연구개발 종합관리시스템 도입 사례

  • S사 연구소는 과제 차질율 감소와 과제 사업화율의 증대를 위해 기존 연구개발 프로세스의 분석을 통하여 신프로세스를 설계하였고 연구개발 업무에 대한 표준을 재정립하였다. 이를 바탕으로 1997년 9월 1일부터 과제 종합관리 시스템(SAP PS/DMS)을 전면 도입하여 적용하였다. 4년 6개월이 지난 현재 당시 도입된 신프로세스는 완전 정착단계에 있으며, 해외 연구소(유럽, 일본)를 포함한 Global R&D 체계를 구축하였다.

  • Recently, Korea has enacted the Framework Act on Product Safety to allow comprehensive control of product safety accidents. This is a government policy aiming to ensure product safety and customer protection by strengthening the obligation of producers. However, the framework has not yet been completed in Korea. Therefore, this paper deals with improvement assignments and directions by comparing the frameworks of applied in Korea and Japan for ensuring such production safety.

A Study on the Characteristics of Planning of Hwa-sung from the Point of Water System (수체계로 본 수원화성 건설의 계획적 특성에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to find out the construction process and planning characteristics of Suwon and Hwa-sung in 18th century from the point of water system. This study has an explanatory approach. The planning intents in the water system was driven out by analyzing various planning elements in relation to water system in the process of constructing Hwa-sung in 18th century. Using Entire Map of Hwa-sung, land registration map made in 1911 and topographic map of 1/10,000 scale made in 1917, water system and interpretation of spatial structure in Hwa-sung were analyzed. The results are as follows(Planning characteristics of the water system in Haw-sung in 18th century are as follows). Firstly, in determining the spatial structure and location of Hwa-sung, water system had an important role. Secondly, integrated drainage system was planned by the organization of natural and artificial water stream. Thirdly, the main street system and land use structure were planned in relation with water system. Fourthly, territoriality of main area was planned with water stream. Fifthly, ponds were constructed for flood control and they had important role as landscape elements. Sixthly, water stream was used as intentional BiBo element. As a result of the study, the weater system of Hwa-sung in 18th century was planned by the organization of natural and artificial water stream in relation with the location of new town and wide area's spatial structure, street system, land use structure, territoriality of main area, terriflood control, water quality protection, landscape, 비보 and urban daily life.

A Study on the Application Method of Munition's Quality Information based on Big Data (빅데이터 기반 군수품 품질정보 활용방안에 대한 연구)

  • Due to the expansion of data and technical progress in the military industry, it is important to extract meaningful information for assuring quality and making policies. The analysis of trends and decision making based on big data is helpful for increasing productivity in business and finding new business opportunities. We propose an application to collect reliable quality information for munitions and build a big data platform for using the accumulated information and numerical data. We verified the proposed platform using the Test Report Information Service (TRIS) system and suggest a method that utilizes unstructured and semi-structured data accumulated by TRIS. Thus, we expect that the proposed platform will help in building infrastructure for military data, making efficient strategies, and analyzing trends for assuring munitions quality.

Application of MODSIM Model for Construction and Analysis of Supply and Demand System (물수급체계 구축과 분석을 위한 MODSIM 모형의 적용성 검토)

  • 우리나라는 수자원장기종합계획과 유역종합치수계획의 수립을 통해 수자원의 개발, 안정적인 공급과 효율적인 배분, 홍수재해방지 등을 위한 많은 노력을 해왔다. 최근에는 수자원의 관리효율화, 체계적 통합적으로 시행하고자 수자원법을 제정하여 수자원 관리의 체계를 개편하였으며, 향후 지자체 중심의 정량적인 물수급평가를 통해 현실적인 결과와 대안을 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 기존의 용수공급능력 평가와 물수급계획은 시 군 중심의 용수수요량을 바탕으로 중권역 단위로 확장하고, K-WEAP(Korea-Water Evaluation And Planing System) 모형을 활용하여 용수수급전망을 제시하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한강 권역을 중심으로 기존 계획에서 활용한 K-WEAP과 국내 외 활용도가 높은 MODSIM(Modified SIMYLD)을 활용하여 각 모형에 대한 입력자료, 내부 계산 알고리즘 및 분석방법 등 모형의 적용성을 검토하여 중권역 기반의 물수급 분석 결과를 비교 하였으며, 향후 모형 적용 시 고려사항 및 발생 가능한 오류를 최소화 할 수 있도록 하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 기존 수자원장기종합계획에서 활용한 K-WEAP모형은 생 공 농업용수가 모두 동일우선순위이나, MODSIM모형에서는 수요지별 우선순위를 고려해야 하므로 상 하류간, 생활 공업, 농업으로 우선순위를 부여할 경우 물 부족량의 차이가 발생하였다. 우선순위 적용시 K-WEAP과 형과 MODSIM을 비교할 경우, 유사한 물부족량과 시점을 제공하고 있어 적용성과 분석결과의 일관성을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 같은 물부족 결과를 제공하는 조건의 검토 수행 시간 측면과 모형구동 결과의 안정성에서 MODSIM이 더 우수한 것으로 분석되어 향후 지자체 중심의 세부적인 물수급평가를 위해서는 빠른 의사결정을 도울 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

A Systematic Literature Review of Manufacturing Companies' Innovation Strategies in Korea (한국의 제조기업 혁신전략에 대한 체계적 문헌 연구)

  • When discussing a company's technology management, manufacturing companies' innovation strategy is vital because it is connected to each company's competitive advantage in various ways, such as technology acquisition, R&D, and product innovation. The research on manufacturing companies' innovation strategies has been studied in various ways, such as performance and resources for innovation; however, very little research has been done to synthesize existing research outcomes. In this study, we conduct a systematic literature review of 51 articles related to manufacturing companies' innovation strategies. By doing so, we synthesized the results of extant studies based on three perspectives: the research target, the research focus, and the types of innovation strategies. In addition, I derived the unique properties of the research on manufacturing companies' innovation strategies. The analysis indicated that Korea's research on manufacturing companies' innovation strategies had been unequally distributed. Based on this, we suggested research agendas for future research on manufacturing companies' innovation strategies.

  • Technologically advanced railway countries had a unique ability to design, test and evaluation systems for development of High-speed train system. To evaluate the performance of the train system in Korea for the development of advanced measurement technology and systems are needed. In this study, the Overall Measuring System(OMS) is going to be established to efficiently verify the performance, stability and reliability of the train system and the components, and verify of the maximum speed though an on-line test. OMS consist of vehicle measuring system, pantograph measuring system, video monitoring system and monitoring room was constructed for the overall measuring system and monitoring system. The results of this study were expected to contribute to technical improvement for evaluation of train system.

Prediction Survey on Construction Guarantee Market Due to the Restructuring of the Construction Industry's Production System (건설산업 생산체계 개편에 따른 건설보증시장 변화 예측 조사)

  • The construction guarantee market is a rear market affected by changes in the construction industry and market. As the restructuring of the construction industry's production system is being carried out, such as the abolition of regulations on business field between general and specialty contractors, major changes are expected not only in the construction market but also in the construction guarantee market. In construction guarantee market, there are currently three Contractor Financial Cooperatives, which are divided based on business field and business type(General, Specialty and Plant & Mechanical). The abolition of business field regulation will have various effects on construction guarantee market, such as forming a competitive structure among the three Contractor Financial Cooperatives. Therefore the role of the construction guarantee institutions are also required to change. This study predicted the changes in the construction guarantee market after the restructuring of construction industry and analyzed the ripple effect on the market. This study reviewed the details of the reorganization plan on the construction industry, policies and statistical data related to construction guarantee, and lastly conducted the survey on each member of the three Contractor Financial Cooperatives to analyze the usage behavior in the future guarantee market. Based on the result of this study, the members of both the General Contractor Financial Cooperative and Specialty Contractor Financial Cooperative are not willing to change the existing institutions, but a lot of them are expected to use other institutions in duplicate. The members of the Plant & Mechanical Contractor Financial Cooperative are most willing to use other guarantee institutions.

  • Last February, $\ulcorner$The Act on Ubiquitous City Construction and etc.$\lrcorner$ was approved by the National Assembly. The law stipulates the regulations on the planning, construction and management of the Ubiquitous City. As its national-level law system is about to take its effects, future new city developments are expected to have its legal basis to be built to meet ubiquitous city requirements. Also, it is anticipated that such needs would require much more planning techniques and strategies. In reaction to those upcoming needs, this study is to search for new planning approaches to realize the u-City in reality. It is also to supply with the framework to execute the u-City projects in more structuralize and systemize manner. Therefore, with the purpose of the establishment of comprehensive planning system, the theoretical bases were sought in relation to planning u-City, pre-existing u-City development cases and regarding regulations were analyzed, and then basic concepts, features, and constituent factors were set up.

  • Cyber attacks are threats to national security. Today, cybersecurity threats have various types, the theft or spread of privacy and national secret, the realization of direct attacks to infrastructure and the hacktivism with political or social objectives. Furthermore, There are special situations in South Korea because of North Korea's threats. Thus, It is necessary to handle cybersecurity as a kind of national security problem. It is a time to identify problems of governance system in cybersecurity and to improve related Acts and subordinate statutes. There are several tasks for legal improvement for governance system in cybersecurity. They are improving legal bases for the roles of the relevant authorities in cybersecurity, consolidating national joint response to cyber accidents, establishing and vitalizing information sharing system, constructing foundation of cybersecurity through industry promotion and manpower development, and acquiring defensive tools by enhancement research an development. In order to address these challenges, it is necessary to pay much attention to enactment and to revision laws and to practice legislative procedure.
