic University Laboratory (국내 대학 실험실 독성가스 시설의 안전관리를 위한 표준 체크리스트 개발)

  • Toxic gases are managed by High Pressure Gas Safety Control Act. Toxic Gases are "31 designated species and each gas of which the permissible concentration($LC_{50}$) is equal to or less than 5000 ppm as defined in High Pressure Gas Safety Control Act.". Korean toxic gas usage in accordance with the growth of the electronic industry has increased explosively. The demand of toxic gas research in domestic university laboratories has grown together. But the research associated with toxic gas safety management in the domestic laboratory is nonexistent state. In this study, we identified weak points of toxic gas safety management through a survey of domestic university laboratory facilities. This paper presented toxic gas safety measures in order to overcome those weak points. Also this paper developed a standard checklist to improve and ensure safe management of toxic gas facility in accordance with the proposed measures. This research is to enforce safety management of toxic gas facilities in domestic university laboratory and it will provide safety guidelines for every laboratory.

  • 해체공사는 작업의 특성상 단기간에 이루어지며, 해체공사 현장에 투입되는 근로자는 일용직 근로자가 대부분으로 안전사고의 비율이 높다. 사업장 위험성 평가에 관한 지침에는 위험성 평가시 근로자를 참여토록 하고 있으나 해체현장의 특성상 근로자가 참여한다고 하여도 위험요소를 파악할 역량이 부족할 따름이다. 또한 기존의 해체공사 안전관리 매뉴얼은 구조안전성 확보를 위한 매뉴얼로 해체 근로자의 안전을 위한 매뉴얼은 없는 실정으로, 근로자의 안전을 확보하기 위한 위험성 평가 매뉴얼이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건설공사 안전관리 종합정보망(CSI)의 해체 및 철거공사의 사고사례를 분석하였으며, 해체 및 철거 사고시 발생한 주요 위험요소를 도출하여 작업 공종별로 유해·위험요인의 파악을 손 쉽게 할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 해체 현장 규모에 따라 대규모 현장은 빈도·강도법, 중·소규모 현장은 체크리스트법을 활용하여 위험성을 결정하고 감소대책을 수립할 수 있도록 매뉴얼을 구성하였다. 잔여 위험에 대해서는 관리카드를 만들어 해체공사 완료시까지 관리하도록 하였다.

One of the assesment method on product liability, Checklist is showed that It can be used not as an evaluation but as a development factor of company. Also, checklist that used a study could expect that assist the company of management structure as well as improvement of product safety.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop checklist and manual in order to control and manage military construction project in an environmentally friendly way during each stage in construction. The main contents of the study are as follows. 1) Checklists and manual are developed for reviewing the construction project in advance to meet environment codes and regulations during each stage of project. 2) Critical check points of environment management program focused on waste are identified. 3) A new construction paradigm in harmony with sound environment is established through the application of program for proactive waste control. The study also recommends that, as a future research, the development of a web-based manual be developed for more easy applications in general construction project.

  • 본 연구는 가전제품의 정보음을 평가할 수 있는 어휘 척도의 개발을 목적으로 행해졌다. 21명의 주부를 대상으로 8개의 주파수혼 정보음을 제시하여 각 정보음에 대해 30개의 형용사 쌍 체크리스트를 이용하여 5점 척도로 평가하게 하였다. 요인분석은 SPSS S/W를 이용하였고 요인추출 방법은 주성분법(principal component method)으로 하였으며 요인추출 갯수는 scree test와 최종요인구조의 심리적 해석에 기초하여 4개로 결정하였으며 해석의 용이성을 위하여 직교회전방법을 적용하였다. 가전제품의 경고음그룹 4개와 종료음그룹 4개로 구성된 주파수혼합 정보음의 적합성평가에 사용된 30개 형용사 쌍의 요인분석 결과, 4가지 요인구조로 가장 잘 설명할 수 있었으며, 첫 번째 요인은 긴박성 요인, 두 번째 요인은 명료성 요인, 세 번째 요인은 역능 요인, 네 번째 요인은 평가 요인으로 나타났다.

  • 관찰법은 학습과정에서 학생들이 알고 있는 것이 무엇이며, 할 수 없는 것은 무엇인지, 또 과제 수행의 다른 자극에 대해 어떠한 반응을 보이는지 파악할 수 있는 가장 보편적인 방법 중의 하나이다. 결국 학습 문제의 해결과정에서 일어나는 모든 학습활동을 기록함으로써, 각각의 학생들에 대한 성장을 파악하고 기록하여 이를 근거로 진보에 대한 적절하고 유용한 피드백을 제공하여 학생들의 학습활동을 활발하게 조장하고, 학생들의 진보를 관리할 수 있다. 그러나 관찰 결과를 모든 학생들을 대상으로 서술식으로 누가 기록하기에는 시공간적 제약으로 일선 교실 현장에서 적용하기란 어렵다. 따라서 그에 대한 대안적인 방법으로 관찰을 하면서 수행능력을 평가할 수 있는 체크리스트에 대해 알아보고, 실제 적용방안을 구안해보고자 한다.

한국에서의 건강영향평가 도입방안

  • 건강영향의 중요성에 대한 인식이 증가함에 따라, 본 연구는 건강영향평가의 최적 도입방안을 연구하는데 목적을 둔다. 한국의 지난 30년 동안 환경영향평가(EIA)를 수행하고 있다. EIA내의 스크리닝, 스코핑, 분석, 영향평가, 협의, 보고서 검토, 의사결정 및 모니터링 과정들은 HIA의 필수적인 부분이 될 것이다. 스크리닝 및 스코핑 과정은 아직 EIA내에 포함되어 있지는 않지만, 기존 EIA 과정내로 HIA를 통합하는 것은 한국에서 매우 효율적인 방안이 될 수 있다. 나아가, EIA내의 기존 공중-위생 항목을 보건 영향을 고려하기 위해 충분한 결정인지를 지닌 환경-보건항목으로 교체 및 확장하는 것이 바람직할 것이다. 한국의 경우, HIA의 초기 시행을 고려할 때 사회과학 및 심리학에 기초한 전향적 및 정량적 접근법이 보다 적합할 것이다. 본 연구에서는, 체크리스트와 툴키트가 개발되었으며, HLA의 적용 및 보급에 있어 매우 유효한 지침이 될 수 있을 것이다.
